Black Bearry Hill

Easy check in & out. Cabin was gorgeous. Cabin was clean and safe within the gated community. Cabin had spacious bedrooms and Floorplan is great. I had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend and catering for the special days that I provided for my family.

We've stayed with your company for many years and have never had a bad experience.

The cabin and location were both beautiful. Cabin was fully stocked and very clean. I could not get Alexa to control lights. We have Alexa at home so are familiar but she said skill was not set up for different functions. Master bathroom sink drained very slowly. Overall experience was great. We will definitely use and recommend timber tops again.

The cabin was clean, the beds are very comfortable. Love the cabin and the location. Customer service was very polite. Hot tub and pool table were great. My only recommendation would be to maybe upgrade the WiFi. The TV's upstairs and in the living room had a hard time staying connected. Not that my husband or I minded but our kids only complaint was the WiFi. In all we all had a great time.

It was very nice and we all had a blast! A bear did manage to get into the trash bins outside though. The cage might need a little better bear proofing. Overall I would definitely go back.

The stay was fantastic. Nice and clean. Only thing we had a complaint about is that we couldn't watch a movie on Netflix. Bad buffering . All in all we had a great time

The cabin was very nice and spacious. The alarm, TV, appliances and thermostat were all very easy to work. The location was secluded but still easy to find. The hot tub took several hours to heat up but after that it stayed warm throughout our whole stay. The wifi was not great but with six people using it I'm sure that is difficult. There were plates and lots of pots and pans but no frying pan which I thought was odd. Overall it was a great stay.

It was absolutely fabulous! The only thing lacking was pot holders and could have used another roll of toilet paper!

The trip was wonderful cabinet almost what we expected. Was really disappointed not getting in at 4 pm and created us trying to find the cabinet in the dark. Very disturbing

Everything was perfect. We had to make last minute change to our vacation and we were able to get a cabin that fit all our needs within 2 weeks of our travel date. The cabin was clean and the Christmas Tree was great to have. I just wish we had more time. We can't wait to come back.

We had a great stay in this cabin. It was perfect for our family of 5, with room to spare. Our kids loved the old school arcade game, pool table and playing in the spacious yard and play set. The hot tub was a nightly routine for us, especially after hiking days. We were able to prepare most of our meals in the cabin, which was convenient for us to avoid having to eat out much due to COVID concerns. We were within 15-20 minutes of the national park as well as Gatlinburg and Seviereville. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Cabin was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. Master shower could use a little updating and water pressure was a little low but served its purpose.

Spacious and had everything we needed for our large family. Perfect for our weekend getaway!

This was a last minute change to a cabin and I'm glad we did. It was a beautiful place with a secluded feel. Close to PF and G-burg but once at the cabin felt like you were miles away from town. Will definitely be using y'all again. Thank you.

The cabin was ready on time. Easy check-in. The cabin was clean. ( Outside porches could of been cleaner) Everything was in working order. Checkout was easy as well

Enjoyed our stay very much. Only complaints I would have is that we could not get the air to stay set. No matter what you set it to it would automatically go back to 73 in a few minutes. Needs to be programmed where it could be set at different temperatures. Would set it on 70 and it would automatically go back to 73. And big light bulb on Back porch was out.

We loved the cabin, but there was 3 issues we had. 1. The cabin was equipped with a dish washer, but it did not clean the dishes at all, which we had to then wash by hand. 2. While trying to find a drying rack for the dishes that we had to wash, we discover the kitchen sink was leaking underneath. 3. The cabin showed a play set, which my 4 year was more than happy to play on, but we noticed that some rungs that a child would use to climb up in the play set were snapped off, thankfully the was another way for him to climb up into the playset. Over all we loved the cabin, loved the view (of all the trees) and loved the shade in the most perfect weather imaginable. Your staff was nice and polite. I recommend Timber Tops Cabins to any and everyone. We enjoyed the pool table and the multicade to the full extent. We hope to come down more often and stay in your cabins.

We enjoyed our experience very much. Westher kept us from getting our original cabin but the other cabin was similar (just not as many game options).

It was ok. Dishwasher ended up not working. Cabin smelt musty, not real clean. But overall enjoyed it

There were issues that would have made our stay more enjoyable Don't put cleaning products in the food pantry. Yuck. Replace the indoor. Athtub drains. There wasn't one in the jacuzzi. Vacuum didn't work Dryer doesn't work. Must dry 3 times

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The cabin was wonderful and met our expectations. There was a bit of miscommunication regarding the code for the entry gate and the procedure for setting the alarm and locking the door. It was quickly resolved and our stay was very pleasant.

Was disappointed that the hot tub had no chlorine and smelled bad when we got checked in after a long day of driving was looking forward to getting in the hot tub!! Called the next morning and had a repair man out super fast to fix it! Enjoyed it the rest of the week!!

Customer service at Timber Tops is always excellent! Thank you for expediting the repair to the alarm system at Black Bearry Hill! The gentleman (I didn't catch his name) was very curious and professional. The only things I would recommend is providing more towels, as I had to was them several times to get us through the week, and also repairing the swing in the front porch. I used it once with no problem but when I got up the armrest seemed a bit lose. Otherwise, great experience, as always! :)

The booking check in and check out was great. But the cabin was extremely dirty I don't think it was dusted in months there were cob webs hanging from the ceiling under the beds were never vacuumed. We had to ask twice for someone to come fix the swing set.

The cabin was clean and very comfy. Our only suggestions would be to update the pots and pans for cooking and the trashcan was not very appealing in terms of keeping critters out of the them. Other than that, it was nice.

It was wonderful! Beautiful cabin with all the amenities anyone needs or wants. We loved it! It was secluded but yet close enough to all the entertainment, restaurants etc.

We were very happy. It was our second time renting from timber tops. Love the direct check in. We will be back!

It was really a wonderful experience. The cabin was so much more than we expected from the pictures. Everything was perfect. Beds were SO comfortable, location is perfect, close to everything. 10/10 hands down.

The office staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The dryer in the cabin did not work which was a bit frustrating when trying to wash bath towels.

Easy check in and check out. Cabin was very well kept and supplied with needed amenities. Definitely coming back.

Stay was good. Kitchen lacked basic essentials for being able to prepare a meal for a large family.

It was wonderful, we had a great time . The cabins are beautiful, roads are very skinny with blinding turns and steep hills. But overall great.

Would've been 5 stars but I called about a stopped up sink in the upstairs bathroom about 1 hour after check-in and was told that someone would be out to fix. No one ever showed.
