It was amazing! No complaints whatsoever! Came here to get married with my husband in the foothills parkway. The cabin was beautiful, well stocked and super clean!

Cabin was stunning and as advertised. Company worked with a local florist enabling them access to our cabin to deliver flowers for my wife on our anniversary prior to our arrival. Zero complaints about anything and I would stay here again.

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and the check in/check out procedure was smooth and easy. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed our time in Tennessee.

We always enjoy staying with you all. The cabin has always been clean. We like that Birds Perch View is close to everything (a few minutes to the towns) but is secluded from others. We really like not having to be in all the traffic if we don’t want to be. We have stayed with Timber Tops for years now and we really enjoy our stays.

I have used Timber Tops many times in the past 15 years. They never disappoint. The cabins are always very luxurious & clean. The representatives are always friendly & helpful.

As always, customer service was amazing! We have used Timber Tops for all of our trips to Pigeon Forge. The cabin was clean and just as the pictures showed, great rustic decor! Just a few suggestions, the grill is on its last legs, the back door knob and lock was sometimes hard to operate, and the microwave is in a bad spot for a short person. Lol. All in all my husband and I had a great time and enjoyed the cabin.

From the very beginning I was helped and taken very good care of be Rebecca. She was very friendly and helpful with the reservation from beginning to the end. I plan on using her again for future rentals just because of her knowledge and kindness!

Cabin was beautiful! The only issue we had was the back door not lactching well but wasn’t bad enough to report during stay. Check in and check out was a breeze. Will definitely rent from Timber Toos again

Cabin was very clean and beautiful! Everything was wonderful we were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Appreciated Netflix being on the TV and all the convenient appliances. The tub was awesome and so was the jacuzzi. Customer service booking and communication leading up to the stay was great as well! Very friendly and helpful emails!

No issues with Timber Tops at all. Chalet was nice, only had one issue. The Dishwasher was not working. Was not a problem for us because it was just my wife and I. I am currently looking through your properties to find two more Chalets for us.

We had an excellent time there for our visit. That being said the directions to this particular cabin were a mess. It spoke of Meredith Way which was never seen, not on the signs or GPS. There was however Meredith Drive, which was correct. The address to this cabin needs to be tweaked a bit. Other than that it was divine..

Great cabin! One of the best I’ve stayed in. We had a wonderful trip.

There was an issue with the original cabin we reserved. Your staff helped get us switched to a different cabin which was very nice. I really appreciated having the full set of kitchen ware for preparing meals and having the washer & dryer. Seeing a bear cross the driveway was a nice bonus!

From making the reservation, to check in and check out, the process was so easy. Our battery in our truck died, and I just called the office and got the # for Everything Auto, who came right out to our cabin and jumped the truck. We've used Timbertops several times and will continue to do so. Thank you!

We loved the location. The cabin is enchanting. Everything is made of various natural woods and stones. We felt like we were in a cabin in enchanted woods around Hogwart’s. 😊🦋🐛🐿
