A Majestic View

I appreciate the hospitality's and help throughout our visit. We enjoyed our trip, but was a little nervous with the driving to the cabin. Next time we will need to discuss getting a cabin down below. Thanks

Customer service was great - prompt and kind. Cabin quality was ok, what i expected for a pet friendly cabin. Overall a really good experience. Much better than previous cabin rental experiences.

Entire stay was amazing! No major issues. The power went out in two bed rooms. We called for maintenance and they fixed the issue quickly.

Our cabin was great. We had a wonderful time. Our family has been staying with you guys for 11 years.

We spent a long weekend at A Majestic View with 3 other couples. Our original cabin that we were going to rent sold and Timber Tops worked with us in getting us into an upgraded cabin that still worked for our group at the same price which was very nice of them. Easy check in and check-out. First night fridge wasn't cool enough for our food and we had to keep it in coolers but sent someone out and checked it the next morning and it was working but just not as cold as we are use to. So then used the fridge and over the next few days it did finally get down to what we are use to at our own homes. Everything about the cabin worked wonderfully for our group and the bedrooms were very nice and the same for each couple that no one complained.

The stay was very nice, we loved the view, and the location was nice. It was a good location to get to the main attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was perfect for our party of 7 and roomy enough for more. The older teenagers (and adults) loved the game room and theatre room! When we arrived, we could not get the theatre room working properly. I called and Barry, the technician, came within minutes and got everything working for us! Excellent customer service from booking until departure! Both hot tubs worked great, as well! Truly a first rate experience!

Always good service. Cabin had a few areas that could be improved to really be luxury but overall we had a great vacation!

We were very disappointed when we arrived. Our cabin was in no way clean. (I have several pics of it). I called the office and a cleaning crew was there within 2 hours to clean. We felt like we lost that evening in our cabin. We had planned on spending the evening in and cooking out but we had to go out and eat and wait until the cleaning was done.

we enjoyed our stay very much. we had a little trouble finding our specific cabin, but once we were familiar with where the cabin is, the directions made more sense. Our only true issue was with how hot the cabin became about 4:30/5:00 when the sun began to set. Not sure there is anything we could have done about it, but did make the later afternoons difficult to relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in A Majestic View this past week. The only problem we had was only 1 of the 2 hot tubs were working and the top balcony was unavailable for use. We also would like to suggest some written instructions for the home theater room and some new darts for the dart board as most of the darts were broken. Other than that the cabin is beautiful and we had a blast.

The overall cabin was absolutely beautiful. However, there were a lot of dead and live bugs all over the house. Also, the Windows look like they haven't been clean in a long time. They have tons of cobb webs and are very unattractive. Other than a few maintanence issues, I loved the cabin!!

Everything from beginning to end was exceptional. Great job. Great property.

Wow. What a wonderful place. The hot tubs were fabulous, the fire places, game room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, location...all of it was absolutely perfect.

Everything was nice

The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed the view. We needed clear instructions on how to operate the projection in the movie room however, everything else was perfect.

This was our second stay in "A Majestic View". It's the perfect cabin for four couples who have been friends for over 40 years to spend time getting caught up. One issue - since our first stay the owner has installed a very nice media room. Unfortunately, the equipment was so complicated and the instructions so cryptic we were unable to use it.

The stay was wonderful enjoyed the beautiful colors in the leaves Picked an awesome time To stay the cabin was gorgeous The roads were a little narrow But I would recommend it To Anyone That Enjoys Nature and the beauty The leaves have this time of year.

You all did excellent, it was 8 of us total and everyone loved it.

Overallx we were pretty happy with our cabin. Some issues...it wasn't that clean. Floors were dusty, lots of spider webs. They dusted around furniture. Also, I called for garbage pick up, trash bags, and towels. They said they could deliver them to our in the afternoon. I called at 12pm. We had a sick kid and I was not taking her out. Still nothing at 6pm. I called and they said they don't deliver, come pick it up. The lady I talked to at 6 was very rude. Even though I said the lady said they could be delivered, she said no, we don't deliver towels. There is an awesome dart board. But...you can't use it because the ladder for the loft room is in the way. You could use a small board they added.
