Overall, our stay was great. The only issue we had was when we first arrived, the side door was unlocked and left open. When we entered the cabin, we heard noises that sounded like someone was in the house, but no one was there. The rental specialist sent someone out to take a look around just in case.

It was an awesome cabin. We will definitely be back just with our kids and grandkids next time! Only small complaint I have is the hot water in showers is not very hot. It’s just barely hot enough for a shower. The water in the hot tub is hotter than straight hot water out of any of the faucets.

The stay at “Bearly Wet” was great! Our girls loved being able to swim in the pool whenever their little hearts desired! Any questions we had during our stay were answered in a timely manner and we even had a short period of time e when the power went out but the power company was ON IT and we had power restored in an hour! I know that last part was not any fault of the rental company but we were impressed with the power company’s responsiveness!!

everything was excellent there were a couple of minor maintenence issues i called and within 45 minutes William showed up and took care of all the issues and some i didnt see only one that couldnt be fixed was the ice maker in the fridge was broken i just bought a bag of ice and all was good. William was very polite and professional and completed all the issues very promptly. Check in and out was super easy. My only complaint was that the indoor pool is too coo; It was set at 78 but thats too cool. 84 would be better. At 78 it gave us the shakes. Thanks again for everything

Wonderful cabin. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall the cabin was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Just a few minor things that could be improved, some lights didn't work in the cabin and probably just need light bulbs changed. The light on the front of the cabin where you park didn't work so it was very dark when you would try to park at night. The cabin was clean and we would stay again.

The rental, check-in, stay, and check-out process were all so simple and enjoyable. The cabin was the perfect set up for our family. The amenities were fabulous and the location was very convenient to everything!

We had a lot of fun and even got to see a baby bear come onto our porch! Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed it much. Had everything we needed for a family of 4. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Our cabin was beautiful! We had all the necessary amenities for a romantic getaway. The proximity to downtown Pigeon Forge was perfect! Our cabin was clean, with plenty of towels, and comfortable beds.

Wonderful stay. It was awesome that when we got to town early and got to check in 2 hours early and since our cabin was done we got to go on in.

It was beautiful, well kept, and so relaxing! We will definitely be back again.

We love the cabin we are very happy with the times that it took when we had a complaint and how fast it got solved Tim the maintenance man did a wonderful job the only complaint that we had is the temperature in the pool would not stay regulated but Tim did a great job trying to get it to stay regulated

Overall our stay was fine. However, the couches in the living room need replaced. They are sagging and the vinyl is peeling. I know it is hard to maintain rentals, but this furniture is well past its prime. Guests should also be aware that the bedroom is right next to the road. Currently, there is a lot of construction going on, so heavy trucks start going up the road around 6:00 A.M. making it difficult to sleep because of their changing gears. Hot tub did not work the first night, but maintenance came and fixed it a couple hours after we called and reported it. We like the area of this cabin but will likely choose one off of the main road the next time.

Very clean, nice cabin. Pool was a little cold and hot tub didn't really warm up well, but we were still very happy with our stay.

We absolutely LOVED our cabin! There was ample run for a family of 6, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool and hot tub were awesome and everyone that I dealt with in the Timber Tops office was incredibly helpful and professional. We will be back!

We love Timber Top Cabin rentals. We have been a customer for several years. We are already planning our next vacation.

Overall a very nice stay. Just a few issues: Floors were dirty when we arrived....they had been swept but needed to be mopped. Internet never worked properly, even after we asked for help. Outdoor pool was closed and we weren't told ahead of time. Porch rockers were very rough to sit on in shorts.

Very clean and enjoyed the ammenities

My wife and I stayed in Bearly Wet from Sept. 14th thru 18th for our honeymoon. We have never stayed in a cabin before and were so glad we booked with Timber Tops and tried it out. It exceeded our expectations. We loved the property, its ammenities and the view was beautiful. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our time alone together and cannot wait to visit again!!!

The place was filled with cobwebs, windows were dirty and tub/sink in master bath wouldn't drain water. We had to go get draino to make it work. We have always rented through Timber Tops and will again but was disappointed in the cleanliness this time. The pool was nicer than expected.

The cabin was fantastic. We didn't feel guilty for relaxing in such a wonderful place. The kids had as much fun as the adults did. Thanks for making our vacation so memorable!

Lots of towels just needed more dishes, plates, glasses, coffee mugs silver wear and wine glasses

Check in and check out process went great. The only issue with the cabin was the lighting and figuring out which switch controlled what light. Overall, we had a great trip.

The reservation process was very easy and everyone I spoke with was great!

Overall a good experience. There was confusion with the Luxury Pass, texting the number did not work and when calling in was given incorrect info. Cabin could have been cleaner ,lots of dust. Pool had lots of hair, and was murky so did not use after first try.

Nice cabin

The cabin was very nice. The decor was nice. Some of the furniture is starting to look a little worn. Pool and hot tub were only treated in the initial day and not again during our five night stay. They should be treated more often. Hot tub could use a good cleaning. The only disappointment was not being able to use the outside space during the day because of the amount of carpenter bees, if there is any way to treat that, that would be highly recommended. Being near a National forest, lastly, was saddened to see lack of recycling. Overall, a beautiful cabin and scenery.

The wifi stopped working and the indoor pool was really cold. However, we still had a great time, we loved the cabin. We will be back!

Customer service was great! The cabin "Bearly Wet", was a little short on "luxury" though. The house seemed to be leaning and the whole upstairs was hot. We even opened the doors and it never cooled off. We did however enjoy the pool and pool table. The master bedroom and kitchen were very nice as well. I may also recomend a little more detail to the cleaning crew. Some dishes were dirty and there were cobwebs in the bedroom. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great always wonderful

We absolutely loved the cabin. We just could not get the cabin to cool down unless we turned the heating unit off completely. We finally figured out that it was coming from the bottom floor and heat rises. Although the bottom floor heating unit said to not turn the unit below 78 we had to turn it off. It was making the whole cabin a fury 88 degrees. The only other thing is I tried to cook a dinner and there isn't enough of cookware or serving bowls.

We have stayed with Timber Tops several times before. The service has been exemplary. However, we would not stay in Bearly Wet again. There are many design flaws in that particular cabin. We had reserved a different cabin (Rustic Splash), but could not get in the driveway in our vehicle. Perhaps a note on the page for that cabin regarding the VERY steep driveway.

When the toilet flushed upstairs it leaked from the ceiling and ran into the pool downstairs. ..

the cabin was everything we expected. Staff was helpful and friendly. We went a morning without water so we couldnt take showers or anything before left for sightseeing, but it was taken care of quickly.

Overall, great as always. I would like to have the door code sent and not go to the office to sign in. The guests could stop down the next morning.
