Love this cabin!

The view was spectacular. The cabin stairs were a bit of a chore. The place was clean. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

A small misunderstanding for check in....everyone who had a credit card payment had to go to the office....didn't understand why, but when it was explained to us about fraud we totally understood. We couldn't get that answered over the phone. No harm, no foul. Check in was great and any problems at the house were handled promptly! Great experience!

Absolutely perfect cabin for a large family. We had such a special Christmas together. You guys thought of everything! We will all remember our Christmas in the smokies at this wonderful cabin forever. Something for everyone. So much laughter, story sharing and wonderful food and sweets that were made in the huge kitchen. Perfection! Thank you!

Spending time with my amazing family in this beautiful cabin will be an unforgettable memory we will cherish forever. We had so much fun, it has definitely motivated us to do another trip to TN. I really appreciate that our last minute request of a late checkout was honored. The only negatives I would state is there was absolutely no cookware available for a cabin that is suitable for 26 people, and lastly those stairs. Those stairs are ridiculous but unique.

The "cabin" was fantastic and every time I contacted Timber Tops/Amazing Views they were so friendly and helpful. Fantastic!

The stay was very good.

My family of 19 spent Thanksgiving week in the Laconte Overlook cabin. The view was Awesome ! We had a Wonderful time. The staff at Timber Tops was great to work with.

We loved the cabin especially the views and fire pit. The staff was very helpful.

Oh everything was awesome. Even the few little issues we had we resolved immediately!

For the most part our experience was great. The ice machines in the large refrigerator didn't work at all and the one in the loaner refrigerator was very slow. It would have been really nice to have them working up to par at least. Other than that our cabin was amazing, we will be staying here again next September.

I have used Timbertops for 7 years strong for my marriage retreats and I am always pleased. The cabins are beautiful and service is always friendly. My guests are always thrilled with the views and cabin amenities. This year everything went well. The cabin had an issue with the water pressure (no fault to Timbertops) and we called and received friendly and prompt service. We look forward to continuing to use Timbertops for many years to come for our retreats!

We wish we had a heads up about the non use of the decks and hot tubs sooner than 24 hours. The unit was very clean and had a great supply of toiletries that were appreciated. We loved the view! The cabin was actually better than the video on YouTube. We would rent this one again if the decks were usable. You need to spray for scorpions on the bottom floor. One was in the shower on the last day room #1

We loved the cabin it was beautiful the view is awesome!! there was a bad sewer smell and air conditioning on second floor stopped the line plugged up and got carpet wet other than that it was great

UT College graduation celebration for our daughter. We had 15 people, from age 11 to 85. It was a great space with wonderful views! We did not realize ALL the steps were spiral--making it a challenge for our older parents to traverse. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and games, the movie room, the jacuzzis, the fire pit and the porches.....and their own rooms/baths. We cooked/grilled almost every meal: your kitchen needs several things added. There was no cookie sheet, just a tiny pizza pan, most pans and frying pans were in POOR condition (we even repaired a few) and missing lids, the mixer we found did not work (then we found one on check-out day in a box), the dishwasher on the left does not clean dishes. To sleep 28: it is not equipped to prepare meals for that number. Luckily we brought several pans, etc. Loved all the refrigerators, cook tops and microwaves. I am not complaining--we made it work and had a wonderful experience! As an owner of a beach condo, we understand that items get damaged, items get taken, and people do not take care of the property. We took great pains to maintain your property. We had several critter visits. We had raccoons on the decks every night, a scorpion in a bathtub on the lower floor bathroom (luckily you forewarned us in your notes), and something (The prints on the car door looked like a raccoon) opened my sister's car doors during the night Saturday and snacked on interior snacks and left a mess inside and out on the parking lot. The doors were wide open Sunday morning. A sign on the deck indicated that cameras were present; do you have cameras, and can you figure out what got into her car? We certainly made sure all doors were locked after that with no food anywhere! We enjoyed our stay and wished we had planned to stay longer. Thank you!

The cabin was very beautiful and clean.

The view was spectacular and the cabin size for the most part was good for our family of 13. The cabin was not very clean. We had to wash the floors ourselves because they were sticky. Some of the bathrooms had dirt in the corners. I was very disappointed in the advertised 'Gourmet Kitchen' because it was far from even a basic kitchen. The fry pans were old, flaking and unsafe. There were no medium or large sauce pans just stock pots. One dishwasher leaked, neither electric or hand can opener worked and the front portion of the gas grill did not cook. The AV hookups in the theater room and living room were a group of mismatched wires and basically unusable. My husband and I are senior citizens and the lighting in the cabin is not sufficient for safety with the stairs. I fell down only the bottom 2 steps injuring my arm and foot enough that I was unable to participate in our other family activities. We had to call daily for trash pick up which does not seem reasonable when you know someone is renting for a week and will have trash. The wording in the Luxury Pass information included in our paperwork is misleading when referencing 'one free ticket per unit per night'. I will say that each staff member I spoke to was very pleasant. I will 'consider' Timber Tops for our future visits.

I have been staying with timber tops for a few years but this was not the best the home had a septic tank issue or something smell throughout the house!

The cabin was everything I thought it would be. The only issue I had was that the Christmas decorations were still up.

Cabin view was good. Dirty towels left in rooms, strong sewer smell, leaky ceiling from bathroom above, leaky windows.

Everything was great, staff was very friendly and accomdating. All request were granted quickly and in a polite manner.

The stay was very nice! Front office customer service was very nice.

The only problem we had was the cabin started leaking when it rained. It flooded the main floor and many of the bedrooms.
