Excellent! Everything from the booking experience to arrival at the cabin everything was smooth and amazing customer service when I would call with questions I was always met with a sweet lady helping me the cabin was great we loved it. We will definitely be booking with this rental service in the future.

The cabin was very nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the arcade games and hot tub. The only reason I wouldn't recommend or stay here again is because of the location. The roads were a little too steep and remote for us.

Great cabin. Everything was so nice and clean. Bed was really comfortable. We had a great time. Hated to leave.

We loved the easy check in and check out. We loved the decor of the cabin, we loved the pool table, outdoor hot tub and the indoor jacuzzi tub. We loved not having to worry about a key to the cabin. We loved the big porch and the quiet nights. Love everything about the cabin except the drive TO the cabin. We eventually started to get used to it, but those hills can be a bit much for some city folk like us!

This Cabin was so nice and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was my favorite.

Our cabin was beautiful, relaxing, adult and kid friendly. When service was needed they were prompt and helpful. We absolutely loved the view and the quiet.

This was our second year staying with Timber Tops! We had an amazing time and I highly recommend them! Easy check-in and out, wonderful people, and the cabins are absolutely breathtaking.

Amazing Cabin in a great location. Close to the main strip but up in the hills in a secluded feel. Very clean Very roomy and the office staff was very nice and helpful

Pleasant and relaxing experience. We ended up leaving last night because I got sick, but we had an amazing time other than that.

By far the nicest cabin I have stayed in! Everything was very clean and staff was super friendly. My only complaint was the TV in the theater would randomly shut off while we were watching it every 5 minutes or so. I did not experience this problem with any of the other TVs. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff friendly and helpful

Blinds and windows that could be cleaned needed cleaning attention. Front porch needed cleaning attention also. A broom left out would help. Place is beautiful. Great location. Floors were clean and place was cozy. Loved Christmas decorations!

Everything was well beyond our expectations. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed in the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms & entertainment. Everything was clean & well kept as well as plenty of room and very comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful as well as the whirl pool in the bathroom. Plenty of large windows to to let the sun & beauty come in. Plenty of TV's with plenty of programing. When we needed help the staff was friendly very knowledgably & helpful but found out all we had to do was read the helpful hints around the cabin, DUH! Overall it was a great experience.

Everything was great! I will say that the cabin could’ve used some more kitchen equipment for the price per night. Also there was some opened candy in movie room

We loved the cabin! Check in & check out was incredibly easy. & the cabin was well cleaned. The cabin does need pot holders & the hot tub could be tweaked or upgraded, it’s very loud & the jets don’t have much power.

Our cabin was very clean plus the cabin was decorated for Christmas!

It was a beautiful cabin but wish we could see the mountains more. Loved the hot tub and the pool table. Really enjoyed the home theater but it needs a DVD player, if there was one....we couldn’t find it.

The cabin was very clean. We had everything we needed. Checkin was easy with Express Check In and we won’t rent from anyone but Timber Top.

cabin was awesome. Very nice amenities and clean. The only thing I would recommend is that there be some blankets to be used with beds and most definitely the pullout sofa. Sheets were provided but no blanket. Other than that the cabin was a definite 10!

Awesome cabin.....spacious, very clean and gorgeous!!! The furniture and floors were also nice. I would definitely stay there again.
