The cabin had everything we needed, it was very clean and comfortable. It was so peaceful, and the views and sunsets were spectacular!

We had a great time. The cabin was beautiful and way beyond our expectations.

#1, the new furniture on the main deck- Very comfortable, it was about time the owner upgraded. #2, the cabin was clean, no dust above the kitchen cabinet make shift shelves. Overall very clean. A couple issues with the kitchen sink faucet, & the trash can cage, and the alarm that rang 2 doors away for 2 days. Next time we'll call the police like the new neighbors did. It was off within an hour. I thought it was a big fat 10. We love you gals there, and thank you.

Everything was perfect. We had to use maintenance twice and both gentlemen were professional and personable. They really helped us have a fantastic experience so please thank them for us. And the ladies answering the phone were extremely helpful. On our first night we had a black bear with three cubs right behind our cabin and we all concluded this was just an additional perk you provided all of us, lol. The cabin was clean and in the perfect location. Everyone in our party was extremely impressed and can’t thank you enough for an incredible family vacation.

The cabin was clean and stocked with plenty of linens. Beautiful views of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were wonderful. A great vacation for our family! There are 4 recommendations Upgrade the coffee maker to a Keurig (keep the old one for those that don't use Keurig) that early morning view needs fast at home style coffee! Replace the kitchen faucet Have a stick vacuum available for floor/rug sweeping Organize the pots and baking pans, they are scattered everywhere in various cabinets

The cabin, A Home for the Starrs, exceeded everyone's expectations! It was well equipped, incredibly clean and was located in a convenient location with amazing views! We had 8 people and everyone had their own private space when they wanted. It's fine up to 10 or so, but it felt very comfortable with our group. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience.. We have been traveling for many years . This cabin is first rate.

Great experience! Easy check-in, beautiful, clean house with plenty of linens. It was a treat for us to see that the beds were made. (We are used to getting a big bag of linens upon arrival.)

House was beautiful, great views. Kitchen sink would not shut off and dripped constantly, need to be replaced. We had a great time and loved the accommdations. Did not see a foos ball though, tried to buy one for the kids but no one carries them.

The cabin was great! The views were amazing!! Only had 1 issue the entire 7 days and it was taken care of immediately. Fast and friendly service. We had a great time!

The cabin we stayed at was impeccable! We absolutely loved everything! It was truly amazing! The young lady who scheduled our stay found this property for us based on the fact that I was looking for something with amazing views & this cabin was everything I wanted & more. Thank You to her for excellent customer service. The only thing we had a problem with was that we couldn't get the garbage container to open for our cabin. We tried to get it to unlock to allow us to put all our garbage in the cans but to no avail, so we opened the garbage container for the cabin next door finally & just put all our garbage bags in there. Thank You for a wonderful stay & we look forward to returning soon! I posted pictures on my Facebook home page of our get away & friends have already reached out to inquire where we stayed because they loved all our photos! I had already referred a few friends while we were actually staying there because they messaged me asking where we were & loved the pics I'd posted. Thank You for a truly amazing get away!

Everything was great

We had an incredible time. We loved the cabin and the location and especially the view. We have stayed in this one before long ago. We were very happy to see it has been well kept up!

Timber Tops was very helpful in finding a cabin. The check in process was streamlined. Cabin was outstanding and extremely clean. We will use them again on next vacation.

We have stayed at this cabin in the past, A Home for the Starrs. We love this cabin and the view is breathtaking. We are always taken care of by the staff perfectly and the cabin is always clean to perfection. The only reason why I could not give this 5 stars, is due to an experience on the road to the cabin. We came up on our motorcycles 2nd to the last day of our stay and there were two vehicles standing on the road taking up both lanes talking to each other through their windows. We had to stop our bikes on a steep incline as we had no where to go and therefore one of our motorcycles tipped and was damaged. The riders, thank God, only received scrapes and bruises. There needs to be signs posted along the road - no stopping or parking on the road. Also, would be a good idea to have signs that say to watch for other motorists on the road. We were very lucky our mishap was minor, it could have easily been a lot worse. I hope this comment is read and taken under serious consideration.

We have rented many luxury cabins over the past several years and this one is our new favorite.

We absolutely love this cabin (A Home for the Starrs) as it is able to accommodate the family we take with us. The house was ready and we were able to access it earlier than we thought we might.

We always stay in a TimberTops cabin. Have not been disappointed yet! We have been hesitant about a resort area cabin but tried it this year. Our view was amazing and we won't hesitate to stay in a resort area in the future! Another awesome stay!

All of your staff was great and extremely helpful.

Very efficient with booking and check-in. Enjoyed staying in "Home for the Starrs". Could use new couches in living area (very uncomfortable). Getting tired but overall a nice cabin. Problem with refrigerator and someone was promptly sent to fix it. Have always booked with Timber Tops and will continue to do so.

Everything was great. This was my consecutive 5th year visiting and you guys have never disappointed me.

Over all was good. The décor in the cabin really needs to be updated. From a worn out stand point. Kind of disappointing.

overall great. Liked location and quite. The wind was blowing some loose materials on the house which made sleeping a little tough. We will probably be back again.

We have stayed in A Home for the Starrs for the last few years. It is absolutely the very best location for our family to retreat, relax and enjoy time together. This weekend is the first that two of my children were with us as married couples, they and their now spouses were there before but this time was different. AND to make the weekend even better my 88 year old dad was able to return with us; he too has been with us on previous trips. We all look forward to staying here and especially the time at dinner when we have learned it is better for us at this season of the year to eat dinner together at home. Everything was simply perfect! I will be rebooking this very cabin for next fall when my husband and I stay with Timbertops in May!

Fabulous. Trash was overflowing when we left. Would have been nice to have been picked up during our stay. Upstairs was very dusty-- especially banister area. All are no big deal as we will be back next year

The staff was very pleasant and helpful at all times. Only 1 maintenance call and it was handled very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay there and will probably stay with you again as we go every year. As long as we have been going this has been the best.

The cabin was perfect! We stay in Pigeon Forge at least once a year and this was our favorite cabin we have ever stayed in. The view was great, there was plenty of room in the cabin and it was an easy check in and check out. I will definitely stay here again.

We complained about the dirty floors and rugs not being swept. You send someone right up and they took care of it.

Everything was great. My only complaint or thing I would change would be the trash service needs to be more frequent as there are only two medium size trash cans and with a large group it fills up quickly and wasn't pick up the entire length of our stay.

I rented 2 cabins. One was fabulous and the other one was good. We had a few glitches but the staff was very helpful. Everyone said they had a wonderful time.

OVerall, we had an amazing experience! The cabin was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. The view was better than we could've ever imagined! We had a great family getaway! However, the cabin was not cleaned very well (a LOT of food in the couch) and a lot of the nails on the porch are sticking out and need to be hammered back in. The cabin also needs a spatula for the kitchen.

The chalet was clean and very nice. We love "A Home for the Stars" and will continue to come back next year.

Really nice place except... Refrigerator howls. Couches need replaced. Downstairs bathroom leaks from upstairs shower.. slipped and almost fell.

I always enjoy my stay there. Only issue was hot water went out on last day and took 2 hours to get someone there to fix it. Cabin was beatiful.

Very good. Quick check in on the finishin process. Clean cabin as well as the whole property sight.

The cabin was great, and everything we expected. The process for checking in online and through email was efficient and easy. The only thing I do want to mention is that dirty dishes were put up in the cabinets. I don't know if this was from the cleaning staff or from the previous occupants, but several dishes were very dirty, it was obvious they had not been cleaned.

I cannot say enough to thank everyone for the wonderful service we ALWAYS receive when we stay with the Timbertops team. From the reservation, the check-in, the help along the way with information needed to help others in our party get there. It is AWESOME to know the place you are going to is going to be some welcoming and homey. The 'cabin' is so wonderfully arranged for both privacy and times to gather together. We do not even think of any other accommodations when we are headed toward the Gatlinburg~Pigeon Forge area.

Had a nice stay and overall the cabin was great. Great view and overall cleanliness was good. Looking forward to coming back in May for our wedding.

You all are the BEST!!! A Home for the Starrs was perfect for our family. The view was spectacular as was the cabin. The shower in the master was a VERY pleasant surprise! If we were to re-rent this cabin, I would bring a gate for the downstairs stairwell. Unfortunately the morning of our check-out we lost power, but thankfully we were all dressed and almost ready to go. We couldn't figure out why our showers were luke warm and really thought our daughter who was drying her hair flipped a breaker, until my husband and son-in-law went outside. The Timber Tops office staff is exceptional in all aspects of customer service. We really appreciate their helpful attitude and genuine concern for the customer. Your maintenance staff are also outstanding in their quick response and helpfulness. It was just unfortunate that the chalet, A Home for the Starrs, did not live up to the promises made in its on-line promotional material. We realize that there are individuals who will abuse the properties they rent and that is not the owner's or Timber Tops' fault, but we found the broken living-room chair, the lack of deck chairs, and other items to be issues that needed to addressed during our stay. Not all issues could be resolved and we understand that. However, the owners need to step up and address the problems immediately so that future renters of this chalet do not have similar problems like we did.

TT has impeccable customer service! Although the cleaning of our cabin is becoming sub par and very disappointing, the customer service TT provides is top notch! I especially want to give a shout out to Mandy, at the Pigeon Forge office, she rolled out the red carpet to us and was very accommodating!

LOVED THE CABIN!!! Great service from reservations/customer service people at Timber Tops. Cabin cleanliness and state of repair was lower than we have experienced with other companies. (Loose door knobs, poorly working shower head, unsecured towel hook on bathroom door, spider webs on outside lamps, and NO CHALK for pool table are examples.) Overall, very good, and we would return again.

Floors could have been cleaned better. Furniture needs replacement in great room along with kitchen table. Anchor down center island.
