Cabin is beautiful clean, and perfect for a relaxing retreat. I will come back again. It would be great if there's karaoke entertainment available. Overall, our stay is awesome.

Cabin was very nice, in good shape and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our only recommendation would be to provide an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Thanks.

Easy to book, check in and check out. Upon arrival we found no garbage bags in the kitchen garbage can. One call and it was taken care of!

Clean everything set up for us from cooking to coffee felt like home

We enjoyed out stay, the cabin was beautiful. Our only problem was that we could not receive directions to the cabin or checkout instructions, because I do not have email on my phone. I can only receive texts. We stopped at your office and they gave us a written direction sheet and entry code, hopefully, our checkout was acceptable.

Service Service Service was outstanding. Josh is a great guy and a credit to your organization. Cabin was absolutely fabulous. Gas grill would have been nice. Hard to cook the filet mignon on the open charcoal grill. View from the hot tub was fabulous this time of year. Too many steps for this old broken man, but I DID pick this cabin of the many I reviewed. And excellent stay for anyone. Can’t say enough about this BEAUTIFUL place.

The cabin was absolutely breath taking. Attention to detail was second to none. The fall decorations gave it an extra warm and cozy feeling that we appreciate. Only thing we needed was more towels as there weren’t many provided.

Everything was very smooth from reservation to Check in to check out. The cabin was beautiful and the view of Pigeon Forge from the front porch was amazing! The cabin was decorated beautifully and was stocked with everything you would need. My husband and I will definitely stay here our next trip to Tennessee.

We had a great stay at the cabin! It far exceeded our expectations going into it. Very welcoming, cozy and most importantly, clean. It was the perfect location between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg and close to the national park. Beautiful views from the front porch. We’d would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful! The only issue was the hot tub wouldn't hold heat. The repair guy was there & fixed it by the we got back from shopping!😊

Coffee pot did not work correctly.. Hot tub was in sleep mode but it was fixed promptly 😊. Loved it

Everything from reservation to checkin to checkout was easy. Directions to the cabin were fabulous. The only thing, which did not impact us because we weren’t interested in them, the booking promised one free ticket to big attractions. We never received or located those. That would matter to some families.

It was quiet and peaceful, what we needed

Night Moves Over The Smokies cabin is beautiful and very cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. - everything you need. We would definitely stay there again. Only issues we had was the TV would top working and would need re-programmed and the lights would blink on and off randomly (not sure if it was due to the weather).

Beautiful location. The house is decorated nicely and felt very home-like. My only recommendation is to add beach towels for the hot tub. We had to use regular towels. And to also post the WiFi password somewhere. We had to contact the company to get it. Rather than that, it was great!

Keypad instructions and alarm code instructions would be helpful.

We had a great experience renting through Timber Tops. I always spoke to someone when I called customer service. I would say it is a bit difficult to reach someone after hours. When we got to our cabin, the water was not working. None of the sinks nor showers had water running. I called and left several messages (around 9 pm) and did not hear back. Luckily, my husband was able to find a water hose outside downstairs that was left open by someone and the water was just running and running. Once he turned that off, the water in the cabin worked. The only thing I would say needs improvement is having an after hours phone number to call for important issues that someone actually answers. Other than this, we had an amazing time. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. I called the first morning and advised one of the sinks was not draining well. Someone came right over and fixed it right away. The cabin is at a perfect location and has everything you may need. I read reviews about the Wi-Fi service not being so great and I have to completely disagree!!! The wifi was perfect. I had to work a few mornings and I was able to do everything online without any issues. We cannot wait to go back to Night Moves Over the Smokies!!

From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. The only bad part was packing up to come back home.

We loved everything about the cabin. Especially the way it was decorated for Christmas.

We have been coming to Gatlinburg for 23yrs and this was one of the nicest cabins we have ever stayed in. I felt like I was at home. Due to the overwhelming traffic in Gatlinburg and pigeon forge me and my wife spent the majority of our stay at the cabin. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful except for one thing: the WiFi didn’t work or worked very poorly during most of the week.

Great experience, Pat was WONDERFUL. We were evacuated from our beach vacation due to hurricane and just needed somewhere to stay last minute for a couple days. I called on the car ride in and spoke with Pat who hooked us up with an AMAZING rental. She sent two options to my email and I called her back once we chose and she did everything over the phone quickly and seemlessly. Our cabin was gorgeous, clean, and more than we had hoped for calling last minute. We will definitely stay with your company again!
