Great. An extra trash bag would have been nice but other then that it was perfect!

The cabin was nice small for a 3 bedroom but decorated cute for Christmas. Did not have a Mountain View as it sit pretty low in the foothills but overall a cute place away from the hustle and bustle. Loved the gas fireplace FAVORITE part of the cabin used it daily

It s hard to tell the location of the cabin prior to arrival. I would like to know more about that before arriving next time.

The cabin was very much off the beaten path, which is what we were looking for. It was quiet and quaint. I do wish the hot tub would have been usable (out of order, according to the sign on the cover). The only issue upon arrival was a toilet upstairs not flushing. I called in the problem and within a few hours, it was tended to and fixed. I was well pleased with the speed of service, as in the past we have not been so fortunate with other companies. Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights in the cabin instead of the full six as planned. We had to check out and leave early due to an unexpected death in our family. The only thing I wish would have been different is the payment policy. I do fully understand that upon reservation and payment (upwards of $2900), I agreed to the no-refund policy. I’m certain this is very much needed for rental companies, as cabins in the Smokies are very popular and on high demand. I mention this because the unfortunate part of our particular situation is losing most of the money we had saved up to visit the Smokies. As I mentioned, I do understand my agreement to the rental policy, however I also wish partial refunds for such occasions could be considered on a case-by-case basis. All that being said, the cabin was a delight to stay in, though our visit was cut short. Though a little disappointed in the loss of money, we will certainly be back to rent with Timber Tops again in the future. Our family has rented through Timber Tops several times in the past because of your excellent customer service and accommodations. Please continue your exceptional and always prompt service!

instructions and check in were easy. we had trouble figuring out that the hot tub would take 2 days to heat up, but it did.
