The ladybugs made sure we knew that was their cabin as well but other than that Everything was amazing , the view was definitely a plus. I’d definitely come back and book the same cabin.

We live everything, the jacuzzi tub inside, the hot tub outside. We were 3 -5 minutes from everything. We will be back next year. Thank you, worth the 7 hr drive.

The view was spectacular. The cabin needs some simple fixes - new toilet seat in master bath, current one is broken. Descent shower curtain and rings for standing shower, box of tissues or at least small pack. Seems like small things but important to guests

It was great! Loved that the cabin was pet and kid friendly. The hot tub was a great add on, we used it every evening after long days of hiking! The view was amazing and allowed for beautiful sunsets. The cabin could use a little updating, but there were NO issues and everything worked great for our little family of 3 and our dog!

Satellite TV wasn't working when we arrived but that was fixed about an hour after I called. View was great. Cabin was nice as well.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Eagle's Perch from June 16th through the 22nd. The location and view were absolutely breathtaking. It was a great place to come home to at the end of a long day of exploring. I have already been recommending you guys to everyone I talk to about our vacation. Thank you for helping be a part of an amazing trip!

cabin was really clean and spacious. but as a concern is that there was no space when parking for my cabin but for others i saw there was a bit more space

We have stayed in Eagles Perch for 3 years . Amazing views, easy to reach with well kept roads. The cabin was exceptionally clean this year and had new furniture couches in the living room. The only complaints that I have are small and fixable. I believe for the price you should be provided enough dish washing pods and garbage bags for the stay.

It was perfect, very clean and nice. I personally didn’t like the big hill to drive to get to the cabin, but that is to be expected lol. The views were amazing! The bed was also comfortable. Loved the hot tub on the deck, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect. This was our 25th anniversary getaway so definitely will be back.

Eagles Perch was AMAZING! The view from the deck was spectacular! The cabin was clean and the staff was responsive when we called. I can not recommend this place enough! We will definitely stay here again soon!

We had no issues. Easy to talk to on phone when making reservations, checking in, and checking out. The cabin was very clean. Very quiet area. The views from the balcony were stunning- especially during dusk.

Every thing went very well except the TV would not work. You billed us for an item we did not want nor request. The item, insurance for damage to the cabin, was listed as optional but no one spoke to us about it nor did we want it but you billed us anyway. I really believe you owe us a refund for the amount of the insurance. The cabin was terrific and the view was out of this world. It was a great time away for us.

Fantastic cabin. Frustrating that pet info (cages available from office) info was not up to date. Loved early check in and ease of check out. King mattress was uncomfortable. Cabin had great amenities and was better than described.

Everything was good except the last day of our stay we had no water due to a water main break.Still we would stay again the cabin worked good for us.

The view was amazing and the cabin, although not super clean....spider webs found several spots but thankfully no spiders & a little dusty......was very enjoyable. Would fix one rocking chair on deck.....and maybe cleaning the top of the windows would be a plus! But all in all we had such a great time. Being able to bring our furry friends made the trip more fun for us. Another tip would be to extend the fan pulls in the living room so they could be turned down a notch for the people who enjoyed just a little breeze. The way they are now it is full force or nothing.

Eagkes Perch cabin was very clean upon our arrival. It was stocked with everything we needed. The parking spot was a bit tight but we were grateful that we didn't have to park on that steep hill! We had a great time and the view was spectacular.

The cabin was perfect. We had Lucy (our dog ) with us, so we cooked in every night. The kitchen was very well equipped! The view was beautiful, the pool table a big bonus and overall it was perfect for our needs. The extra bath was really a bonus because we are use to having our own bathrooms!!! We loved the location! We felt like we were on top of the mountain but it was an easy, less than 5 minute drive to our cabin from the bottom. We have been renting for 12 years and we have finally found the perfect cabin!!!

Nice stay. Everything was well. Although the cabins were a little too close together, assigned parking in front of cabin next door was a little awkward.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eagles Perch. The only real complaint we had was the parking situation since this cabin does not have its own parking and you have to park at the cabin next door. It would be nice if the reservation specialist let potential renters know about this situation. We drive a large vehicle and had the other cabin been occupied, I doubt we could have both parked there. The cabin itself was wonderful and the reservation process was great.

The cabin was VERY clean. This is our second time staying in this cabin and we absolutely love it!! The only thing I am totally disappointed in is that the wi-fi did not work. I called this in and came back to find a hang tag that said it was on Hidden Springs wi-fi. The call was that the wi-fi did NOT work not about whose network it was. We ended up having to use the neighbor cabin's in order to have internet. I would hope you will find an actual technician to fix the problem instead of just saying "it's on Hidden Springs". That doesn't fix the problem. Sincerely, Cindy Keller

Great view!! Eagle Perch was a great getaway for the entire family.

The cabin was very clean and neat. We have been staying at Timber Top for many years.Check in is so easy they e-mailed the directions to the cabin so we never had to go to the office we could go straight to our cabin and start our mini-vacation.We will be going back many more times.

Amazing !!!! Very clean nice ppl , rented the place for my daughters wedding and reception and the honeymoon !! I will definetly come back again !!! Best cabin place around .... no issues at all they called me at 2 because my cabin was ready !!

Cabin was amazing! The view was WAY better than we could have imagined! The pictures on the site do not do it any justice. We loved every minute of our stay at Eagle's Perch Cabin.

Eagle's Perch is a beautifully furnished cabin with a great view. Convenient to Dollywood, restaurants, theaters and other attractions. We appreciated the security of a gated community. Our experience with Timber Tops was excellent. The staff was cordial and efficient. We have rented through Timber Tops several times in the past and will definitely continue to do so in the future.

The only issue is the dirt on outside windows of deck.

It was awesome I have stayed with timber tops many of times and will continue to because each experience has been that way. I think you should how ever have a loyal customer rewards card that will give repeat customers great incentives to come stay again.

Kari was so much help making the reservation. We had about 3 bad experiences with the last place we rented from. Kari was very kind and patient with me through the whole process. I had lots of questions, concerns, and requests. The cabin fit those needs. We were very pleased and excited about renting again.

Angie, the reservation person was most helpful on Thursday January 14th by answering all my questions and helping me to select a chalet that was amazing! Once I arrived on January 15th I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I truly appreciate the ticket to the Hatfield and McCoy dinner show, I probably wouldn't have gone. I had such an amazing time there. Unfortunately, the following night I was going to go to the Comedy Barn however since this was my birthday weekend and of relaxation I canceled to hit the hot tub and jacuzzi. I'm hoping to return in May for our 2nd annual Ladies weekend! Thanks for and amazing birthday weekend!

Great view, clean, and close to everything. If I had to find a downside....TV 's were very small, pool table was not level, and toilet paper was too cheap. But everything else was beyond my expectations. Loved it.

We book hundreds of cabins and condos each year. I would love to be able to send my clients to Timbertops! I wish someone from Marketing or whomever makes those types of decisions would call and discuss!! Love your cabins and the cleanliness inside!
