Clean cabin and met all our needs. Grandkids loved the game room and theater room .

My family and I enjoyed the cabin, we had everything we needed. There was no need to leave the cabin the entire vacation. The kids and adults were entertained for the 5 days of our stay.

Communication was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

From the moment I made the reservation to the day I checked out every interaction with your team was a pleasure - professional, friendly, and warm. The cabin itself exceeded my expectations in every way. It was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay (hence the reason I did not go out, not one day). The breathtaking views of the mountains from the cabin was a constant source of awe for me. I will be sure to recommend your cabins to my family and friends, and I look forward to the opportunity to return for another visit in the future.

From reservation to arrival, you all are top notch. Making sure we have everything to make our stay awesome and it was. This was one of the cleanest cabins we have seen. Already looking forward to our next stay in December.

The cabin was beautiful, the photos don't show how beautiful and how much detail is really there. We have stayed at many cabins and this blew all the others out of the water. The beauty, the view, the detail, all the activities, the kitchen, the theater,the hot tub, all of it was AMAZING! The beds and pillows were very comfortable too. We got married in TN and we stayed here for a week, it kept us busy, and the kids loved everything. The garage has plenty of toys, and games to keep them busy which was a huge plus for us! We hope to stay again! Thank you.

The cabin was great, available on time, everything worked, it was very clean, and had plenty of amenities.

The cabin was gorgeous. The view around the cabin was spectacular. We loved all of the wood, carving animals and attention to detail in the cabin. There was 12 of us in the group, and everyone enjoyed some part of the cabin, and if you and your significant other wanted time alone, the 4 story cabin made it possible. The Kevin actually has two separate game rooms. Very nice!!! Being that the cabinet was only probably 12 minutes from pigeon Forge was awesome. One couple said the cabin was so beautiful they could stay there the whole week and not leave. Thank you very much for letting us rent your beautiful cabin‼️

Love the cabin layout for multiple families. Would like to see a door installed between bedrooms on top floor though. Other than that, we found cabin well-appointed, clean, nicely located and well-maintained. Very easy and pleasant to correspond with main office. We will definitely be back!

It was all so much more than we expected! The pictures and info didn’t do it justice! We brought our family of 13 to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Our kids decorated the cabin and it was so special! It was the perfect anniversary celebration! The only thing I would consider a negative was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 3days and 3 nights and for those of us that go a lot we had to go buy extra.

The cabin was clean and had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our experience at the Grand Bluff Lodge.

The house was amazing with all the game rooms. My group of 11 would have been happy just staying at the house for the entire week. There was so much entertainment for all are groups (18 months to 60 yes old)

Really nice and clean! Enjoyed the stay. Only recommendations I would say would to have some fire logs for the bonfire. But other than that very satisfied with the stay.

Our family had a wonderful time here this past week. The cabin is beautiful, wood carvings are amazing, over the top decorating! Game room,, and theater room kept us all busy. Everything you need is in the kitchen, the dish washer is tricky, but we got it to work. I want to thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us. We as a family came to the smokies to make memories with our son, who has cancer. Precious memories we made, and we will never forget them!!!

The house was extremely beautiful... we were just missing some thing. We couldn’t find a cutting board but everything else was there. And the dish washer wasn’t working.

We really enjoy coming to this cabin. 1 upgrade would be a kuriq coffee maker. We have brought our own the last 2 years. Everyone uses Kuriqs now.a.days.

This was our second year in this cabin. It was great again. We did have an issue with the dishwasher testing up. Snd we had a sewage smell in lower two floors. I know things go wrong, so I reported all issues when we checked out. The cabin is fantastic.

Grand Bluff Lodge was magnificent and the Smokey Mountains views where memorable. Don’t know how you could have provided more activities for the family or spaces for relaxing.

My friends and I feel in love with the Cabin as soon as we walked in. It was so much to do in the cabin that we stayed busy the whole time. It was very clean!

Fantastic. The cabin and all the accommodations were even better than expected. The house was gorgeous and clean, and the amenities were more than satisfactory. We loved it.

There was 4 families (8 adults and 2 kids) that stayed in the cabin. We were surprised by the cabin because there were no reviews. We LOVED the cabin! There was plenty to do in the cabin itself. There was a pool and a fire pit but because of the rain and all to do in Gatlinburg, we were unable to take advantage of either one of them. Again, we loved the Grand Bluff Lodge!

Customer service was very responsive to all requests, including maintenance needs. Two suggestions: provide recommended packing list (i.e. coffee filters) on website; post address of swimming pool in community.

Cabins are ALWAYS nice and as described - Only issue was we were locked out community for 3 1/2 hours due to storm knocking out power. Gate controller lost power and gate was closed. Afters hours emergency had not experienced this and wasn't sure how to get opened. Very frustrating that there was no back up plan to get gate open and luckily there was no medical emergency as there was no access in or out. A crew was dispatched out to open but as they did power came on temporarily . We were locked out till after 1am and had to check out next morning which made it a tough night. With young children it was a little scary being out with no place to go in the middle of a strong thunderstorm.
