Cabin was Excellent.

Our stay was fabulous!

The cabin was clean, loved the deck and the view. Cabin was a lot better than we expected. Hopefully we’ll be able to rent cabin again in the future.

This was our third stay at Mountain Views Cabin, and it has really become like home away from home for us. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the cabin, everything that was provided for our use, and the prompt service when needed. Thank you for another great family get away!

check-in and out was easy. The cabin was even better than shown in the photo's. we couldn't believe we saw a bear from the cabin. The grandchildren really loved the playground in the neighborhood. I would recommend Timber Tops and this cabin to anyone,

It was very nice, relaxing and peaceful!

Beautiful cabin and view, nice furniture and bedding. Spacious for the 7 adults there. Close to shopping and eating. Didn't like the washer and dryer and you need more skillets to cook in the one large one has ripples in it and was so greasy and dirty had to scrub it with nails! Need a large round one for big families. Also, need a scratcher pad for the stove to clean it and more than one dish towel and dish rag. We enjoyed seeing the famiy picture of the family. My family enjoyed there for a week.

Very clean cabin.

The cabin and the location was beautiful. Your staff was wonderful to work with. There were a few little things that kept me from 5 rating. There were a few beds without blankets. The kitchen needs a large skillet. The hot tub needed water and there was a toilet tissue holder broken. We also had trouble with the door lock. However, when we called for repairs, the repair man was great and corrected all issues. We would stay in your cabins again.

Wonderful! Easy check in and check out. Appreciated the information ahead of time regarding coming in before dark, extra items we may and did need. Very clean cabin and awesome view!

The cabin was amazing very clean, very well kept, plenty of space, gorgeous views. The only thing that was a problem not enough spatulas or skillets the pots and pans and spatulas need to be updated other than that the cabin was great

Great, friendly service. We arrived several hours earlier than normal check in time and since our cabin was ready, we were allowed to go ahead and go to cabin to get settled in early.

Fast check in, fast check out, amazing view, beautiful and clean

Check in was a breeze and everyone in the office was great! Views were wonderful and generally as depicted in the photos. There was a leak from the master bedroom bathtub, but no big deal. We reported it to the office and they sent someone to look at it as soon as we departed. Would definitely stay again!

Thank you so much! It was amazing! This trip was for Mr Johnson. He suffers from Parkinson's disease. And is really declining. He wanted to visit the mountains one more time and yall made that possible! We had a great time. Also my son thats 17 brought 2 of his friends for spring break and it was my sons first time. They so enjoyed thier self!!! The cabin was great and i love the bathtubs.....

We had a wonderful trip and very much enjoyed this cabin! The view is breathtaking and the layout is perfect for two families. We have been coming up for many, many, years but this is our first time to book through Timber Tops.

wonderful weekend

Ever since our honeymoon (2010) we have always loved working with everyone at Timber Tops. The cabins are fantastic and our stay was amazing!

Great! We had a septic alarm issue and Charles was there within an hour to take a look and advise. Accommodations were clean and well maintained. My family and I were pleased. It was comfortable and the view was spectacular. Would request this cabin again. Reservationists/customer service reps were courteous, pleasant & attentive to our needs. Great experience.

We enjoyed everything. The cabin was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The only thing we would have liked was free WiFi but we still loved our stay and would highly recommend your service and cabin!

We had problems with the TV/VCR when we checked in. We went out and when we returned the TV was fixed and a new DVR player installed! Very very impressed!

Loved the cabin great views and location

The cabin and view was lovely. There were a few problems but were tolerable and reported when we left. Would stay in mountain views again.

I originally was booked with a different cabin rental company, 2 days before leaving they sent me an email saying they over booked and my cabin was no longer available. Was telling family member what happened, they suggested Timber Tops (they used Timber Tops) and Timber Tops was able to get me a cabin last minute. Bigger, better, and cheaper. Had few issues, nothing major with the cabin and they was right over to resolve the issues. Maintenance guy was extremely nice. The view was beautiful as well as the cabin.

Very easy check-in. All questions answered quickly. Cabin and views were as great as advertised. Everyone had a great time.

We had a great experience from booking , to checking in, and the room was great with a magnificent view.

Overall out stay was great! Our cabin (Mountain Views) was the perfect location for us. The cleaning could have been better. There was alot of crumbs and dust under the tables and in the corners. The kitchen table had not been wiped down and there was syrup all over and the placemats were stuck to the table. The downstairs closet door was off the track and the hot tub water was low. There was no hose to fill it up so we had to keep filling up a large bowl and dumping it in.

Loved the cabin, but the floors were very dirty. They were swept, but they need to be cleaned. Beautiful views from that cabin.

For the most part the cabin was nice. I would however, encourage you to look into getting a better cleaning service. The bedrooms downstairs had a lot of dust mixed with hair under some of the beds. We found a pair of shoes under one bed so it is obvious the cleaning people did not clean under there. The shower drains in the master bath on main floor and the large bath downstairs were clogged and did not drain well. The downstairs shower drain was far worse and we had to remove a lot of hair from it to get it to drain. That was not a pleasant task. Also we had to purchase our own garbage bags and toilet paper because the office said it was not standard procedure to supply more to its tenants. These basic supplies should be available as needed. The kitchen supplies ( i.e. Pots, pans ) could have been better. Lids were needed for pans and most of the pots needed replacing because the non stick coating is in bad shape. We cooked a large portion of our meals at the cabin so that was important to us. These are all things that could easily be addressed but could make a difference in your ratings. Thank you.

Loved the cabin. Loved the location. We did find a scorpion in the cabin which was unsettling along with a few large spiders inside and out on the deck and many wood bees and wasps on the decks. Other than needing some pest control, our stay was absolutely prefect.

The cabin was perfect for our needs! Beautiful! I will say the one negative was the check in experience. The office was not that friendly and we did not receive a call when the cabin was ready for us. We had to call the office and again, the office staff was not very friendly and blamed it on another office for not letting us know!

The cabin exceeded our expectations. It was large and the rooms were spacious. Only thing I thought that could be better was the hottub needed some help. The water had a mildew odor and the headrest were broken. Also the water was not that warm. May need to consider replacing the hottub in that cabin. All else was perfect!

We had a wonderful Easter trip with the family. We loved that we did not have to go to the office and check in. We had submitted all the forms in advance so that we could go directly to the house. We even received a call to let us know the house was ready for us when we arrived. The house was just as pretty in person as it was on-line.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was fantastic and views were amazing!

The cabin was as described but could have a few tree tops taken down for the view . it was clean and the AC worked well plenty of linens and towels . I would suggest in the future to have the maintenance crew check around and kill the multiple wasp nests around the outside. I got a can of spray and did it myself although I'm sure if I called someone would have done it for me . Overall we were all very pleased with the cabin , service, and amenities and we would recommend it to others thanks.

Home could have been cleaner. Spilled some water on floor and the towel was black. Floors apparently hadn't been mopped in a while.

Great experience. Loved the cabin and the décor. Problems that we had in the cabin were taken care of immediately. Would suggest opening up a small convenience store on your check in property for staple goods
