Beautiful location and very comfortable. Loved the space, the hot tub, and the pool table.

The service and booking process was easy and on phone support when our lock didn’t work was very good.

Excellent rental experience! I would make some suggestions for this property: *Provide better outdoor lighting around the entrance. The motion-activated light (on the tree) needs to have a longer delay and I don't recall the light at the door working at all. *Install shower heads that are hand-holdable in both bathrooms

Cabin was very clean and suited our needs and wants perfectly. Cookware and cooking utensils do need to be updated. The closet in the bathroom needs a clothing rod and hangers. It was awkward with no place to put clothes or hang jackets. Game room and hot tub was a big hit. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Staff very polite nice and helpful when I called for anything. Will be contacting for future stays.

Everything was great except there was no dust pan and broom…

Everything was great. Would only recommend maybe some updated pots and pans and some sort of ventilation over the stove. We did bacon every morning and had to make sure we opened the doors and windows so the smoke alarm wouldn’t go off. One of the pans didn’t have a handle and one of the tv remotes was missing buttons. Our stay was still excellent though. These little things weren’t a big deal at all.😁

We loved the cabin! The game room was a huge hit for our family. The cabin was clean and the location was perfect! We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Check in was very simple with calling for our code. Cabin was ready on time (actually a little early) and was perfect.

Cabin was perfect. The previous renter had broken the television and by mid day our second day there the team had already replaced it. The only suggestion would be to provide written instructions on how to operate the hot tube. We figured it out but had to google it to do so.

Timber tops is the best but the cabin this time needed a little

We had a great stay

We rented a place to stay for 4 days through another cabin rental company but once we arrived it was absolutely disgusting and nothing like the pictures showed online. In the meantime of that company trying to refuse a refund after false advertising, Angie with timber tops came to save the day! With places closing we would have been without a place to stay had Angie not stayed over just a little for us! Given we needed a pet friendly cabin, I knew our Pickings were slim but Angie found us a cabin in no time AND it was cheaper AND even though she got us in last second, which didn't give them time to do a walk-through before renting it out, this cabin was 1,000% better than what we originally booked. Everything was clean and as to be expected, the cabin was amazing! Thank you timber tops and Angie for saving our family trip! Will be using you again the future! Thank you so much!

The cabin was great!

We enjoyed the ease of check in . This is the first cabin we stayed in in the last 15 years where everything worked as stated and was clean top to bottom . Very enjoyable stay .
