Cabin was beautiful! Thanks for coming to fix the shower. We did not have bedding for the pull out couch but we’re given some at the office.

The cabin had a wonderful view of the mountains and it was very homey.

The cabin was very clean and exactly as we expected. The view was amazing and the location is perfect for easy access to any of the three towns at the base of the mountains. Check-in and check out was easy and fluid.

Checking in and out was a seamless process. The cabin was just as beautiful as the pictures. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day, soaking in the beautiful surroundings. The cabin was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen had all the necessities. It was a quiet resort. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We so enjoyed our trip to the Smokey's. Our cabin was everything advertised. Clean, equipped, comfortable and with absolute STUNNING views. A quiet location with a short distance from any of the attractions in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. We will be back. Thanks Timber Top!

It was so clean and wonderful. Beautiful views and so peaceful. Very easy check in and check out. No problems at all during our stay, we already recommended to multiple people and hope to stay again. Thanks for everything!

We loved it! Only thing that we think would be a good idea is to provide a lock for the bear bins. We had a visitor come by our area and open all of the trash stations easily. We loved seeing the bear though and would hate to see him go because of him getting to close to guests that wouldn’t appreciate him. :)

Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The views are truly amazing! The cabin was clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and relaxing.

We loved that we basically drove down from WI to TN, drove right up to our cabin and had the entry code for it without having to wait on a person! Very smooth check-in and out process! Views were wonderful.

This cabin did not have a full set of pots pans or silverware which was annoying but other than that, they stay was great. We’ve been coming to stay at timber top cabins every year.

Everything was amazing! Very clean, cabin was set up nicely, amazing view. The only thing that was wrong was the hottub wasn’t working during our stay!

Everything was very clean and nice. Never was able to enjoy hot tub since it never heated up past 74 degrees. But other than that all was excellent. I would love to see an app Integration for the phone.
