It was nice and clean. Everything worked. And was nice and got us in before the 4 check in time

Everything was good need more wash cloths only two there for a fore day stay

Very nice cabin the only thing that I didn’t like was that the cabin didnt have a smart TV so I had to rent movies

Enjoy my stay, very clean and private. Cues for pool table need some tips. An extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice and also a basic condiment like salt and pepper

It was exactly what I was looking for in a cabin! Very clean and cozy and close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Only complaint, we needed a plunger and called but he did not come until 2 days later. My husband had solved the problem by then🥴

Cabin was very nice and enjoyed our stay—-only suggestion would be to check the light bulbs, there were a couple burned out in the bathroom and the outdoor light—not a big deal a big deal but a slight annoyance

The cabin was everything that was promised. We loved the location, and the amenities. We will be staying again.

The cabin was very nice. The directions to the cabin need special attention. They were confusing and had trouble following them.

There were a couple of lights out in the bathroom, and the directions were a little confusing (was told NOT to use gps, used it once the printed directions got us lost, and gps took us right to the cabin), but the cabin was very clean and perfect for a couples getaway! Will definitely use your company/services next time we’re in the area!

Great spot for the weekend!!

We had a lovely time. We would suggest having at least 2 rolls of toilet paper available in the cabin upon arrival. We were only staying 2 nights so we did not think we would use more than one roll however the initial roll was not a full roll! All worked out but toilet paper should not be a source of stress on a 2 day getaway!

We wanted a cabin for our 20th anniversary trip and this cabin had everything we were looking for. Great location in the mountains, while being conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was the perfect size for the two of us.

It was easy check in and out. Love the cabin and privacy. But building more on top of each other will lose the privacy.

Great cabin stay! Beautiful location and so many fun amenities inside. We had a great family break away for mom, dad and our two boys 5 and 9! The boys were so pumped to sleep in the game roof loft! The location was fabulously located right between pigeon forge and gatlinburg, we got to make the best of both areas so easily. Loved every minute of getting to area amenities quickly as well as spending mornings and evenings in this spectacular cabin!

Our family really liked An Elegant Escape. We had some hiccups at the beginning because there wasn't any bedding for the pull-out couch and the toilet flush was broken, but we really appreciate the prompt response. It is a really nice cabin, and we loved having the arcade games, pool table and hot tub.

It was a beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

The cabin itself was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped, there was a washing machine and dryer, the upstairs game room and the fact that there was a hot tub and jet tub. The things that we would change if able would be to add more channels to the tv, have a little more privacy in reference to the all glass doors, and maybe add a clear shower curtain to prevent water from getting onto the floor.

Everything was comfortable and very lovely. The firewood by the door was greatly appreciated.

Great stay! The place looked exactly like the pictures. I only re wiped stuff down because of COVID, but the cabin was very clean. Easy check in and check out. Definitely hope to stay again.

Reservation process and check in was easy.

An Elegant Escape was great. Everything was as advertised. The only thing that didn't work was the fireplace, but that was not a big deal to us. We got to see several bears including a mama and 2 cubs. Overall a great experience.

The cabin was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay.

The cabin was absolutely wonderful and looked exactly like it did online. My only recommendation would be to provide more towels. We loved it!

Clean and cozy

Check-in extremely easy. Finding our cabin was a bit difficult, but that’s mainly because of the way the roads on the mountain are labeled. Once we found our cabin we were pleased to see it looked exactly like the pictures we saw. The cabin was clean and ready for us to stay for the week. We would definitely book with you again!

Everything was great in the Elegant Escape cabin, the cabin was so very clean and perfect for our getaway for a long weekend. My only issue was we spent about 30-45 minutes cleaning off the furniture and sweeping the front porch and back deck. We love the cabin, and the back deck made the trip that much more relaxing. I would just ask if we stay there again that the outside also be cleaned if at all possible. Thank you.

Loved the cabin, esp the deck. Email I got said there was a starter use of laundry detergent but there wasn't so I called; was told they no longer supply that so i told her it needs to be taken out of email. We had just driven the 12 miles to town to the store and had not bought any 😞 Otherwise, it was good.

The cabin was very nice. The roads leading to the cabin are a bit scary-maybe more street lights or road reflectors would make this seem safer.

Everything went very smoothly. Had problems finding the cabins but the staff was very helpful.

The cabin was very clean and the staff was very nice. The only reason it wasn't five stars is ONLY because the lock on the front door did not work well. It was NOT a big deal at all but it was difficult. Everything this else was great!

The cabin was well represented on the Timber Tops website. Screen doors could use some repair, but nothing that would cause a security issue.

My husband and I had a great time celebrating out anniversary in An Elegant Escape. I was a bit disappointed in it's "secluded" description however. While the cabin is definitely away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I would not consider it secluded from others at all. Not only could I see our neighbors clearly on their own decks, but Saturday night we got quite the concert from some happy party goers well into the middle of the night. The cabin and the experience were great, just not quite the seclusion I had believed I was getting.

Cabin was excellent clean and beautiful view and always great service with Timbertops.

Everything was amazing; the heated jacuzzi on deck, gas fireplace, gameroom for added entertainment, & kitchen and grill allowed us to cook when we didn't feel like going into town. The cabin was so relaxing & serene; it provided a great escape from daily stress & allowed us to leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

We had a great time at An Elegant Escape. We used the Direct Check In and it worked well, allowing us to go straight to our cabin.

Very beautiful, secluded cabin. Had everything we could possibly need. Had a wonderful relaxing vacation. Will definitely come back.
