As always and once again TimberTops was ClearView chalet was beautiful; clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and allowed us to make a complete getaway from the crazy world we live in.

Though a list of tv channels was extensive, only a few channels were available. Also would have been nice to know that coffee filters were not provided.

We were very impressed with the cabin we had a ball !!!!!!

Simple check in and out Loved the cabin Views amazing

Everything was great! I was about 15 minutes and was alerted my cabin was ready! Lock code was right and got right in! Loved the layout of the Clearview Cabin! One thin i would suggest is a Refrigerator on the top level or loft area! People playing pool etc or kids playing the arcade etc like drinks would be easier to keep some in a small refrigertor upstairs! Maybe a mini kitchen with microwave and refrigerator! Other than that the place was great with some awesome views!

The cabin was amazing along with the amazing views. Check in and check out was very easy. Everything was so close to the cabin that we wanted to do. The hot tub was amazing. Definitely look forward to coming back again.

The cabin was fantastic!

Overall, we had a good experience. The only problem we had is it would’ve been nice to know how to turn on the fireplace and also have directions for the hot tub.

We loved the cabin. We had fun playing pool, fooseball and the arcade. The cabins was the perfect size for our family. We did wish that the AC could be turned below 69 since there was a heatwave during our visit.

From booking to checking in was easy. Cabin was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay. Cabin was clean and cozy. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Check in was very easy and the cabin was clean and comfortable with clear rules and open and closing directions except… On your directions it says to set thermostat to a certain degrees for winter months and a different degree for summer months BUT what about Spring in between months? I wasn’t sure which way to go 😊 Everything was great!!

Stay was good would recommend changing the toilet bowl brush it was nasty.

Gorgeous view! Maybe mention to renters to check the thermostat(s) when they arrive. We woke up frozen to the AC on and 54 degrees the first night.

Convenient by phone communications； instructions for entry and check out are clear; In door equipment worked well;

Overall it was a great experience and we had a great time staying there. Everything was nice and clean. The only things we would say is to have instructions on the buttons for the hot tub & the tv in the master bedroom is a little confusing.. other than that it was great cabin experience.

Loved the view and flexibility with communicating when the cabin would be ready for us.

Clearview was a very clean cabin with an excellent view! The owners have added special decorations to make us feel comfortable and at home. The Clearview cash scavenger hunt was a highlight of our stay! The appliances all worked great and the cabin was well equipped with what we needed.

Very clean and spacious. Everything was well kept. The only issue we had was the wifi password in the email was not correct. A call to the office fixed that.

The cabin was great and very clean when we arrived. The staff answered any questions we had before hand and when we arrived.

The place was very clean and ready for us very close to the check-in time promised. We had everything we needed for a relaxing 4-day mini vacation.

The view was absolutely beautiful! We did not want to leave and got ideas for our future house.

The online process was great and easy. On the occasions that I needed to call they were always friendly and quick to respond. With the Express Check-In, it couldn't be any easier. I will be back to use Timber Tops again.

Third time with Timber Tops and third pleasant experience. Ant issue on first day, but with spray and baits set we made it! Thank you so much for a great vacation spot! Hopefully, next time COVID will be a thing of the past and we can enjoy the pool too! 😁

The cabin was ready earlier than the 4PM check-in time and we were notified that we could check in when we were ready. We were about 2 hours earlier than that and it was good to be able to check out the cabin in the day time and unload our things before going back in to town. Overall - the experience was great! We look forward to returning to this cabin in the future. The view was AWESOME!

Cabin looked as it appears in Internet photos. Very clean with enough supplies, utensils, dishes etc to be able to cook without having to go buy anything else. Atmosphere was terrific.

We stayed at "clearview" for a long weekend and it was great! the cabin was done up very nice. everything was perfectly clean throughout the cabin. you can tell the owners take pride in it. timber top did an excellent job with our last minute reservations and provided clear directions which were needed and appreciated, easy check-in and out. very friendly and helpful on the phone. over all a great experience. we have stayed in the mountains dozens of times and this was one of the best.

it was an excellent stay at Clear View! We enjoyed everything about it,, the hot tub, the comfort, the view with sunrise and sunsets and all the adorable Bear décor, I just cant say enough! I really hope we will have a chance to visit again! thank you for a great time!!!!!

The cabin was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there. The only issue we ran into was that it looks like someone had done some painting to the cabin in the top floor deck area and there was still blue painting tape up on the Windows as well as huge tarps on the deck floor area filled with water. Maintenance did come and get it for us and were very kind about it, but it was an eye sore and was a tripping hazard so we did not go out on the porch until the next day after maintenance had came by and got the tarps. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and we will definitely stay there again!

Great. Super clean and nice cabin. Appreciated that the office called us to let us know there was a construction truck in our cabin at time of arrival.

Hospitality was great on check in and helpful in many ways. We had a wonderful time at the cabin which was well maintained.

We loved our cabin. The air conditioner quit but they had someone out within 30 minutes even after hours to fix it.

Cabin was clean and beautiful, directions to it were clear and easy to follow, staff easily and quickly answered any questions I had.

We enjoyed the cabin and the amenities available to us. The only thing we did not particularly care for was the visible fire damage. We know you could not prevent this but upon arranging the visit we called ahead to ask if the view was affected. After the phone call we were sure we had a great view, this did not turn out to be true. Other than that we did enjoy the cabin.

The Clearview cabin was exceptional! We loved the view and location. The hill was slightly dangerous; may need a few more mirrors for those tricky corners.

Our cabin was AWESOME equipped with everything we needed , wanted and more! We had our Thanksgiving dinner there and had everything necessary to cook such a meal. Our view was out of this world !!! We look forward to returning to TN and Timber Tops cabin. We had a visit in the middle of the night, by a black bear who tore open our locked garbage cabinet, as much as a mess he made, he made our last night even more memorable !

Cabin was very nice,the only issue was one of ac units for upstairs was very loud and temperature upstairs would be 79 degrees in evening,it would cool down about 10:30 at night but unit ran all day so time outside on deck you heard unit roaring constantly.

Cabin was pristine with a great view. Check in process was efficient and really appreciate ability to do this via phone/fax

Cabin was great. We did not realize the second floor would not cool properly because of the heat from the upstairs windows but Milton came out and checked the system and explained it to us. He was very hospitable and considerate. Wonderful view, cabin was well equipped with anything needed to prepare meals, best of anyplace I've ever stayed. The only thing I can think of negatively is the lack of choices on the television but we did not watch a lot of tv anyway.

Upon our arrival, the staff's (particularly Jennifer) greeting at the front office was much less than luke warm; not sure what that was about. However, the cabin met or exceeded all expectations. Wonderful balcony view!!!

Cabin was beatiful, well equipped and the service was very good.

We had an issue in the beginning which was just miscommunication but they were happy to make it up to us. They were very nice people and very helpful. We will stay again.

I appreciated the willingness of the staff to assist me. The cabin was very difficult to find (directions with better landmarks would be helpful). Cabin was nice with pretty view. Only disappointment was the outdoor Jacuzzi had dirty water and the jets were none functional so we were not able to use that amenity.
