We had an issue with the sheets on one of the beds, but it handled very quickly.everyone that I talked with was very courteous and helpful.

The reservation/help line people were great, The cabin was amazing from the view to location to the interior decor. Loved the ability to get out on the deck from anywhere. Between covid issues and the weather, the pool, hot tub and game room was a life saver just as planned. Thanks for a lovely place to decompress from a crazy life

Pool table needs to be rotated to allow sufficient space to play pool.walls restrict play.

Very satisfied, We enjoyed the location and the views but only have 2 comments, the sheets on the main bedroom where a little stained and we didn’t like the location of the grill it is literally on the road and on the very edge that it was dangerous to slip down the mountain .

We loved our stay. The large porch /deck areas were wonderful to see the magnificent views! We also enjoyed the game room in the evenings. Plenty of space for all of us!

The stay was great. We really enjoyed it.

Nice cabin. Could use some more/larger cookware and dish towels in the kitchen. Pans were small when cooking for 7. Couldn't get can opener to work. Easy checkin/checkout. Close to Pigeon Forge yet far enough away.

I was impressed with the clean conditions of the cabin as well as the initial supplies provided. The experience was largely turnkey and very convenient. This was my first time staying in the Smoky Mountains and both my parents and I have already recommended Timber Tops rentals to family and friends.

Cabin was perfect. There is a need for towel racks. The most important need is “thinking about a disaster “. If there would be a fire the second (3rd) floor has only one egress. A ladder from the deck should be considered. All in all it’s the best!

Cabin was ready at check-in with no issues. Everything was as shown on the website.

When we arrived, we were unable to enter our a cabin. A quick call to the office had us in in no time. Cable in living room wasn’t working, office sent a technician ASAP. We have rented from you every time we come, and customer service is always top notch.
