The cabin was lovely and just enough for two. Upon arrival, the cabin was clean and welcoming. The kitchen, although small was well appointed with everything we needed except a cutting board.

The cabin was clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The receptionist was very kind when I stopped in the office because I put the wrong directions in the GPS, and gave me a hard copy of them.

The pictures of the view and the cabin did this place no justice. The views and the cabin were way better than the pics showed, we were so amazed with everything. It was very clean, the hot tub was excellent. Pool table is a little crooked, but was still fun to play. The drive to it was fun. Check in was a little confusing as the email said door code would never be given out by text, and it was, which was nice. But I also thought we had to go to the office after 4 to check in. Which we were told we didn’t have to if we had gotten the text. Maybe should reword wording in the email about that process. Check in and out, we’re very easy. We will definitely be staying here again

Wonderful first time experience with this company. Pictures online matched the cabin itself. Was very clean & had all the starter needs that were stated on the website. Easy check in over the phone & easy check out instructions.

The check-in and check-out process was very easy. When we first arrived to our cabin, we found there was no water, which was concerning. It was in the evening and we called the office. A man came fairly quickly, found out what happened, and then was able to get the water turned back on. Other than that little hiccup, everything was great!

Everything was perfect and easy, from check in to the cabin itself, views were amazing, to check out. Cabin was clean and perfect for our week-long get away!

Prompt service when we discovered internet was not functioning on arrival, and fast service for our toilet and refrigerator leak. Cabin seemed a bit dated, though and could use modern flat panel TVs.

Our stay at Midnight Wonder was AWESOME! The cabin was exactly as it appeared on the website. The view was great, the cabin clean and well equipped, had a great floor plan and we really enjoyed the pool table and wine in the jacuzzi on the deck in the evening. Check in was easy and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location was great and provided easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and May wonderful points of interest! We will certainly be back!

Cabin was clean, the views were amazing, peaceful quiet. We will be back next year for sure.

Your staff was absolutely wonderful! I could not believe how fast they got it taken care of when the water went out at the cabin! Everyone was great, so kind and helpful, quick, an absolute joy to work with. They really went above and beyond getting that issue addressed and we cant thank y'all enough! This was our 2nd time renting from y'all, and we will absolutely continue renting with you every time we come to the area. Your cabins are great, the views are unbelievably gorgeous, and the service is second to none!

The cabin was great! We stayed here for our engagement, and everything was wonderful and clean, my only suggestion would be to upgrade the t.v's we had a hard time getting them to work and possibly a privacy cover for the hottub. But overall excellent cabin! Excellent experience!! Will stay again!

The cabin was spacious and offered several amenities we like, such as a hot tub and pool table. Having two bathrooms was very nice. There was a great view from the many windows. The outdoor charcoal grill was in poor shape, so that could have been better. Other cabins were quite close, so it wasn't as private as we would have liked, but the other positive qualities made this a great first experience with Timber Tops.

Our stay was absolutely Great!!! The cabin was just what we expected. It was really clean and spacious.We will definitely return in the future.

Great cabin

Picked it with less than a days notice, had great time. We used the pool table, hot tub, walked around the cabin roads and of course visited the Great Smoky Mountains NP. The kitchen was not fancy but had everything we needed. Beds and linens were fine, and I was really pleased to discover a washer / dryer. We have been on a long trip so that was a nice bonus. Neighboring cabins were occupied but there was no noise even considering the close proximity.

The cabin was cozy but could use a few upgrades. Window treatments could use an update with room darkening shades or curtains in bedroom. Also all downstairs floors should be replaced or clean the carpets. Also deadbolts should b added to doors. Chains aren't very effective. Hot and cold water in downstairs shower is backwards. TV's could also use an upgrade. We have used you in the past and have had nothing but a great experience, however this cabin could use some attention.

The cabin was immaculate! Beautiful view! Great customer service!

The views were great. The cabin was clean, exept for the many stains on the carpeting. The bbq grill was tilted and missing a grate. The fridge had a problem with the temp. All the items we placed on top shelf froze and stuck to the shelf. We turned it down to "normal" than all the ice melted and we had to spend time cleaning everything out. We LOVED spending time on the deck but in the early morning and evening hours , the flood lights from the cabin next door was extremely annoying.

Cabin was very enjoyable but it could be cleaned better toilets were not cleaned well and bedroom bathroom smelled the entire stay,just used the upstairs bathroom instead

Very beautiful cabin, very clean, and we had an amazing weekend.

Everything was fine, but the cabin needs a deep cleaning. There is dirt/debris along the walls that is not being picked up by the vacuum. Also, the shower head in the first floor bath is loose and caulking needs to be replaced.

Everything was clean upon arrival. One thing I would point out was that there were several stink bugs in our cabin, both dead and alive. Also, in the downstairs bathroom, the hot/cold spigot on the shower was backwards (i.e. turning it fully to the hot side actually gave cold water and vice versa). The views were great, and everything was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly every time that we talked with them, and the direct check-in process very convenient.

We have stayed at Timber Tops cabins many times and have never had a bad experience. They are very helpful in suggesting locations of cabins since we don't like to drive to the top of a mountain but still have a nice view.

I felt it odd that we had to strip our beds prior to departure since we did pay for housecleaning and even tipped the staff. Also, televisions and furniture needs some updating.

Everything was amazing! Exactly as expected! After hours was awesome to pick up the phone so quickly when we couldn't get into our cabin at midnight. We recommend changing out the mattress pads more often. The ones used don't protect against anything. I bought a $100 water proof, stain proof, bug proof, etc, one for our bed that lasted 7 years. $14 a year, just a thought. The bedroom TV most often wouldn't turn off and on with the remote. We got out of bed to hit the button on the actual TV. The living room couch, so comfy to lay on! We didn't get to utilize the upstairs activities or hot tub, we were too busy in town. But we said we'd be back! Great job! Highly recommended you to all my family and friends already!

Your staff are great. We were a bit disappointed with some aspects of the cabin... Ice machine did not work (sorry forgot to tell you on check out); curtains in main level bathroom very thin (not much privacy at night when lights on), blinds would have been nice since bathroom faces road; curtains front door and kitchen window not wide enough to cover entire window; no curtains or blinds on windows by staircase (at night when lights on, cars driving by can look right in); curtains in bedroom didn't keep out much light when sun came up (blinds or black out curtains would be nice); throw pillows on couch smell bad; "leather" recliner is cracking and tearing at seams in multiple places; rockers on upper deck "rickety". Cabin was clean, but owner needs to do some updating. We will not stay at that cabin again.

Every aspect of our experience with Timber Tops was great----from easy online selection of a cabin & booking to checkout. Everyone was always very helpful which made for a pleasant experience. The cabin location was excellent & provided a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere.

All employees that I spoke with over the phone and email were very polite and respectful. We had a little issue with the cabin upon arrival, but maintenance came right away and fixed the problem.

Very easy check in/out. When we got to our cabin, it looked as if it had not been cleaned very well. We called to report it and they were in about an hour to clean for us. They apologized for the inconvenience and were very nice about it. The only I wish was that the particular cabin we stayed in had more blinds/curtains for privacy at night. However, I would stay there again. The bed was pretty comfortable.

The stay was great, and we really enjoyed the nice cabin. The view from the back deck of Midnight Wonder looking down at Pigeon Forge was special. The only problem we had was with the hot tub. Very dirty ! We made a call to you to have it cleaned, but never had anyone show up. We never used it, but having the tub inside helped. Other than that, we felt the stay was perfect.

Our stay at Midnight Wonder couldn't have been any better! My wife & I chose to spend our 1st anniversary there & we were not disappointed. I've stayed with Timber Tops several times & will again. You guys know how to do it right!

Our cabin was beautiful and everything it was advertised to be. We did not have any issues during our stay and enjoyed using the pool in the resort while we were there. From our deck, we had a perfect view of Dollywood's fireworks every night!

I absolutely loved staying with Timber Tops. Everything was so organized from the first time I called to booked it to the check out. The cabin (Midnight Wonder) was very clean, had an amazing view, and was exactly what was on the website. The guest service staff was so friendly and answered any questions I had.
