Very beautiful cabin.

Everything was as expected. The cabin was clean and well maintained.

It was very relaxing and cozy perfect for two people to have a true getaway.

The cabin was wonderful. We really liked how clean everything was. The only issue that we had was with the indoor pool - it wasn't warm when we arrived. The crew came out and made it work again, so we were able to enjoy the indoor pool for the remainder of the visit.

The cabin was absolutely amazing! The view from the back porch was beautiful. I honestly can say i cried when we had to leave. For the price you have to pay, let me just say its well worth the money. I honestly can not wait till were back in this cabin next year !! This was my first time but we will be back for many many more vacations

I loved the cabin . The only downside is that our lifestyle is busy with 2 company’s and we where looking forward to resting and sleeping in but the window above the bed doesn’t have a way to stop sunlight from coming in and 6am it was dear in your face! That is the only problem I had with the cabin and will probably find something else different next year with amazing views

Pictures as advertised. Views were amazing. Cabin was very clean. Very small issues: More lighting needed in kitchen, TV in game room not working, pool table and sticks need a lil maintenance. WE WILL BE BACK. P.S the bear crossing sign on the front porch was the truth!!! We got a video of a mama bear with her three cubs that walked right up to driveway! Super cool!

Absolutely beautiful place!

Getting to the property was an adventure, with very narrow roads. the final accent to the house was up a very steep driveway with a sharp turn into the cabin. upon arrival, it is best to work around the little out building and back into the space. Upon arrival we called the number on the agreement and they gave us the entry code. Be sure to bring that information as it will have the security and pool codes. The cabin is very nice and as advertised. The best part was that it was very clean; even the microwave oven was very clean. The view of the mountains was nice but there was a broadleaf tree that was blocking about half of the view. this could easily be taken care of in about 45 minutes with a chain saw. Also we had constant companions with wood boring bees, which didn't really bother us but were voraciously attracting the cabin from sunup to sundown. We used the hot tub and pool daily, which were both very clean. At 1st the pool seemed dank, but when we went with the cave theme, it was wonderful and in the evening we didn't have t worry about mosquitoes because it was indoors. Would we return? Yes! It is a wonderful secluded cabin as we wanted and as advertised, and we had a great 6 night stay.

Everything was great! Cabin was extremely clean and well kept. The pool and hot tubs were clean and temperature was perfect on arrival. This is our 5th stay with Timber Tops and we have no plans to use any other rentals. See you guys in a few months for sure.

Everything was great about the trip. Only thing is fireplace at cabin did not work. But as far as everything else...perfect trip. Would recommend booking thru Timber Tops as they made it a very simple process. I was able to check in early and cabin was in great shape. Great overall experience.

We absolutely love the swimming hole cabin! My 7 yro stayed all day in the pool and had a blast. Our family has terrible food allergies and need a full kitchen to eat while we travel. The swimming hole kitchen was so clean and exactly what our family needed. The view from the hot tub was gorgeous and truly one-of-a-kind. My husband and I loved watching the full moon rise over the Smokey Mountains. It was an experience we will never forget!

Great communication, and a well apportioned cabin. The best part was the indoor heated pool. This was the highlight of the trip!

The cabin overall is great and so is the customer service. The only reason I did not score a five was because of some cleaning issues that I saw and the plumbing noises were rather annoying. Thank you for asking.

Our stay was amazing. Cozy and peaceful, with plenty amenities to keep us happy. The view was breathtaking. The indoor pool was fantastic. We do have a couple of minor complaints, but did not detract from the stay at all. Would definitely recommend both the cabin and timber tops to anyone going to the area. And will look at you guys again when we come back! Loved it. Again, these are minor complaints, but feel they should be reported nonetheless so they can be at least looked at. Upstairs tv does not work, guessing overheated in the enclosure, so picture was black. Front left burner on stove did not work. And the upstairs bathroom toilet made the most amusing/disturbing sound any time water was running in pipes...like a cat whining...loudly.

Great cabin. Friendly staff. Cabin was tough to find even with map. Asked a local for help and he lead us to it. Other then being tough to find the first time everything else was great.

Loved staying there, just wished there was a comfortable chair to sit in the living room area but other than that the stay there was awesome!! Will be back

Cabin was very clean except toilet bowl in laundry room had a dirt ring maybe from not being clean and toilet in bathroom in pool area had a really strong urine odor.

cabin was beautiful. the check-in process and cabin directions were confusing (as well as the alarm system).

Cabin was awesome!!!. Had little difficulty in finding the cabin with paper directions. Wish we could have exact GPS co-ordinates to cabin. Helpful for first time visitors like me. Overall we are happy with Cabin and its amenities. Kids loved it.

Reservations were easy and the checkin process smooth

Overall very satisfied with the cabin. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the pool. It was too cool. I know there was a sign that said the temp was between 80 and 85 degrees and I didn't have a way to check it, but I would question whether it was as high as 80 degrees. I believe another 5 to 7 degrees would have been perfect. Also, I received multiple conflicting documents that indicated what was excepted of me. For example, the guest agreement I signed indicated at checkout I was to set the thermostat at 60 degrees. However, the "Welcome to Timber Tops" doc indicated in the "Check Out Procedures" section that thermostat should be set at 65-70 degrees. Not a big deal, but consistency would eliminate confusion. The "Check Out" sections in the two docs should be consistent. Again.... overall a very good vacation! Thanks!

Everything was great

We rented a cabin with a indoor pool - specifically asked was the pool operational and heated - was told yes.. Got to cabin and pool heater did not work. Timber Tops offered to move us or give us one more night free. We took the extra night. Everything was great and cabin was beautiful along with the view. Gave them 4 Stars due to not us not being 100% satisfied.

The cabin was very clean and in excellent condition. There were plenty of towels and blankets and kitchen supplies. The pool and hot tub were perfectly functional and the views were spectacular. I hope to visit this cabin again.

Everything was perfect! The location was just far enough from town that it felt private and still close enough to make it easy to get to all the main activities and the park. One thing I would say is the pool could be warmer it was chilly and no one could stay in long. Cabin was very clean, stocked well and we felt at home and secure. We will be back to rent from Timber Tops that's for sure.

Cabin was clean, could've had a better map to get to cabin, had to ask UPS driver how to get there after making a wrong turn. Otherwise was a great experience.

Everything was great. We couldn't get the fireplace to work and there was a fork missing from the set. Hot tub light not working., either. Aside from that, all was good.

Excellent cabin.

I thought I was supposed to get a 10% discount for being a repeat customer but it didn't show that on my bill? Customer service was great by Zebulon and sunshine. Both very kind and helpful! Cabin was nice but had several issues. Main Remote on main floor did not work well at all. Fan was loose and creaky above bed, annoying Needs a good cleaning! Dirt, dead bugs, dust in corners and around window sills. Just needs all the nooks and crannies cleaned! Ceiling above pool appeared to be falling down. Only one jet in the hot tub worked Some of these are issues that I've seen in other reviews of the cabin so I would think that they would be addressed to make this a 5 star experience. I know you Probably would have handled these issues had we called the front desk, but who wants to be bothered on their vacation? I really did appreciate my time in the cabin and hope to visit again when I can save up some money! Thank you!!

It was the greatest way to spend the holiday season. I enjoyed the beautiful view from the time I woke up till the time I went to bed. I will be back at the Swimming Hole to gaze at my beautiful mountain. However, you do need to change out the remote control for the downstairs tv, someone was suppose to do that but never got there. And the master bathroom shower water does not get hot.

Everything was perfect ! From check-in to check-out. Our stay made some life long memories.

Overall, a good experience and a great house. However, would recommend yo alert people to the traffic mess that can be Pigeon Forge. Haven't seen congestion that bad anywhere in a long time. Also, the last 100 yards to get to our cabin, Swimming Hole, was a surprise and a bit dangerous with all the wet leaves. We were not prepafed for the very steep approach. Otherwise, just fine.

Our stay was wonderful! The cabin setting was very romantic. The view was awesome! One thing we did not enjoy was the upstairs bathroom faucet was small and had little water pressure. Thanks for making our anniversary getaway an unforgettable experience!!!

Customer service was AMAZING and we were very pleased with our room. A few Negatives you should be aware of: We were disappointed the sauna that was pictured on the website was not there because one of the criteria when we searched for a cabin was having a sauna. The fireplace and waterfall did not work.. A maintenance man came to fix them but was not able to. He spent a long time filling the cold pool which was very low on water. The cabon monoxide detector kept beeping ALLLL night long and afternoon until somebody came to repair. This is no fault of Timber Tops but the power went out for at least 10 hours. I really hate to complain but thought you should be aware. We would definitely recommend this if all of these issues were corrected. Thank you. (Sunshine and Carey were especially pleasant and helpful!!!)

Enjoyed the stay.Location was somewhat hard to access at first,but easier after the first day.Would be almost impossible at night for a stranger to the area.

We had a very difficult time finding light 2A by using your map. You should tell people to have a flashlight to read the code to get into the cabin as car lights can't be turned to help. The above lights in the loft didn't work and the cabin was missing some light bulbs. We enjoyed the pool and our vacation there was quite pleasant. We will return, but not to that cabin, but, it is because of our difficulty with stairs. Next time we will seek a two bedroom with a pool, allowing us to avoid the loft steps entirely.

The place was beautiful! We really enjoyed it! All the jets on the hot tub didn't work! Instructions for the tv and hot tub would be something to consider. But in all had a great time!
