Cabin was in great location. Secluded yet not far from everything we wanted to do. Would stay there again for sure.

The cabin was as pictured on the website, the view was beautiful, and everything was clean.

Easy access with just a code lock system, great set up in cabin with beautiful views. We joked about the poplar tree that blocked some of the panoramic view from back porch, but still had fantastic view nonetheless to watch the sunset!

Check in and out was easy. Our internet went out (we believe due to the storm the night before) called the main office and they sent someone up within an hour to get it fixed.

Loved the cabin, the porch needed to be a little more secluded from neighbors on the right side. A few light bulbs were burnt out, but over all a wonderful little cabin for a get away.

Third time with Timber Top Rentals. Great Stay. Loved the view. Had a great time visiting local shows, shops, restaurants and attractions, including Anakeesta. The only minor issue was the pilot light was not on for the fire place, but had no problem getting it going when you have a retired firefighter with you. We had a awesome time.

This was our first time staying and it was an awesome experience. The roads are very narrow but I guess that is to be expected. The views are amazing!! Only thing is we couldn’t figure out how to turn the fire place. Hot Tub in the 30 degree weather was nice.

everything was great. The only think I can think of that wasn't fantastic was the shower never really got hot. the water was just luke warm. Great Stay.

10 out of 10. Bearly Rustic was great in every way from cleanliness to location. The only thing I would suggest is addition of curtains. When the sun is coming down it can get bright and the option to close the curtains would be Great. I still give it an A+. Money well spent. God bless

The only downside of staying here is how close the properties are to one another. Luckily the cabin next to us was under construction so we didn’t have neighbors but if there were, there would have been no privacy. The cabin itself was clean and cozy!

We liked the check in process.

Everything was fantastic. We only stayed a couple nights and wished immediately that we had booked longer. (Next time!). Only issue we had was the bathtub water was brown in color after the first use. None of the other water (sinks, shower, etc.) were discolored. I understand these things happen even to perfectly fine water systems, just figured it should be noted in case something is wrong. We definitely will be back!

Everything was great except there was only 1 (not brand new - partly used) roll of toilet paper. We were staying for 8 days. It would have been nice for a 2d roll to have been left.

There were some issues through our stay there However through the few days of contact and our final checkout the management made it right. We like the property The view was awesome. I do appreciate the concern from the management to address the issues and make it right we will go back there again due to the fact that they took the time and concern to address it. One of the main reasons why we chose that is the rating and reviews and one of the local radio stations that we listen to here in Tennessee suggested it. And again I appreciate what they did and we will go back again.

The cabin was absolutely perfect and the Christmas tree was beautiful. The mattress was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on (I need the brand) We enjoyed the hot tub and the view was spectacular! Everything was clean and well appointed for our needs. The only negative was the sudden snowstorm that knocked out the power at 5:40ish pm on Christmas Eve and it remained off over 48 hours finally returning at approximately 6:22 pm on Saturday, December 26 the day before we left so we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub again, go out to eat, or see the sights. We could see our breath in the main living area so we hibernated in the bedroom. Thank heaven for the gas fireplace! There are two candle lanterns by the bedroom door and we hoped to use these while the power was out however they didn’t have batteries in them. Also a pair in the bedroom without batteries. Maybe some board games should guests become snowbound? Or puzzle books? We survived and hope to return, possibly for Christmas, just without the snow ❄️ We had a memorable time. Thank you!

Loved the cabin

We absolutely loved our cabin. It was very clean and perfect for a couple. The view from the deck was wonderful. Could sit out on the deck for hours watching the view. You can see the sunset also.

This is the second time we have rented a cabin through Timber Tops. The cabin and the view did not disappoint!

Check-in & check-out was a breeze. The cabin was excellent. We enjoyed the entire stay! We will definitely stay again.

Everyone was so helpful from the time I made my reservations until the time I arrived at the cabin. It was a bit chilly when I arrived & the cabin was cold. I called & left a message & Kim called me right back and the heat was immediately taken care of.

The cabin was very clean. There was an issue with the drain and the hot tub. They were fixed properly and attended to nicely. The cabin felt welcoming and was very romantic feeling.

Easy and pleasant sums up our experience with Timber Top!

The cabin we had originally booked became unavailable due to a shared well water issue. This was discovered an hour before we arrived. The young lady in your office was very helpful and efficient in finding us another cabin with a similar view and layout. She handled this problem extremely well. What could have been a huge disappointment and might have started our vacation off on a sour note turned into a very calm change in venue. The cabin was wonderful. My compliments to your staff and this young lady in particular!

My husband and I loved the cabin and the area, they were both gorgeous and exactly what we needed/wanted. The view was amazing! Loved how clean the cabin was and are planning on coming back every year for our anniversary!

Great view and a very nice cabin. Cozy for two people and not too far from town. Check in and check out were very easy to do.

We appreciated the fast response to our call about the hot tub. Someone was there within the hour to check and correct the chemical levels. The view was spectacular. Wish there was a door from the bedroom to the balcony and that the bathroom was a bit bigger but hey with a small cozy cabin what can you expect.

It was amazing! The pictures did not do Bearly Rustic justice, it was perfect in person. Everything was clean and worked just fine. When our fireplace quit working on the 3rd day in they sent a guy to fix it within an hour and it was back up and running immediately!

We stayed in Bearly Rustic for 3 nights. The view from the cabin is amazing, and it was very clean when we got there. Only complaint was that the tub in the bedroom was pretty dirty upon arrival, so we did not use it. Also, be prepared for the drive up, it was confusing as the street signs are often hidden or non existent.

Excellent cabin with spectacular views. Exactly how the website describes it. Really enjoyed the hot tub and balcony overlooking the city!

It was great

This was my 4th visit in 11 months and my 3rd consecutive use of Timber Top. My only concern was the toilet area, it smelled of urine terribly. Upon lifting the top it was slapptered as if it hadn't been cleaned for awhile. Made a trip to the store for cleaner and cleaned the bowl, floor and walls multiple times. The smell never actually went away. Other than that my stay and convenience of your service was great as usual.

Very clean! It was exactly like the pictures! I loved how the fireplace was timer activated. We went to sleep at night with it and the view was beautiful! We will definitely stay again!

As always, Timber Tops and the staff do a great job with the cabins.

Overall, everything was great. The only thing was, almost every dish, cup or piece of silverware had to be washed before we used it. They all had dried food left on them. Also, could have used some more with cleaning the cob webs. Other than that, it's a beautiful place and we enjoyed our time!

Fantastic

Very great experience, hard to get access code for direct check in because of phone issues but still worked out great. Only thing I would suggest with our cabin (Bearly Rustic) would be some type of curtains or shades on all the windows facing the mountains, the sun was bright at times and the sun would make it hot as well. The cabin was exactly as pictured and was very clea, will book again when we return.

Customer service was great. Only problems we had were with the first cabin As Good As It Gets we called for some lights being out and they were pretty prompt to fix but there is a loose board on the porch that someone could soon fall through that we hope is taken care of asap.

Loved the direct checkin. The office even called us and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. The cabin was exactly as pictures on the website. Everything was in working order and we loved the view.

My overall experience was just marvelous. The cabin was clean and well equipped. I enjoyed myself so much that I forgot to check out I thought I had 1 more day. My mistake but all is well. Look forward to my next stay.

Cabin was in great shape and the view was awesome. Really needed shade or something on the windows. Couldn't use the living rooms as the sun set due to the heat and light. Hard to sleep at night with no way to block out some light.

We received great service from making the reservation all the way to checking out. The cabin was awesome, and it was very clean.

Great fast service. Cabin was in excellent condition and very clean! We only stay in Timber Tops cabins!

The only issue we had was that the fireplace wouldn't turn on. We called the day after we arrived (monday), we're told the fireplace guy would be contacted. Still wasn't working when we left the following Saturday.

Excellent. The cabin was great, view outstanding, convenient to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Cades Cove, and Davy Crockett's Stables. The only problem was fireplace did not work. Would have been nice, but experience outstanding.

Clean cabin. Efficient, friendly employees. Nicely equipped kitchen. Charming decor. FABULOUS VIEWS!

We had an amazing stay one. One small issue was that the ice maker did not work. It was checked out on sat, but unable to be fixed. BUT they did proved us with Ice to resolve this issue.
