Curious Cubby Hollow

Enjoyed the cabin, saw mama bear with cubs one evening, then the next evening, we saw them up close & personal. One cub climbed the tree beside the upper porch & then another cub was on the front porch trying to get in. Glad doors were locked. Even though with the bear scene we had a wonderful time. Also, I used to clean residential & commercial & one thing that always catches my eye is ceiling fans. The one in living room, the dust is beyond piled up. Not trying to say any thing bad but it is highly noticed, other than that, house looked great

Cabin was fantastic. The downstairs with the different games was phenomenal for the kids. Location is a bit tough to navigate so not a great choice in the winter time but otherwise perfect vacation spot for the family.

Love the cabin , love the location..Didn't love the steep road to the cabin LOL its okay though. Love the easy check in and out and the quick responses.

It was great! The only thing that would be nice is a instruction manual on how to work everything ie.. TV's, hot tub, etc... I called on Saturday for the TV not working and it was Monday afternoon before any one came out and showed us how to fix it. Other than that it was awesome!

Convenient location. Convertible rooms. Kids games were great.

We absolutely loved the Cabin. The steep incline was a little stressful, but that’s the mountains for ya. First time in Tennessee, and we’re already talking about going back. We’d definitely rent the Cabin again, it’s cozy, roomy, and beautiful. Thanks for letting us have this opportunity.

The cabin was very nice and accommodating.

Very clean, few places with dirt and grime. The hot tub is a little on the heavy chlorine side. The decorations throughout are phenomenal. And we saw three bears outside our door at different times. Overall we had an amazing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. All necessities were provided. Cabin was clean. My only suggestion would be to cover mattress on pull out sofas with a water proof cover because when we pulled out for then to be slept on they had stains on them. We also had trouble finding sheets for both of the sofas. With that being said we really did enjoy our stay.

Staff was very helpful. All check in and reservations were very easy.

The cabin was nice and not hard to find at all. We will be contacting you later for another cabin rental.

Had a wonderful trip

Our overall experience was excellent. The only odd thing I wanted to report was that the front door knob was pretty much dangling when we got there. I was able to screw it back in with a butter knife, but I'm not sure how this wasn't a known issue or why it was left like that? Otherwise the cabin was clean, cozy and stocked up.

The cabin was perfect! The surprise snow storm wasn’t. Lol. Thinking a snow shovel would be a good addition to the cabin! We had to use a dust pan to dig our way out of the parking spot and all the way up the hill to make a path for our car.

Clean and well kept. My husband had to fix the down stairs back door. It wouldn’t lock. We didn’t know this until after we had already spent one night. That made me very uneasy. I couldn’t sleep the next night just thinking about it.

Really clean and organized. Lock on the downstairs patio door wouldn’t lock completely. Televisions should definitely be upgraded but ten out of ten for seclusion and views.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Exactly what we were looking for. The views were amazing, even through the fog.

The cabin was very nice and was as expected. I liked the pool table and foos ball tables. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were a bit concerned when we had some unexpected snow of about 4 inches, but a truck plowed the road a few times and everything was clear enough to travel on.

Our cabin provided a great, relaxing, fun-filled, memory maker for our family getaway. Thank You!

The cabin was great and ready by the check-in time. We had everything we needed at the cabin and enjoyed the stay. The ease of the check-out process was nice, as well.
