A Starr Peak View

Check-in and check-out was such a breeze! All of the ladies that I spoke with during our visit were so helpful and pleasant! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and is everything our family of five could need! The beds were comfy! The foldout couch was perfect for our younger son. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The hot tub was clean, warm and wonderful! The pool table and video game arcade box were super special additives that made our trip just that much more special! Our kids had a blast which, in turn, means we had a fabulous time as well! Thank you so very much!

My stay was awesome! Everything was smooth and the house was clean, with amazing views.

We booked another cabin we have stayed at for years but owners sold it so Timber Tops gave us other upgrade options...this cabin was better all around...loved that the owners paid attention to small details to make the stay more enjoyable...will definitely be back to this one...it's a clean cabin!

Everything was excellent. Cabin was well maintained and very clean. View was spectacular. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. We loved it so well that we even stayed and extra night.

Cabin was more than expected. Very clean, bed’s totally comfortable. No problem with reservations any questions answered. Views from cabin were amazing! Other than a storm the first night we were there everything was wonderful and there wasn’t much they could do about that!! Hopefully will be staying there again.

The staff was wonderful as always, the cabin was PERFECT!!! Incredible views, no issues at all, we stayed a week and only ate out twice because we wanted to enjoy the amazing cabin. We will definitely be back. I love always rent with this company because they are the best.

It was an awesome time , directions were an issue but we got there safe. Loved the cabin, clean and comfortable. The view was outstanding 🙂

Our cabin was clean and beautiful. We were pleased with the attention to detail. Our cabin was beautifully decorated and stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, lovely clean appliances, and there were plenty of bath towels and blankets. We had an excellent view of the mountains over Pigeon Forge. Our only concern was the Hot Tub was over heated at 107 degrees, but we were able to get it cooled to a reasonable temperature with advice from the office. We are already planning another visit!

We loved the cabin and you guys were super easy to work with. It looks like maybe this was a newer rental, I would recommend continuing to add to the amenities—a hairdryer was the main thing I noticed lacking. Also, there’s a lot of remotes in the house that don’t seem to serve a purpose and the direct tv ones didn’t work well with the tv.

Everything was great. Clean cabin and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated.

Overall, wonderful cabin and the views were spectacular!! The only "complaint" is the toilets are awkwardly place....right up against the sink and tub.

Overall great experience but wished the direction were better. Even if the cabin number was on it.

We had a wonderful time. The view from the cabin is amazing and worth the money. The cabin itself is clean and well kept. There were no surprises compared to the description on the website. We will use this place again in future if available. A small suggestion would be to have instructions regarding how to use the TV/cable system. There were upward of 10 remotes and using the system is not intuitive.

Clean Cabin with everything you need for vacation.

Loved our stay- only thing was GPS took us up the wrong mountain but the staff guided us to our cabin. We loved our view and look forward to staying there again!

We enjoyed our experience greatly, as always. We Stay with Timber Tops because of the100% cleanliness of the cabins as well as the amenities and stocked kitchen with GENTLY used pots, pans and dishes. It is clear that items are restocked when worn and upkeep is done to keep cabins clean and welcoming.
