Sugar Shack

Loved the cabin and would certainly stay again. The only actual complaints would be the only large pan was dented beyond use and the rack for wood in the fireplace was bent. Only other issue I had, not a complaint, and I’m no expert, was the fireplace lining inside had a hole in it to the bricks and there was a small limb leaning on the chimney. Possibly safety issues. Maybe not. We really enjoyed ourselves. Was the relaxing time we needed

Nice cabin

Everything was set up very nicely when we got there. The hot tub was so hot we couldn't even get in it like it was just so perfect. We added a couple of bubbles into the jacuzzi bath and it was just so great and just watched so many movies and setting the rocking chair. We got pictures with the fireplace. There were trash bags. There was paper towels. There's a can opener. There's blenders there's pots and pans. Everything you need for a 2-day stay or a 5-day. Stay five stars all the way

So glad that we booked the cabin for the weekend, wish we could have stayed longer! Sugar Shack was amazing and loved that the location was so close, yet you did not feel like you were in town at all! Booking and check-in was so easy and the staff was so friendly!! you did great but a few items were kind of off for me personally. the water was terrible to put it mildly I know it wasn't your fault but it was hard to brush my teeth or even take a shower. the driveway was a problem we had to back in to keep from sliding back or dragging the car bottom and our car does not sit low at all. and last it was not the out of the way private cabin that the website advertises, we had roosters and chickens on the porch and the neighbers above the cabin were doing some kind of work all the time and we didn't have a good view at all

Sugar shack was a nice little cabin to stay close to everything but far enough away to relax. Cabin was not secluded at all but I didn't ask that question before renting

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Sevierville, TN (Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area)! The Timber Tops Cabin Rentals representatives were very helpful and respectful. We always had a very quick response to questions. When we arrived at the cabin, we had not been given an alarm code so we ended up setting the alarm off. But customer service was very quick in helping us resolve the issue. The cabin itself was clean and very charming. We loved having the hot tub and pool table! Our only complaint is that the water smelled very sulfuric (like rotten eggs). We discovered that the composition of the area's well water is what determined that. There wasn't really anything that Timber Tops could do to remedy the situation. We are also pretty spoiled by the water in our hometown (some of the best water in the world!), so maybe we were a bit biased. I do believe all of the extra fees, such as the maintenance fee, were a bit high. We would have liked to stay an additional night, but do to the extra fees, we coul

Enjoyed cabin but the couch in the cabin needs to be replaced so bad. Very difficult to get in and out. Also ordered tickets to smokey Opry was assured I would get the seats I requested but I did not. I made the reservations thru you. Otherwise things were great.

The cabin was absolutely lovely! It was clean as well as simply and beautifully decorated. The Sugar Shack was the perfect distance from all of the attractions that we were interested in. As for complaints my husband did not appreciate the rooster next door! It didn't bother me at all, but to each their own. The hot tub doesn't feel private. If there could be some kind of barrier on that side of the porch, that would be nice. Otherwise, there are neighbors right there and it just seems a bit awkward. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Early check in was great. It was nice to be able to go straight to the cabin upon arrival in Pigeon Forge. The driveway to the Sugar Shack is not friendly. You defnintley have to swing wide and go for it or you'll squeal tires. The cabin on the outside was beautiful and clean. The view from the back deck is trees and a neighbor who was a permanent resident - not quite the privacy I'd hoped for, but it was fine. The neighbor's rooster liked to walk around and announce his presence, so I was glad I brought a small fan for white noise. It didn't bother us in he mornings. The outside was already decorated for fall and was adorable. The inside of the cabin was nice. Again, the decor was lovely. The cabin was nice and cool upon our arrival and the AC did great all weekend. The only disappointment I experienced was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. I filled the tub above the jets and turned them in once I was in the tub, only to have dirt and bug parts fly out of them! Once I realized what was happening I hopped out and turned off the bubbles. I drained the tub and the bottom was lined with dirt and bugs. I cleaned as best I could, refilled the tub with cold water and let the jets run in order to clean out the Jets' lines a bit. Upon the second try the next night it was much better, but the cleaning company should never let a tub get that dirty. It was not a nice surprise to see bugs all over the tub and bubbling toward me! Overall, it was a great weekend away. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but I will definitely use Tumber Tops for our next rental. I previously stayed in Beary Cozy and loved it. Timber Tops has been great to work with.

Every thing was very clean and had everything we needed, exceeded our expectations. Close to attractions but still far enough away from traffic and noise. Loved it would definitely stay again. Just one small issue, the satellite remote wasn't programed to operate the volume or on / off for the tv in the living room.

We loved the Sugar Shack! This is our third or fourth time with Timber Tops and we have been very happy each time. The only thing that I want to mention is that the screen and the log cradle on the fireplace need some attention. The logs could potentially roll out. It could also use more exterior lighting. We love wood burning fireplaces and only rent cabins that have them. Very, very clean! Please commend your housekeeping staff.

We loved our stay at the Sugar Shack. It is nice to get away from work and just relax. We stay at the Sugar Shack at least once a year and we love it.

The representatives were excellent, answered all of our questions. We did have to make a maintenance call for the internet, the service person was great showed up quickly and resolved the issue. The only poor rating I would give is the location of the cabin, did not seem like a very good area, with a burned out house as you turn onto the street, and the amount of junk that the neibghbor has in his yard, which our porch overlooked, plus there was an unbelievable amount of traffic on the street at all hours of the night and day! I would recommend your company if you have cabins in a different area.

We love this cabin - it is the third or fourth time we have stayed in this one. We are currently looking for a bigger one for next summer.
