Great fantastic it was such a beautiful view. It was getting there that was a challenge whining around the mountain we were on top but that's what made it worth the trip. You gave us an opportunity to really appreciate God's creation. And the gift he given man to build such a beautiful cabin. The children loved it wanted to go outside but we was a little scared incase Bears came out so the game room was the bomb the hot tub and jacuzzi fantastic The only drawback is checking out at 10. We had to hurry but we made it out I called 6 times but couldn't get through but locked up the place and had planned to call you Monday a.m. we look forward to coming again maybe the largest place so that the whole family can stay in the same place.. let me know if you have some specials. Thanks again we enjoyed our stay

When we first arrived at the cabin we were unable to access the wifi. We called the headquarters and immediately someone arrived to help. It was a simple fix. We had been given an incorrect password. Secondly, we found the hot tub not heating. A second call to headquarters summoned a service technician who diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. Don't take this wrong. I am not complaining about two minor problems. I am praising the very fast response to our calls. Excellent service from Timber Tops. I would stay with them again for sure. This cabin is situated on a ridge high above Pigeon Forge. The view is spectacular. Ample seating on the deck for everyone. The cabin was very comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals while there. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone coming to the area.

Cabin was clean and well stocked. Fireplace wasn't on but maintenance came right away and lit pilot light and also took care of the Wifi. Some issues in kitchen so we left a note to let the owners know.

Cabin was in great shape. Group thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a slight issue with internet, but the service man was prompt, friendly, and very adept.
