Great Smoky Lodge

Everything was great. We had everything we needed and more. We really didn’t want to leave the cabin to go to gatlinberg, etc

Timber Tops is always a win! We stayed at the Great Smokey Lodge and everything was excellent! Our cabin was clean, spacious and overall a pleasure to be on.

Wonderful stay.. cabin is very spacious.. Kids noticed that wifi/TVs need to be upgraded. We brought all presents for everyone to open on xmas eve. But we wished christmas tree was bigger and cabin was decorated with xmas decor 🎄🎄🎄😊

The cabin was great. There were a few cosmetics things where the cabin showed some wear and tear, but overall it was a great place to stay.

The Lodge was beautiful. It would be helpful if you put extra sheets and pillow cases in a drawer and marked it. The fridge leaked water in the floor, we did report that. Overall it was a good experience.

I booked less than I week away so I had to check in "in person". It was super easy and the cabin was amazing. I would love to visit again

We have been satisfied customers for over 6 years. This cabin was wonderful and we were even greeted by a big bear.

Our cabin was exceptional. Clean, comfortable, and an amazing view. Reservations, check in and check out was seamless.

The check in process was really easy. Directions to the cabin provided was good and we were able to find and get in easily. The cabin was spacious and very well maintained. It's a wonderful cabin and everyone really enjoyed their stay.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. The cabin was beautiful and our family had an amazing time. Thank you for sharing this beautiful cabin with us. However there were a few things that could be improved that would have made our experience even better. The cleaning crew should really work on cleaning up the outside of the cabin. There was a lot of trash around the outside of the cabin that took away from its curb appeal. An easy fix which I was surprised wasn’t taken of before we arrived. We also killed several carpenter ants on the 3rd floor of the cabin. Maybe another visit by the pest control company is necessary. Also there were loose doorknobs, kitchen cupboards, and a broken towel rack that were in need of fixing. Most easy fixes which we could have fixed on our own had we had a tool box. Finally just a recommendation, this is probably more my personal preference but we were very surprised there was no garbage disposal in the kitchen. So overall A lot of minor things that had they been fixed or corrected would have made our experience that much more wonderful. Thank you again.

Amazing as always! Our family has been using timber tops since I could walk and we’ve never had a bad stay.

Cabin was clean, had lots of utensils for cooking, and plenty of space to park cars. The game room was great, lots of electronic games! The one thing that would have improved our stay would have been a second refrigerator/freezer!

Cabin was great and close to everything we wanted to do.

Cabin was very nice. Air went out on the third floor, but you took care of it that night.

The cabin was clean but a few things didn't work. The outdoor fireplace did not work, The refrigerator wasn't working properly so we called for repair. The toilet in the master bedroom ran for a very long time time till we lifted the lid and pulled on the arm.

Excellent experience! No complaints. This is our second time using Timber Tops cabins. Both experiences have been amazing..

The cabin was awesome. It was very clean and any issue, such as checking the upstairs air or emptying the dumpsters mid week were quickly addressed. The game room was a hit with our small kids and our grown kids too!

The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed spending time with friends. I would suggest that in the future a representative of your company meet new residence to be sure they know how to operate the TV's. We arrived Sunday and couldn't get all the TV's working until your handy man arrived Monday afternoon. For the price being paid I would think that guests would be provided sufficient toilet paper to last a full week. It is also noted that the cabin does not meet ADA accessibility;requirements.

The experience was great but we had a few problems with the commodes not filling back up with water when flushed, and we could not get a couple of the TV's to work. However, we still enjoyed our stay.

Everyone enjoyed their stay. The. Only downside was not much parking. Cabin sleeps 22 but only enough room for about 4 cars. Other than that everything was great.

Great Smoky Lodge was fantastic! The space was large with many areas to accommodate the various needs/activities of children and adults. It was very clean and the best equipped kitchen and stocked staples of anyplace we have ever stayed. The gas grill was much nicer than the park grills that were stated. You may want to advise people not to park near the trash dumpsters; a bear knocked one over and scratched our car! Only two other very trivial suggestions: kleenex and afghans.

Great! We had bears getting into the trash and a problem with the freezer. Someone was immediately sent over and bothe issues were professionally addressed. We loved the location of our cabin as well as the floor plan. When we arrived, it was clean and inviting.

The cabin once again was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was great! You may want to upgrade the games though... We couldn't get the sound to work on one of the machines. Thanks!

Everything was fantastic. The cabin was amazing. The only thing I can think of is the furniture in the main TV room was in need of repair or replacement, it was not that big of a deal to us because we were outdoors most of the time. When we come back to Gatlinburg we will use timber Tops again. Thank you.

Great....lovely cabin.

The cabin was beautiful and we really enjoyed our week. There is a few issues that needs to be addressed: There was a large mouse in the kitchen/dining room. The washer was un-level and vibrated across the floor and the cold water on the rinse cycle wouldn't hardly come out so took forever to do a load of laundry. The fridge froze a lot of our food-lettuce, eggs etc. and the freezer wouldn't make ice. The shower curtains kept falling off the hooks when you got in the shower and the living room bathroom shower leaked in the laundry room and so we didn't use that shower. The grill needs to be changed to gas or have sides and a lid! Was hard to grill when it was windy. Some things do need attention for the next guest!! Over all we loved the view and the cabin!

For the most part everything was nice. The beds could use some up dating all of the king size beds were a little uncomfortable.

We loved our stay. The cabin was clean and ready for our family. Check in and check out were very easy.

Beautiful house, you need have heat the lower level. Even with bottom floor cold We had a GREAT weekend.

Stayed in Great Smoky Lodge. Beautiful, accommodated all of us easily. Basement, with 3 bedrooms, was freezing!!!! Double quilted all beds down there for the kids' sake. Need to find a way to get hear down there. Small mouse problem though.....

Beautiful cabin. Just fit our needs. We have stayed with Timbertops for several years.

Great customer service started with the check in. The cabin was clean and ready to go as scheduled. Maintenance had to be called for a plumbing issue and responded promptly. We have stayed in this cabin since Hickory Mist ran the service. We plan on returning again next year as well.

I had a great time like always. Just two issues: 1. Wifi is too slow. 2. Outdoor gas fireplace was never repaired after 2 calls.

Cabin needs maintenance work! Fridge leaks, floor buckled, commodes running after flush! Air conditioner didn't work on main floor! Still loved the cabin! Great time!

This had to be one of the best vacations I have ever been on. We had a problem once we first arrived to our cabin but the staff was friendly and made sure we where taken care of. i never had to worry about anything.

The stay in smoky mountain lodge for my family and I was fabulous. It was wonderful to arrive in a well prepared cabin complete with all emenities The cabin was wonderful. My 11 year old niece described our stay as an experience of a life time to repeat every year. This is our third year but not our last.

While we very much enjoyed the stay, we had a number of problems. A mouse (we believe) chewed holes in a couple of T-shirts belonging to my daughter-in-law in the downstairs master bedroom. The icemaker didn't work and then the refrigerator froze food in the refrigerator section (but we might have caused that trying to get the icemaker to work). The outdoor grill turned out to have had a fire with a previous guest that made it inoperable for us. The a/c for upstairs didn't work until we got help because it froze. Your Wi-Fi is very slow and somewhat hostile to Apple products. There were a number of dribs/drabs items like a burned out power supply in a video game machine, a loose hot tub faucet, and broken pool ball rack (triangle), but they didn't really bother anyone. The refrigerator (we lost food), the mice (?), the grill, and the Wi-Fi are the things I would prioritize. Just as an aside, you have some varmints that seem to be racing around the roof over the small upstairs bedroom. We had no evidence they are inside the roof, but if I was the owner I might want to check and your view from the upper porch is being encroached on by the trees in front, some minor lopping would clear that up.
