Great property. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Cabin was extremely clean. Amenities were very nice. Only issue was the difficulty in operation of TVs including theater room. But overall an excellent stay.

We’re pretty-well traveled and have stayed in some remarkable rental properties. No question, “Unrivaled” stands with the finest of places we’ve ever visited. First of all, Unrivaled is a striking 3-level home situated on a mountainside that offers beautiful views. Sitting in one of the rocking chairs on the 2nd or 3rd floor decks, enjoying the scenery and cup of coffee (or glass of wine) is so relaxing and peaceful. It’s just right. Each floor is a special place to experience. There is a professional theater room, an unbelievable bedroom with a “grotto”, an entertainment loft with pool table and “Donkey Kong” arcade game, and a hot tub on the upper deck. Another king bedroom is on the floor as well. There are many large screen TV’s and so much more. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a (very) short way to everything the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville area has to offer. We know Unrivaled will be our “go-to” home in the Tennessee Smokey’s on future trips to Gatlinburg. We think it can't be beat! Ron and Dee Dee Braswell Centerville, Ohio

everything about the cabin was great! few very small things that we noticed...no body mirror or pizza pan. LOL!!! we wished we knew about this place sooner. we come up several times a year.

Our entire experience was perfect. Our cabin was beyond beautiful and Timber Tops made the check in and out process easy and fast. Thank you, we will definitely be returning.

The cabin was great and very well furnished with quality and unique furniture. We loved the view and the peace and quiet. We were frightened when we found out there was a wildfire 20 miles away but when we talked to Karen she assured us that it was not close to us and if it was we would have been notified. I could not sleep the first not but when I talked to Karen the next day she make me feel better.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the cabin very much. The driveway was a little tricky.

The Unrivaled cabin was absolutely beautiful. It was decorated amazingly, a true mountain lodge experience.

The overall experience was excellent. From the booking to check in and check out was very easy. I had absolutely no problems. The cabin was beautiful and customer service was there to answer any questions that I had.

Everything was great except for a issue with the Cable TV not working in the Master Bedroom. This problem was resolved.

This is the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in. Everything was labeled for easy use. It was great.

Cabin was amazing and repairs were made super fast.

What a wonderful stay! We felt very supported during our stay. We had an issue with a faulty DVD player that was fixed within 3 hours!

Nice cabin loved it but does need windows cleaned and dusting also if the cabin as better marked it would be easier to find drove past it 3times or better directions but nice cabin

The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities needed for the week. We had a great time.

Cabin was incredible. Even better than the pictures. Only negative was the home theater. Could never get the DVD player working and getting the surround sound going was a challenge. Defeated the purpose of having the home theater room.

Elegant cabin. All the amenities were top notch and amazing. Very, very well kept. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Looking to book again same time next year.

Great accommodations

Everything was wonderful. This was the best cabin yet and I’ve been coming for 10 years.

The check in process was great - getting the code without having to go to the office. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. Only issues were with the tv in the living room but maintenance came and fixed it. We discovered the toilet handle in the master bathroom did not work but it was not an issue - we used the other half bath. We reported this when we checked out. Overall our visit was very good and will return again.

I was more than satisfied with all aspects of my experience.
