Everything was great only complaint I really have is not having more lighting on steps that lead to parking area someone could get really hurt at night other than that everything was great and clean !! We would go back !!

The cabin was so cozy and homey! Felt like we had escaped to a private mountain cabin but still close to anything we needed or wanted to do and all the comforts of home.

As usual Timbertops provided a beautiful cabin for our weekend trip. Everything we needed was provided. The faucets in the bedroom bath and kitchen cud use some work; water flow is very low. The checkin by text is so easy and convenient.

Communication was excellent. The cabin was clean upon arrival and suited our needs perfectly.

It was wonderful! Everyone I talked with was very friendly and quickly answered any questions I had. I was kept up to date on details and the process well ahead of time.

Great cabin for our family of 4. Lovely view. Some notes: drive up to the cabin is intense. Single car bridge at the bottom of the hill and couple tight turns going up and all with steep incline! There’s a large digital alpine coaster billboard near the cabin and at night will light up the sky every ~30seconds or so. We weren’t bothered by it really. I thought at first was lightning flashing. There’s lights from the town so kind of blends in. Maybe more tree coverage in the summer won’t be as noticeable. Big flight of stairs to the cabin and another set to the main living space and stairs up to the master loft space. Good work out! There is a back door to grill area and space on either side to take our little dog to the bathroom. Worked well for us. We didn’t see any bears and we were a little worried we would. There’s a motion light near steps up to the cabin and light over back porch. Door Dash delivered to the cabin which was nice. We tipped extra for the drive they had to make. There’s a Kroger close by and a Publix. Close to everything really, but you feel secluded in the cabin. Kids enjoyed the pull out sofa bed and the game room and pool table to play on. Had a nice recliner chair for my husband who has a bad back. Wi-Fi worked well. We didn’t try the hot tub. Be advised don’t try to run a wash if someone is taking a shower in the master. They compete and the shower will suddenly quit. Fun discovery ha! It was cozy and we enjoyed fog, misty mountains and rainfall and other times sunshine views. Good times!

Living above the clouds is definitely a heavenly experience! Southern hospitality is most cherished with me. Even though I was a tourist, I really felt like a resident. The attractions were awesome and the food was great. I’m definitely coming back!

It was a great overall experience. The only issue we had was the back door is very hard to open due to a doorknob hardware issue. The parking space could also be a little larger.

Great staff. Cabin was Knotty & "Very" Nice & well stocked. Great mountain view. Cabin driveway access was a bit slick (due to wet leaves) & turning around was challenging for a full size PU Truck. Lot of steps to climb with luggage, but once inside you feel very comfortable. A printed TV channel guide would have been nice to have. Cabin is well built & a solid structure. It could use some clothing hooks /pegs . Loved it.

The cabin was clean, well furnished and stocked with game tables, tv's, and board games as well as good kitchen needs. Towels were a bit limited but there was a wash machine and dryer. There are some things that need replacing but nothing that would keep us from visiting again. The road up to the cabin was somewhat challenging for a city family - a few more lights and filling in the holes would be much appreciated. The only real negative was we had a pet cabin and there was no place for the dogs to relieve themselves. We finally brushed away some leaves and weeds to make a small area. Maintenance is needed on the clearing the stairs of overgrowth and maybe a couple of lights on them. We both needed to use our phone flashlights at night. Would definitely recommend!!! Wonderful staff to work with and very accommodating.

Loved the cabin. It was a perfect get away. Quiet, private and still cclose to everything. We will definately be back.

Several of the equipment control batteries dead and needed to be replaced. Also the bottom level tv would not show programs. It said they would be on shortly but they never came on. We were unable to change the channel on the tv in the bedroom. I don’t understand why the cover on the hot tub was so heavy. Two of us had a very hard time lifting it back onto hot tub.

We enjoyed the cabin and will definitely visit again! The hot tub needs to be updated, very low her pressure and heating settings seemed off, but it was still enjoyable.

It was an exceptional experience right from our day of booking the cabin all the way up to check in. The staff at Timber tops was very helpful and professional in answering all of our concerns. We received all of the pertinent information via email two weeks prior to check in and on the day of our arrival we received a phone call with the code for the door, we didn't even have to go to the main office. Overall the experience was was great and will recommend Timber Tops Cabin Rentals.

Check in was amazing. We were coming after hours so they called the day of nand gave us the pin code to get into our cabin. Our cabin was absolutely beautiful, nice and clean and felt so homey! We really liked the layout of the cabin and the furnishings that made our staymore pleasant: the washer and dryer, the number of bathrooms, the kitchen layout, and the hot tub. The cabin was very clean.

We loved the cabin and will stay there again for sure. It was beautiful and secluded. I enjoyed the peaceful serenity of it all. It rained almost the whole time we were there but that was fine by me as we sat on the porch a great deal of the time and enjoyed the sound of the rain on the roof. It was so relaxing. I do have a question though. Was there once a driveway up to the back of the cabin? This would be so much more convenient for us older folks. Still, it was so worth it.

We loved ou stay

Nice and friendly service agents when we first booked our vacation. When we arrived the Timber Tops staff greeted us with smiles. Easy check in and detailed package explaining everything about our stay while in Piegon Forge. We absolutely loved the cabin. (Although within the first 10 minutes of being at the cabin a bear walked across the porch😂😂) Check out was as simple as calling the main office and telling them we were leaving. The agent thanked us for staying at Timber Tops and wished us a safe trip home. The only complaint we have is that check in is not until 4pm and check out is at 10am. But regardless of that we will definitely be renting from Timber Tops again. Only this time for a week instead of 3 days. The Knotty and Nice cabin was exactly what we were looking for and was a perfect fit for what we like. We will book this same cabin for our next vacation.

Knotty and Nice was a perfect mountain getaway. If you are looking for a peaceful place in a busy town this cabin is the perfect choice.

Cabin was nice. I would recommend a TV guide for the TV service. Couldn't get the guide on the TV to work. Too many remote controls were a little confusing to use. Customer Service was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Critters like to get in the trash cans. Definitely need to be animal proof. Loved our stay. Will return. Thanks..

Customer service and communication was great. Pictures of the space could be improved and enhanced. Things that were good- location, space and layout, amenities. Things that could be improved- new mattress for bed. Uncomfortable. New wine opener. Things that cannot be improved I believe- view would be perfect if tree could be topped to improve view, bridge to the mountain widened, road widened, more flattish ground areas for dog

Bathroom in cabin was dark and outdated. Written directions to the cabin were not clear, but the people in the office were very helpful. The mattress was in bad shape.

Love the cabin, but it does need a few updates. The bed is aweful and i would like to see some new rugs and bed covers added.

Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend trimming trees to make the view better.

We had a wonderful time in Knotty and Nice Cabin. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. Food for thought for those thinking of renting this cabin; lots and lots of stairs. It didn't hinder our stay but may not be for those that have issues with using stairs everyday. We loved the extra exercise. The cabin is pet friendly which was great however the carpet in many places was soiled (didn't smell) but soiled; owners may want to do a deep clean if you are a guest report it to Guest Services so you are not responsible for the other 4 legged guest that had accidents. Again, didn't hinder our stay at all!! The only major downfall was having an EXTREAMLY IMPORTANT UPS letter package sent back to the sender. I was not told that Timber Tops would not sign for ANY package when I informed them that I was expecting it to make sure I could pick it up at the office. That was a tough day to try and get the package to stop, which never happened and was sent back. The office was as pleasant as they could be, however it did cause some undue stress on the day. Other than that big snafu we would stay there again and perhaps choose a bigger cabin to invite friends. Overall our experience with Timber Tops and the owners cabin were well worth it!

Customer service was great. My husband and I were worried after the fire in Gatlinburg but all of our questions were answered and the ladies we spoke to were very helpful. As always the cabin was perfect and the service was great! We hope to be back again next year for our anniversary.

The cabin was beautiful, the customer service was great. It was clean and fresh and exactly what we wanted. We may stay at this exact cabin again soon. We were actually sad to leave. My husband wanted to live there.

It was great! Cabin was clean and friendly. There were some spider webs across the windows that look out over the mountain so it kind of took away from the majesty, they would need to be pressure washed away. The stairs are no joke!

We loved our cabin although from the pictures online we were expecting a view and it so over grown that you can't see what I am sure could be an awesome view. The internet was not working the last half of the trip and one recliner was broken when we checked it....called and left messages for service but never got a call back!

Timber tops was great. Internet at this cabin sucked.. Verizon mi-fi @ .18mbps download speed. Gas fireplace didn't work. Didn't bother calling about either because they weren't priorities. Overall we had a great time in this cabin.

The convenience of checking in and out was wonderful!! The luxury pass was definitely a plus. I wasn't able to take advantage of all of them this time, but the money we saved was incredible! I loved the location of the cabin. It was convenient to everything, but yet secluded. Perfect for my husband, myself, and two dogs.

Overall it was a really nice cabin. But a couple of things were broke in the cabin, fan, recliner, shower door.

We loved the cabin and the location was great. I will say the cleaning of the cabin prior to our arrival is something you need to review. The shower in the master bathroom was not clean as there is mildew and "grundge" in the shower tracks. Also, the jets of the Jacuzzi tub need to be cleaned. There is black stuff I them as well and there is no way I would get in that tub. On a brighter note, the cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely request the cabin again.

The roads to the cabin are kinda scary, some guard rails might be in order.

Easy check-in from Office. Easy to find. Cabin location was a bit tougher at night. Cabin was clean and very nice. However, we did not realize there were so many stairs to climb. Some lights were out...over pool table. And outside, one of the two spot/flood on motion detector was burned out. BTW...it shines right in your eyes while carrying your gear into the cabin. Chairs were nice looking around the fireplace, but one (not recliner) had the springs shot (hard on the back) and the recliner...only one side reclined (other side broken). Oh yes, for a tall person al the mirrors are waaaaay too low. ;-) All in all, it was what we were looking for sans all the stairs. Great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Dirty dried washcloth in one bathroom and dried toothpaste in the other bathroom. 2 of 3 light bulbs blown in kitchen.

Our stay was wonderful! It was everything we were hoping for.

the cabin was nice & the scenery was excellent, need trash bags, hot tub jets needs cleaned, recliner sofa needs attention on left side, but overall good quiet nice place to stay. thanks

Very Clean. Easy to find directions/home. The only suggestion I would have is that the master bedroom did not receive the same channels as the living room for cable. This was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, awesome cabin and very peaceful!

The cabin was clean, although the water in the hot tub looked cloudy. We enjoyed the cabin, but there are three trees at the front of the cabin that need to be topped. If the tops were removed there would be a view from bedroom. Overall, we really enjoyed the seclusion of the cabin.

Very helpful moving us into another cabin when the one we rented did not work out for us, way too many stairs for seniors..

Everything was amazing. The staff at timber tops were awesome and so helpful. This was our first time in the Pigeon Forge area and we had a blast. The cabin was awesome and so clean. Loved our stay in Knotty and Nice! The cabin was beautiful and clean. We felt secluded and like we were in the mountains, but were also very happy with how close we were to town so getting to the local attractions was very easy. We can't wait to go back again!

Loved the cabin. Although the pull out bed needs repair. Bad spring i think. The kids slept on it folded up.

Cabin was overall exactly what we were looking for. We did find a few dead bugs on counters and elsewhere and the hot tub was very dirty ( needed to be skimmed clean).

From the reservation to arrival, everyone answered all questions completely. The cabin was beautiful, very relaxing weekend.
