Excellent! Directions worked, access was easy, clean, organized and the cabin was perfect. My wife and I were celebrating our 49th wedding anniversary and everything was excellent.

Found website searching for available cabins very user friendly and easy to book reservations, confirmations and electronical signature of contracts was also very easy and guest services promptly advised receipt of necessary submitted documentation. We were notified early that our cabin was available and when we encountered trouble getting into cabin because instructions provided in paperwork were incorrect, we called guest services and received correct procedures for unlocking cabin door and they asked if they could help us with anything else at the moment and to feel free to call if we needed anything furter.

Everything was amazing

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin....even DUSTING!!!!! Most importantly, every thing worked (TV/Hot tub/washer/dryer) and that really made the time spent in the lovely cabin so very comfortable and stress free! Additionally, adding to our bliss was feeling so safe and secure!!!! With all those items addressed, we were able to relax, recharge and truly be touched by the majestic view! Thank you so much.

Everything was great EXCEPT, the bed needs a new mattress.

We have stayed at Timber Tops Cabins for several years and have been very pleased with the cleanliness of your cabins. The ease of receiving a code for the cabin to check in and simply calling to check out is a plus! The WIFI did not work the first night there, but a great guy named William went above and beyond to get the connection working for us the next evening. We don't usually play the video games that comes with the cabins, but we did try this one out and there was a problem with the touch screen so this should be addressed for future visitors. Other than those two things, everything was perfect! The kitchen is really stocked with any item you would need. This cabin is definitely one we will return to in the future. The view was outstanding and the privacy was great!

Overall stay was great. There are a lot of different emails and different documents that come after you book. Some with conflicting our outdated information. And I submitted several questions via message and chat on the website that are never answered or acknowledged. But, a great cabin and a great time. Enjoyed it very much.

The cabin is GORGEOUS! Amazing views from every window, comfortable yet beautiful furniture, and easy access to the national park. We’d definitely stay here again. My boys (age 10 and 13) played pool every night while my husband and I watched dusk settle over the mountains from the hot tub (very appreciated after a full day hiking).

Enjoyed our stay.! Staff was friendly and very helpful every time I called...reservations were easy. Cabin was in great location with amazing view. We even had a visitor from a small black bear which was the highlight of our trip. We will be staying again.

We had da great experience at the cabin. It was clean and welcoming. The views of the mountains were tremendous and the view of the Dollywood fireworks were a plus.

Best Mountain View and best vacation so far. Check in and out is very easy. Customer service is excellent. Cabin is very clean. Full equipped kitchen make us feel like staying at home. The unforgettable thing is watching full moon rising from the mountain right after watching breathtaking sunset. Thank you Timber Tops gave my family such wonderful vacation. Everything was wonderful!!! We spent 5 nights here for our Anniversary/Christmas and didn’t have a single problem. We have finally found our perfect cabin for all our trips to the Smokies!!! Loved the great dvd selection and beds super comfortable!! All the staff we talked to were great! Can’t wait to go back!!! Oh and it does have Amazing views with also being close to everything.

Timber tops did an excellent job! We were excited to be able to get and stay in our honeymoon cabin from 10 years ago. I love all the upgrades the new owner has done to the cabin: interior and exterior. It was well stocked, we didn’t need anything except for our clothes and groceries. Everything was a breeze, including express check-in. Anytime I needed anything or had a question, the staff helped. We have been staying with you guys for 10 years, and we will continue to use your cabin rental company. Thanks for a pleasant and relaxing vacation!

The cabin was wonderful. The view was extraordinary and the features of the cabin took full advantage of the views. The only negative was that the master bedroom only has one air vent which did not cool the room adequately. Therefore, at nights the bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the cabin.

We LOVED this cabin! The views were absolutely stunning! The cabin was nice and clean and very comfortable. We were impressed by everything that was provided in the kitchen to cook with. This was our first time ever to the Smoky Mountains and it did not disappoint. We were celebrating our 20th Anniversary and a year of good health after my husband was diagnosed with congestive heart failure last year. We cannot say enough about our stay here and can't wait to come back with our kids. We would definitely recommend to our family and friends! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Kay and I want to thank you for an absolutely divine stay at the Majestic Mountain Escape. The decks, views, fireworks were incredible. The cabin was like none we have ever stayed in at Pigeon Forge. It was clean, well equipped, homey and we were festinated with the wood chairs, swings and tables on the deck and inside with the end tables, coffee table and how beautiful the wood was. The bears the forest charm. We could not have had a better experience anywhere else than at MME. The desk service was the typical southern charm we have always experienced with check in, questions we had and advice we asked about with some of the shows we were going to attend. Thank you all for a wonderful 50th anniversary experience. Timber Tops is the BEST.

We were displaced because the cabin we rented had no water or power. We were upgraded to a fabulous cabin at no additional charge. We enjoyed it so much we will be requesting this upgraded cabin again. Win-win for all!

Our stay was beyomd amazing this past week, hated for it to come to an end! We had everything we needed in our cabin and more, never had to call for anything!

Everything was great again! We've booked through Timber Tops many times and have always been very satisfied. This was our 3rd stay in Majestic Mountain escape and it is our favorite cabin.

Please always recommend Genos pizza!! They were prompt, curtious and not that expensive. The pizza place attached to your old check in location was horrible. We were on hold for 30+ minutes. We called your front desk and they suggested Genos and we were very happy!!

Had no issues with our stay. Staff courteous and very helpful. Cabin was spotless and amazing!

The cabin was clean and had many great anemities. Perfect location, beautiful view. The hot tub did not run well however a new one was being installed the day of our check out, which we found out when a work crew showed up and entered the cabin an hour before our check out time. This was a bit frustrating because we did not know they would be there and had we chosen to stay the extra hour to enjoy the view it would have been uncomfortable and intruding since they were in the cabin with us.

I love the direct check in- very convenient! Our cabin was absolutely amazing- I must say though... I was shocked at how Dusty it was and the windows were FILTHY dirty- when I looked out at the amazing view I noticed it- I almost bought some cleaner to clean them myself. Loved the resort we stayed in... Kids enjoyed the pool!

Check in was easy. Everything in the cabin was in order and as stated on the website. The views were awesome. Basically the cabin was clean except for dust build up near the fireplace, on the furnishings there, and the floor. We discovered a few dirty glasses and coffee cups but that could have been due to the last guests. Overall, the cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great vacation.

The stay was good overall the housekeeping was not good at all.

Everything was great other than the check in. Checkin at 4pm is already pretty late compared to most and then cabin wasn't ready till after 430pm. No call or anything to apologize, customer service and consideration could be improved.

Overall experience was very good as always. I Usually rate a 5 but this time the cabin was not as clean as it normally is. Jetted tub was not cleaned well and stove was dirty inside . Cleaning staff did respond promptly and corrected the matter. Guess we have come to expect an excellent standard. Otherwise everything was wonderful as usual

My expectations were EXCEEDED!!! I loved the location of Magnificent Mountain Escape , the view was AMAZING!! The Christmas decorations were beautiful... I loved everything about our December trip with the exception of the weather. It was 70 degrees. Lol. However, that had nothing to do with Timber Tops.

We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning. We have used Timber Tops for a number of years and will continue to use them for our Pigeon Forge vacations. Our cabin was clean, had an excellent view, and was exceptionally well furnished. The staff at Timber Tops are always friendly, helpful, and professional.

Great service, beautiful cabin! Would have appreciated knowing we needed to stop by the office when we had called in to check in to our cabin and got the address and key code only to receive a call an hour after we got inside saying to come sign a receipt at the office. Other than that everything went great, the cabin was very clean and beautiful! We would strongly recommend upgrading the washer/dryer unit as they are very small and extremely loud even from upstairs. It would also be nice for other guests if instructions on how to turn on the fireplace was left since the timer next to it did nothing, or at least a note advising it was turned off if it was, we weren't able to get it to work. Loved the place, will happily return again! Thanks!
