We have booked chalets through Timber Tops many times - and never had a "bad" stay. Thanks for another great vacation !!!

Cabin was great. Very clean. Really like the updated bathrooms

Great cabin. Two issues corrected quickly! Only thing needed is 1 or more trees trimmed say 20 feet down to allow better viewing of LaConte.

Our vacation was fantastic. The cabin was perfect, the view was everything, and we saw a bear twice! I had a couple of questions before we checked in and they were answered quickly.

Easy to see choices on the website, easy to book through the website, chalet is exactly what we expected. Our group has been enjoying the Gatlinburg area each year for more than 30 years now. We will have this chalet and Timber Tops on our list for next year.

We had a wonderful time! Our cabin was clean and well maintained and our view was spectacular. We loved the text /email check in and check out option and that we didn’t have to go into a main office or other location. We will definitely be using Timber Tops and Amazing views again.

The cabin was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The view was absolutely amazing! We saw multiple bears during our stay! It was awesome!! It was one of the best Gatlinburg trips we’ve ever had.

Our family decided to do something different for Christmas, due to the death of my father. We decided to spend Christmas in the Great Smokey Mountains. Our cabin was wonderful. The view was wonderful. If there was a complaint to be made it was the knob on the arcade game kept coming off. Other than that.... everything was perfect.

Cabin was clean & nicely stocked with supplies. It was available on time as advertised. I liked the express check-in feature in place not having to go to the office to get the codes.

The cabin was excellent.! Very clean, the beds were very comfy. The cabin was an Eagles Call. Fit 6 adults perfectly.! The view was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed sipping our coffee on the porch swing and watch the sunrise. It was super close to downtown Gatlinburg as well. Overall amazing experience. We cannot wait to book another (bigger) cabin with this company.!

An Eagle's Call was awesome. The joystick on the arcade game was loose but no big deal at all!!! That's literally the only thing that wasn't perfect and that didn't even bother us. Zip Lines at Legacy Mountain through Xplorie was phenomenal (especially our guides Martin & Jessie).

Check in and out was fantastic. Very clean cabin. Views amazing and a wonderful time had by all. Few issues inside the cabin need to be addressed. Nails sticking out of stair, coffee pot to small, knob comes off video game. Still a great experience.

Family had a blast at the Cabin this week! Views were amazing! Hot tub was needed every night after long days of hiking and walking! Thanks

Excellent experience and accommodations. A small starter kitchen sponge and a starter set of coffee filters would have been helpful. The couch was worn but still acceptable. The large checkers game was missing a piece but not a deal breaker. Overall a great experience.

Amanda on your staff did an excellent job listening to our family's plans while in Gatlinburg and recommending the appropriate cabin to fit our needs and schedule. We will most definitely stay at An Eagle's Call again!

Would love to have a dish sponge of some sort for cleaning dishes and some cleaning wipes or 409 spray. That way guests can clean up easier for you. We left coffee filters, it’s hard to buy a small amount so maybe leave those for future guests. It’s a simple gesture for the price we pay. Other than that we love the rental :)

Overall, a great experience. had an issue getting into the cabin on day 3. Maintaince showed up in about an hour to resolve a mechanical problem with it. Very friendly and competent person.

Our cabin was very nice and clean as displayed. We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the mountains were beautiful. An we had a great commute to all the shops.

The cabin (an eagles call) was so amazing. The views took our breath away. The cabin was cozy and fit my family of 4 perfect.

This was our 23rd annual trip to the Smoky's. We have stayed at a Timber Tops chalet each of the last few years, and will most likely do so again next year. Our experience's have bee great each time we have rented through Timber Tops. Thanks for maintaining quality of the chalets.

An Eagle's Call was beautiful . We didn't want to leave the cabin.

The experience from when I first searched for a cabin through booking and then through our stay and checkout was first rate.

when we arrived we discovered the hot tub was not running and water was cold. called and waited an hour and a half and never heard from maintenance. Called a second time and within 5 mins. a maint. man was in the drive. He fixed the hot tub that evening and it was good to go the next day. Only problem we had our 6 days at the cabin. We chose that cabin for the view and it was a great view.hot tub only issue keeping me from an excellent rating. Thank you

From the first call requesting a cabin up until our arrival was a pleasant and professional experience ... We've stayed with Timber Tops a few times and we are always very happy with our time there ...

Refunded amount for hot tub being out of service which was great. On bottom level there is a screw or nail sticking up on step that was very painful to step on. Bottom sinks release rod was broken so it filled up while brushing teeth and would not go down. Could not get bottom tub to kick jets on for relaxation so it didnt work properly.

Great time

Had a lot of communication problems, but I believe you office was moving from one location to another. I mad numerous calls in which I could not get hold of anyone. We was about 40 minutes late getting into our cabin, because of cleaning and not having anyone call to give us a code, as we had been told they would do.

Checking in & out by phone really saved us time & hassle. The cabin was perfect for our family! Very clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained.

The Cabin was nice, but the floors were a little dirty upon our arrival. The remote was missing for the living room fireplace. Everything else was great.

Remote check in and check out are great. We enjoyed the chalet and will look to Timber Tops again next year.

Excellent customer service at the office. We were early for check in and were told the cabin is not done yet, which we expected. We were told that we will get a call when the cabin is done. We didn't expect the call in less than 5 minutes.

Excellent service. Available even after normal hours...I still received answers to questions at 11:00 PM! Cabin was great and as described in pictures and text.

The veiw from this cabin is breathtaking! Cabin was clean and as expected although it looked bigger in the pictures. We had 6 in our group and had plenty of room.
