The cabin was very nice and everything advertised. We wish the view was a little better but we didn't stay in the cabin much.

We really enjoyed the cabin and our experience with your company. Registration was easy and the cabin was in good shape. Even when the wind blew out the window in the bedroom, you handled everything very well. The hot tub and activities in the cabin were great too. Our only hiccup is we left a few items in the cabin and filled out a form for the missing items, but we haven’t heard anything back yet.

My experience with Timber Tops was very good from the beginning when I made reservations until the end when I checked out of the cabin Abide With Me. The cabin was exactly what the listing said & more!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The only negative thing I could comment on was the short stretch of one lane road to get to the cabin. If you met someone as you were coming or going to the cabin then someone would have to back up to allow the other vehicle to pass by. We only had to do that once so it wasn't bad. Turning into & leaving the driveway was also a challenge!! My wife & I loved the cabin & would most definitely stay there again!!

Great accommodations. Road just before cabin is very rough. Badly in need if repair. Cabin itself was great. Suggestions: provide coasters and dish scrubbing pad. Overall great experience.

Loved the cabin was very nice. Would definitely come back and stay there. The only down side was the road leading to it was very rough very narrow and with the road conditions it’s not easy to get up to with no room to maneuver around the bad spots. Cabin was clean and very cozy had everything we needed and then some loved having all the games and the hot tub.

We had a great stay. One issue the first day was on main floor bedroom the window completely fell out. We returned home and thought there was a break in but the window is just broke. Not the glass but the window mechanics. I will call the office today to also report the issue.

Overall, it was a great trip. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was relaxing with a great view. We could even see part of Dollywood's fireworks from the hot tub! My complaints are petty...I needed a broom. And the remote controls were mixed up and confusing to watch T.V. Luckily, my son is a technology whiz and he got everything sorted out. A few lightbulbs were dim....I could barely see in the jacuzzi tub when my 2 year old granddaughter and I took a bubble bath. But that was still fun! The Christmas decorations were very nice. There were plenty of dishes and cookware( except a large skillet; there was a cast iron skillet, though.) I knew to expect snow, as it WAS Christmastime. Just wish the heat worked when there's a blackout! We had a 2 year old and a 5 month old infant with us. Access to a generator would have helped. Or a propane stack heater that doesn't have to depend on the electrical blower.( Without little ones, it wouldn't have been an issue at all.) We did have a wonderful time! Indoor snowball fight with the kids was great!! ( Store bought'n kind!) The game room was amazing! Thanks for the memories we made there. J. Carson

The cabin was clean, well stocked. We got lost and called the office. They had one of their guys call us back and we followed him to the cabin. There was no bedding for the sofa sleeper. We called and they had bedding delivered. Amazing customer service!

We had a wonderful time. No complaints! Beautiful cabin! I would suggest cleaning the spider webs off the porch by the doors. At least to prevent people from walking into them when we were excited to check out the porches.

Staff was great. Check in process was a bit cumbersome, however, once all criteria was met prior to arrival it was quick and easy to gain cabin entrance and directons

We absolutely loved our stay!! If you want a secluded cabin, “Abide with me” is the cabin to stay in! It was the perfect size for the 5 of us! We had such a great time & will definitely stay here again! Timber Tops was extremely easy to work with! Reservations, payment, arrival & departure was super easy! The drive up to the cabin was great & easy except for the sharp, steep grade up into the driveway, but once we learned the trick to getting in, it wasn’t bad at all! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the cleanliness of the cabin! It was clean, for the most part, but the floors had to be swept as soon as we got there & we had to get rid of quite a few cobwebs inside the cabin! Not anything too extreme, just could’ve been done by the cleanup crew. The beds, bathrooms & linens were very clean! Beds were comfortable & the space was perfect for us. The hot tub needed to be cleaned, as well, but it was too hot outside for us to use it, so not a huge deal. I’m sure if I had wanted to use it, Timber Tops would have came & cleaned it, but it would’ve been inconvenient to have to wait for that to be done before using it! All in all, I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for seclusion & peace & quiet! One of my favorite parts of the location was that we had an awesome fireworks show every single night! I assume it was Dollywood’s end of the night show, but we enjoyed it every night since it was 4th of July week!! Thanks for a wonderful time & we’ll be back soon!!

My experience with Timber Tops was very good as always. The cabin had issues but this isn’t a Timber Tops issue I don’t think. The service provided everytime we stay with Timber Tops is what keeps us coming back to them and not even looking at other cabin sites. As a travel agent I also send all my customers to your cabins as well.

Everything was good except for tv and cable in bottom bedroom. Water pressure was horrible. Furniture in living room was not comfortable. Was clean. Not a very comfortable cabin compared to others we have stayed in with Timber Tops.

Our stay at the Abide With Me cabin was overall a good experience. I would not recommend this cabin if you have small children. We spent a lot of our time guarding the staircase from our 1 1/2 year old grandson. It is located right in the middle of the cabin so it was hard to avoid them. There was only one room with a door so there was not much privacy in the rest of the cabin but it was very nice and clean and well stocked. The drive up to the cabin was VERY scary. The road turned into a one lane road that you prayed no one was coming cause I don't know what you would do. The road is in need of major repair. It had several large potholes and crumbling pavement and the drive up was steep. The driveway was also very tricky to maneuver, especially in a large SUV. You can still see all the fire damage in the area and around the cabin but the cabin wasn't harmed in the fire. Timber Tops was very easy to deal with and we had no problems with them.

Great cabin and the check-in/out process was very smooth

I would like to thank the gentleman with a tan Chevy Silverado with the ladder rack that graciously fechted us for Piolet on the Parkway and got us to our cabin after driving around for over an hour and half on mountains roads, was quite scary. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. So for the customer service provided you get a five star. However the cabin was nice, but was not very clean when we arrived. The kitchen floor was dirty. The top porch is amazing, but doesn't look like it has been swept for awhile. The beds were very nice, but the house is very opened. If the kids were in the basement playing pool and I was on the third floor, I could hear every word that they said. The game room was nice but not all of the games worked, the puck for air hockey was broken. I was thankful we also brought board games to play. The hot tub doesn't look so good either. The girls only got in it one time because it made their legs red and itchy. The kitchen was very well stocked so that was definitely a plus for me since I cooked several meals at the cabin. Look forward to finding a different cabin to stay in next week. Again 5Stars for the awesome customer service! That always makes for repeat customers.

Cabin was very nice, one of the best we stayed in. Unfortunately the tv in the game room where the most comfortable couch was did not work and was not fixed until right before we left. Aside from that we would definitely stay in that cabin again!

Your website was easy to use when we looked into booking a cabin. Booking was easy and all transactions were handled professionally by Timber Tops staff. Information was provided to us in a very professional way and everything was easy to understand and self explanatory. Our cabin was clean as we expected and we had no problems except for the hot tub. We had to call for someone to come clean it but they did so in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely use Timber Tops again when we visit the Pigeon Forge area.

Cabin was nice and clean!

Overall I was content with the cabin ....never did find a popcorn maker that was mentioned in the description...and the "road" it is on is in need of some maintenance (pot holes, weed control in particular). With some tlc to the cabin and it's contents the cabin could be top notch.

Overall everything was great. They even called to let us know we could check in an hour early.....something that many people promise but it never actually happens. The paperwork process seems a bit unnecessary and cumbersome. I've stayed with many different rental companies and never had to fax a copy of my credit card and I.D. As long as the charge went through it was a done deal. Not sure why the extra effort with Timber Tops. The same issue with faxing the rental agreement....I paid...you sent me a confirmation...the electronic agreement should be sufficient. After all that, they forgot to send me the Direct Check-in information. Otherwise, very nice people to deal with.

Customer service was great making reservations. The cabin is on a very steep road, this should have been declared. You should have a mirror on the poles on the one way roads at the top nearest the cabin like they do on some,of the other poles. Cabin could be cleaner the glasses were dusty I had the wash them before using them. Gameroom a little rough, tv wouldn't turn on, games outdated, pool balls crappy. Otherwise cabin was very nice. I would not recommend to older people, staircases would make it tough and roadway.

Love the cabin and check in and check out was such a breeze ! Definitely will be booking more with Timber Tips next time I'm in TN.

Everything and everyone from time to check in, to service call to cabin, to check out was awesome! Was second time booking with Timber Tops. Also love the packet of specials given to you upon check in. Both the cabins I've rented were beautiful as well as comfy. Will be looking forward to doing business with TT again in the near future!

Every thing was wonderful. There were 2 issues that were quickly resolved and none of which were your fault. The alarm had a fault that was resolved within the hour and there were a few light bulbs out that were replaced while we were out. I would stay with Timber Tops again!

We loved the cabin overall. Only downside was finding 2 scorpions in the game room and the driveway was a bit scary.

VERY GOOD BUT PLANNING OF THE PLUMBER ON THE PROPERTY OUR FIRST DAY WAS THE LOW PART OF OUR STAY. THE DRIVE WAY WAS A NIGHT MARE OVER ALL VERY GOOD.

The cabin company was very nice and switched us cabins because someone in the party had injured a knee and could not go up and down the steps at the first cabin. The second cabin had steps up to the door but then everything was on 1 floor so it made it easier. The cabin we stayed in was nice but did need some updating. The owners of the cabin did not give us much information and the cabin did not feel as homey as the other we have stayed in. We would recommend Timber tops to friends or family but out first choice is still Great Cabins.

Please improve------ 1)Dusty nightstands and other non-main but easy to reach areas--lower decorative shelves, greenery, electronics. 2)Cobwebs in other easy to reach areas. 3)No extra indoor trash bags. 4)Tip envelope empty yet previously used because ripped open at top. GREAT------ Much better games selection. Netflix . Easy to locate owners manuals. Good selection of kitchen utensils, service ware, etc.

Cabin was clean, but everything insde was outdated or run down. A good experience overall though.
