Cabin was clean and quiet.

Loved our stay!!! It was relaxing and peaceful. Definitely would recommend.

Instructions & information were spread out across too many emails. I couldn’t find what I needed when I needed it. But cabin was clean, view was amazing, we really loved it!

Cabin was great. Had issue with the hot tub leaking, but was fixed right away. Just had to wait overnight for it to warm back up. The drive to cabin was sketchy, there were several parts of the gravel Road that we’re washed away.

Arrived 3/3/23- VERY bad weather. Got a call we could check in to cabin without going to the office. Grateful for that! That should be the standard process- shouldn't have to go by the office first. Thx!

We really enjoyed the experience with Timber Tops. The cabin was excellent just like it shows in the pictures. Our cabin was available for early check in which was nice. The staff was friendly. This cabin is located about 40 minutes from Gatlinburg and a little less than that to Pigeon Forge. However it was not a bad drive to either place. The cabin is on a gravel road in which we had no problem but small cars might. We look forward to staying with you all again.

Customer service was great for booking. They helped pick out the perfect spot. The directions to the cabin are slightly confusing when they lead me in a direction named a cabin not the one I'm staying in, which at the end of the route is right next to mine.

Staying at Bear Mountain Getaway was our best vacation ever. The cabin was beautiful. I can't wait to come back. Everything was perfect for a romantic fun experience.

Excellent response to requests for assistance. Only tip would be to have directions on hot tub operation. We had a great time! Will come again!

Relaxing and beautiful view.

Bear Mountain Getaway is a beautiful cabin with a gorgeous view. The gravel road is a little treacherous - lots of ruts. We didn't have 4 wheel drive but maybe update the website to indicate SUVs, trucks or 4WD recommended.

Cabin was wonderful!

Absolutely Loved the place. The cover to the hot tub needs to be replaced due to dryrot is flacking into the tub everytime you open and close it. The driveway needs to be made aware that you need all wheel drive. Can not tell you how relaxing this place was and cant wait til we get to visit again.

The cabin was spectacular! The view was breathtaking, the hot tub was amazing, and the grill and table on the deck just made the experience the best! We spent most of our time there when we were actually at the cabin. We felt the directions to get to the cabin once we found the mailboxes was confusing because you didn’t turn right at that point but continued on the paved road for some time. Also, I feel it should be stated in the description when looking at cabins that you’re about 15 miles from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge which is at least a 45 minute drive. That should be known upfront to plan if this is the correct cabin for you.

The views were beautiful, as promised. In late September, lots of warblers, cardinals and blue jays munching on berries in the trees nearby, so it was a bit of a birders paradise which was an unexpected bonus! It is a bit of a drive to and from town, so it's definitely more suited to people looking to relax on the porch and cook out on the nice grill!

Our cabin kitchen was well stocked with fine silverware and quality cooking pots and pans. The coffee pot was outdated, however. Took forever to get a cup, needs upgraded.

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The mountain view was wonderful. Will definitely stay again.

Oh my goodness! The cabin was exquisite! So clean and the VIEWS were unreal! I loved how private this cabin is. It's not on top of a neighboring cabin- and that's so relaxing. Thank you for a sensational experience. We will be back soon!

We had a fantastic time. Our goal was to relax and get away. This cabin allowed us to do that. It was beautiful, clean, and VERY secluded.

Difficult to get to but beautiful view and worth it. It’s a decent drive to the park, would recommend going through pigeon forge rather than Gatlinburg to avoid traffic. The fire pit was great, hot tub functions didn’t all work perfect but that’s a big first world problem
