The cabin was clean and very accomodating for our family. The views were beautiful. This was our first time renting through Timber Tops and we will use them in the future.

We love the tucked back in location of Paradise Point and the view is spectacular! This was our 3rd year return visit. We had 4 adults, a tweenager and a toddler in our group this year. The cabin is spacious and open; has 3 levels, with a king size bed on the main floor, queen size bed on the 2nd floor, and loft. Our tween gran-girl enjoyed her own little space in the loft complete with tv. The 2 decks are generous and equipped with quality seating, 2 rocking chairs and pub table and chairs; to relax while taking in the mountain air and view. Oh, and the hot tub on the top floor is perfect anytime. Everyone had a front row seat from the various windows of the mommas and their baby bears! There were two different sets of the bears which visited frequently. One momma had 2 cubs, one momma had 3. No need to go out driving to Cades Cove to hopefully see a bear! Our toddler gran-girl was especially delighted to watch the bears, which she called 'pup-pups' , from her highchair (we pushed up to the kitchen window). The washer and dryer is a bonus. For our 7 day stay, a sweeper would be nice to have had access to instead of just a broom and dust pan, however. We love Paradise Point!

Amazing! Easy to book, check in, and enjoy! We were promised spectacular views and it was delivered!! We will be returning annually!!!! Excellent job to everyone involved!!!

Everything was great. Wished there were more property details — like a map to the pool, pool hours, etc. Also would have liked a baking sheet for cooking and small containers for leftovers.

The cabin was very clean and the view was amazing. My hot water tub and the Zacuzzi was not working, we called maintenance and they were very quick in action but unfortunately they couldn’t fix it. Upstairs we saw lots of stink bugs but i am sure it was because of the mountain. We really loved the cabin it was very peaceful.

We had a wonderful time here and will likely be back again soon!

Overall, the cabin and amenities are very nice...and the view is amazing. We were just a little disappointed to have to wait 2 entire days to have the hot tub fixed...and not being kept informed of status and timeframe for fixing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. On arriving, we noticed that it was well maintained and clean. The view was spectacular!

This was one of the best cabins I have ever rented. It was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. We hated to leave. Also, the customer service from Timber Top was top notch. You guys rock.

The cabin was more beautiful in person. Loved the view from the big picture windows. Was very grateful for the fully equipped kitchen with pans and utensils. Loved everything about it and will be using Timber Tops for future reservations. Also want to mention, we got engaged on the second story balcony and it was perfect in the early morning light. Thankful for that moment. Maybe we can book a large cabin in the future for a wedding party/family for our big day.

Our stay for Christmas was wonderful. My family of 5 stayed and everything was so nice.

Exceptional! This was my first time renting a cabin and I couldn't have ask for a better experience. The staff at check-in where so nice and helpful. The cabin was so clean and welcoming. I had an issue with the door lock upstairs (which was probably an error on my part) but they came and changed the lock completely out. Even though it was a pet friendly cabin, I didn't see indication that a pet had ever been there. Very Clean Can't wait to book another stay with Timber Tops/ Amazing Views! Thank You!

Staff when we checked in was very friendly , we arrived 4 hours earlier then check in and they had us in our cabin within 5 minutes ! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and very clean . We had everything we needed ! Impressed !

Everything about our vacation was 5-Star!!! The cabin was well-appointed and meticulously maintained. Mountain views were spectacular from our deck. Exceeded ALL our expectations...our little Mini Schnauzer made herself right at home!

Everything was in great working order. We were comfortable. The views were amazing. The other guests around us were quiet and friendly. I loved the decor and furnishings. I don’t normally play pool, but we played it a lot. The hot tub was awesome after walking so much around Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The employees running the office were especially courteous and helpful.

Our cabin exceeded all expectations. It looked nice in the pictures on the website but the pictures did not tell the story. Our cabin was clean and cozy and had all the makings of home. And our view onto the mountains was spectacular and God given.

Paradise Point has a breath taking view! The view is the reason I came to the Smokys and stayed in a cabin. It didn’t let me down. We loved the outdoor furniture on the deck. The outdoor furniture is what made the trip for me! The high top table and chairs are perfect for seeing over the railing. The cabin is decorated nice. Check in and check out were easy. However, the carpet on the stairs is looking worn. The toilet seat in master bathroom is wore. Some fixtures throughout the cabin are loose.

Loved the fact that I pre checked in. Your staff called me with the security code and lock code. We had no problem getting in the cabin. It was clean with enough supplies to last us during our visit.

Paradise Point was absolutely amazing! Aside from the breathtaking views, the cabin was just perfect. It was literally our home away from home for a week. We couldn't have asked for a better cabin.

The view from paradise point was incredible! The only issue that I had was that when we first walked in there was pee under the stair area next to the table. I know this cabin is pet friendly, however my pet is trained to never go inside and if she ever did, I would clean it. Also for the first day that we stayed there, when upstairs playing pool we kept stepping in wet spots in the carpet. It was enough to cause us to go buy house shoes and carpet deodorizer. I called when we first got there about the puddle of pee on the main floor. Besides the pee, we really loved the jacuzzi and the comfort of having a place that we could truly relax after a long day. We will be booking again, but probably in a different cabin.

Clean on entry. Always kind receptionists and helpful. Ease of check in and check out is superb. Recommend providing a few more towels, paper towels, bath soap and toilet paper. There is more and more items missing from the Kitchen (such as a spatula).

The cabin was better than I expected. It was a perfect location with a fantastic view. Completed early check in so it was very simple when we arrived.

Paradise point was amazing. Such a great view. The cabin was so clean and neat. Everything was in working order. We will definitely be back. We absolutely loved it.

Excellent customer service s usual. Only suggestion is to check light bulbs prior to releasing a cabin for occupancy. We has no working lights over the sink or out side of the first floor balcony.

We absolutely loved the cabin. We had no issues with anything. Will use Timbertops again next time we visit the Smokies.

Overall our stay was everything we pictured it would be and more, we will definitely be back to Paradise Point. The mountain views were breathtaking and immaculate. l will start with the very, very few Cons: The downstairs toilet was extremely hard to flush. I am not sure what was going on with the handle, but my wife couldn't even flush it. Even I had trouble with the handle. The upstairs toilet, also a little hard to flush, kept getting stuck and you had to jiggle the handle to get the toilet to stop running all the time. The hot tub was was just a little dirty also. We couldn't find any coffee filters, so we went out and bought some. We left them there for the next guests as I am sure they will enjoy them. My only other complaint was that the toilet paper felt more like sandpaper, but luckily we brought our own (you just never know). Now the Pros: The cabin itself was perfect. It was just as it was described. We enjoyed the picture perfect scenery and just relaxed for our entire stay. All of the appliance worked and outside of our "no big deal" cons, everything was perfect. The cabin is a little tucked away, so you don't really have any "neighbors" besides the trees. Both the upstairs and downstairs porches had very nice outdoor furniture (as we walked around we saw some cabins that didn't have nice furniture) so we lucked out with that. Everything was just amazing and we couldn't be happier with our stay.

Every thing was great. One improvement can be made by making repairs to the hot tub. Some of the Jets didn't work. View was fantastic.

Overall nice cabin, but we experienced a few issues (air conditioning related, toilet handle broke, and missing t.v. remote). However, this issues were quickly and professionally taken care off. While we like the overall look of the cabin, the comfortable king size been and the kitchen, and the absolutely beautiful view (Legacy Mountain Resort), the carpet on the steps leading up to the loft floor was a bit worn and in need of cleaning. No one walked around without footies! The upstairs area also had no where to store clothing for the stay. A small dresser would have been very helpful. Sons lived out of the luggage for 5 days. We probably won't pick this cabin again because my 18 and 20 year old sons are finished with the fun loft with two futon mattresses. They want their own beds! We always use Timber Tops and recommend the company to all of our friends.

Customer service was fabulous, courteous, and friendly. The cabin was exactly the way the pictures were online. The view was unbelievable and spectacular. There were a few things in the cabin that were not not as clean as they should be. Our overall experience was one to remember and we would highly recommend Timber Tops to anyone that wants a fabulous cabin to stay in that is located minutes away from all attractions

Good. I wish the process you have with paperwork (faxing/scanning) in order to do check in without stopping at the office, could have been easier. It is somewhat confusing and difficult when you use different cards to pay

Very, very good stay ! I think the ice maker in frig may leak, we had water but didn't know where it was coming from. Last two days a strong odor was coming from top deck. I don't know if it was the hot tub or something died nearby.

We loved our stay at timbertop. The view was breathtaking and the cabin was beautiful.

Cabin was beautiful and spotless. All phone conversations were very welcoming (reservations, checking in, questions while there). Minor issue resolved promptly and gentleman who came to fix could not have been nicer.

We had a great trip! The cabin was new and spotlessly clean, and it was super easy to settle in. Any [minor] issues were taken care of quickly, and the team was super responsive.

Very happy with the unit, but there is a bee infestation that made coming and going difficult.

Check in was so easy. The only difficulty was following directions to the cabin. The map was so cluttered it was difficult to follow & the verbal directions were given a little fast. But once we got on Dollywood Lane & it turned into Upper Middle Creek we were ok. The cabin was very clean. We had a leak from the air conditioner on the second day but maintenance showed up very quickly & it was repaired. And they were very nice about it. Overall, extremely satisfied.

the cabin was beautiful and just as described. We checked in at the office and Zeb was great and so friendly. It was easy to find, very clean and the beautiful mountain views was beyond excellent. It was quiet, and perfect for our 20th wedding anniversary. Thank you so much.

The view was beautiful and had an easy check in and out process. The place was clean and we were happy that you provided the essentials, including coffee. Also, we were very happy we were able to bring our pups with us.

Very pleased with staff and efficiency of your operation. My only comment would be that I do NOT like having to send faxes of my credit card and Drivers License with each of my stays (twice for a stay). If I can book a plane, cruise, hotel, car etc, with just my credit card, why can I not make a reservation without all of the faxes?
