nice rental unit, amazingly quiet the burners in the grill need replaced or a new grill had steaks on the grill for 30+ minutes , not cooked ....had to change to stove

Our microwave wasn’t working when we arrived that night but we emailed someone and they had a new one there and installed the next day. Great hospitality.

This was my favorite vacation by far. The atmosphere of the cabin and being decorated for Christmas put it over the top.

I always have a great experience renting these cabins. The mountain valley hideaway was beautiful and had a homey feeling which made us feel comfortable and at home.

Extremely easy to check in and out.

The reservation process was easy and all went well. We received our door code while driving to Pigeon Forge, again very smooth. We made a few stops so finding the cabin after dark (our fault) is always a fun challenge. The directions could be a little better but easy to find in the light of day. The cabin was great. Nice hot tub, kitchen, lots of dishes, secured wifi, pool table and pac-man for the old school gamer in the house. This cabin has full size washer/dryer instead of stackers, really nice for drying the towels. For the person that carries the gear you only have a few porch steps for this cabin then roll the bags to the bedroom. The kitchen is just inside the door so easy again. This cabin is as advertised. Not hyper luxury but nice and clean. Everything in good working order.

Loved the cabin.The layout was great. It was clean. The driveway is a little difficult to turn in. But overall,the place was good & I would stay there again.

Loved the cabin. Beds need updating since so creaky when getting in. Love the layout and large porch. So relaxing.

Overall, the cabin was great. Loved the keyless entry. Loved the guest book (nice to read about others' experiences). A few suggestions: please leave instructions on how to use the TV along with a channel lineup; the road leading up to the cabin was extremely tight for a 4-door Tundra pickup (it would have been nice to know ahead of time), would like to have better written instructions on how to find the cabin.

Everything was perfect for us. We could have not asked for a nicer Cabin . Location was awesome . We will definately book this cabin again !

Fantastic beyond words the cabin east so clean and sanitized, my wife and kids were so excited and very please which made me very happy. The pool table and arcade was out of this world. The greatest was the back porch thr mountains and the morning sunrise no words breath taking. May God bless you all and thank you for a great vacation

Everything was PERFECT. Beginning with directions to the cabin up to our arrival. I was very pleased with how very clean the cabin was. Cleanliness is very important to me. Thank you all so much. We will be back again.

Smooth sailing as always! The express check in was so easy. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and had to leave a day early, which was a bummer. Mountain Valley Hideaway was a beautiful cabin!

Cabin was beautiful and clean. Check in and check out at the cabin was so simple and directions were spot on.

We had an excellent stay in our cabin. The only small problem was the dining table was not completely sanitized. Just a small area had a sticky substance stuck to the table. Cleaned it ourselves so no big problem.

It was so fun the cabin was just a nice get away relaxing and so beautiful thank you so much for the visit

The cabin was excellent!!! It was very spacious and well appointed. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. Only complaint was that there wasn't very much toilet paper, just what was on the roll in each of the bathrooms, no reserves. Luckily, we had brought extra.

WOW! what a beautiful cabin, everything looked and felt brand new, so nicely decorated, very quiet, even seen a couple bears walk through the yard, great trip!..making plans already to come back!
