It was a beautiful cabin. We arrived to find a light bulb out in the stair well. As the week went on , more light bulbs went out in the stair well. As a result, My sister-in-law tripped on the stairs, stumbled and fractured a bone in her hand. She in fine and just wants the bulbs fixed so your next visitors will be safe. Also, the refrigerator freezer light was on the fritz. It would not quit blinking. It seems general maintenance is not being done. Several bulbs were out in the basement as well. Other than that, We enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was very clean, both hot tubs were amazing! We had bears visit us on three different days & it was so fascinating to watch them! Our overall experience was beyond excellent! We definitely will vacation in Tennessee again & we will rent thru Timber Tops!

The house is beautiful and the amenities are wonderful - great hot tubs, swimming, tennis and hiking. TV's in every room - watched early morning FIFA World Cup games in the mornings - we have soccer coaches and soccer players in our family. All twelve of us (6 adults and 6 kids) loved the cabin. Beware of bears close by - bear cub claw prints on the porch one morning and one very large bear in the front yard as we were loading up the cars to leave - exciting end to a great vacation. We will be back!!! PS - I would ask the owners to furnish the kitchen with better skillets, a better barbecue grill and basic items like dishwashing liquid, hand towels, salt and pepper.

Great location. Very private and close if you are hiking LeConte (our activity). Only recommendation is more cooking utensils are needed for a cabin that size.

The cabin was really well laid out and enjoyable. Only thing I would have liked more was better silverware/pots/pans options in the kitchen. The huge spoons were a little tough for adults, much less the kids.

We were able to check in at 4 which was nice since we had very excited children with us. The cabin was wonderful with plenty of towels, blankets and room for belongings. We were very comfortable. We had an issue with a toilet and maintenance was very responsive. On the downside, we had no cable or wifi for the week which was very difficult with the children wanting to watch tv and use the internet and not being able to watch football or the New Years Eve specials. I wish someone would have let us know ahead of time so we could have made alternate arrangements. When I called, I was told they were unaware when I checked in, but the previous occupants of the cabin reviewed their stay and mentioned not having any cable or wifi for the duration of their stay so I really wish we were told ahead of time. Overall, great stay!

Our stay was great, everyone loved the cabin. The pictures do not give it justice. We did get confused to how long it would take for the hot tubs to heat up (took a couple of hours). Also the toasters work but the racks that hold the toast on the inside are broken, so we had to wait for it to cool off to get our toast out. one of the coffee pots handle is slightly coming off. Scared us when we were pouring our coffee yesturday morning. We just used the second cofe pot the next morning. Those were the only issues we saw. The place was great plenty of extra blankets and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The house was great and looked as advertised. The requirement to pick up and drop off the pool pass could be worked out to be more convenient. We stayed in King or the Mountain- for a house of that size, we wished the common room furniture allowed for a larger group to sit together. It made gathering a little difficult.

The beds were not that comfortable, the air conditioning didn't go lower than 68, and the showers didn't have much room but those r the only 3 complaints I have. Everything else was fantastic! Good location near all the things to do in gatlinburg. Very roomy to accommodate many people. All the appliances were in good working condition.

The cabin is excellent for large families (10-12) and in an ideal location for Gatlinburg. We had a problem with WASPs (I believe 5 were in the 2nd floor living room) but not enough to complain about.
