Relaxing

It was very clean. Plenty of room. Very cozy! We loved the fireplace and high ceiling. The view from the deck was gorgeous. The hot tub was nice. We didn’t use the firepit but it was really cool to see. The only small thing is we were not aware of the steep drive up to the cabin. Thankfully we had vehicle equipped for it. Maybe you could include comments or pictures regarding the steep drive for future guests.

Everything was perfect. The only concern, I was given an alarm code and never saw a keypad for the alarm.

The cabin was clean and very well equipped. There were many amenities that were helpful and convenient.

I’ve been staying with Timber tops yearly for well over 20 years. I’ve never had a bad experience! Any time there is something I have a problem with they have corrected it immediately.

We ran out of toilet paper, and it would have been helpful to have more towels for the hot tub, but it was a very beautiful cabin! Decorated nicely, super convenient to town, great layout and cute yard space. We had a wonderful time.

Check in and check out was extremely easy. Love the keyless entry. Cabin was clean and accommodating.

I was impressed with the landscape and the detailed wood and decorations in the cabin. It was nice and good customer setvice. It wad very clean.

Everything was great. The hot tub quit the first night but was repaired the next day and we got to use it that night.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby was closed to visitors, but a staff member came out and gave all the information we needed. The cabin was very clean and an overall amazing experience! I'm sure we will be back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Enchanted Hideaway! Our only complaint is that the bathroom sink stayed stopped up, it was an extremely slow drain

Fantastic

Everything was perfect from speaking with them on the phone to book the rental to the location. We called them because we were looking for a dog friendly cabin and the lady that we spoke to was super friendly and very helpful. The cabin was decorated beautifully to fit our style and was clean. We actually got to see a mama bear and her 3 cubs while we were sitting around the fire pit which was nice. They did not bother us! Soon as they saw us they went across the street in the woods. We will defiantly be back. Thank you Timber Tops.

It was a great stay! We stayed here last year for our honeymoon and came back for our anniversary, and we loved it!

Excellent customer service

Our over all stay was wonderful. I will say on our arrival day was crazy and too many people trying to help and it led to a disaster. En route, I had called the office and asked Jennifer to emailed me the office address since we will be arriving after hours. Of course she emailed 1140 upper Middle Creek instead of 1440 upper middle creek. New to the area arrived at 1140 upper middle creek and it was a ghost placed. Called and the lil lady on the end assisted. The locked for the lock box needs to be change. It took 10 minutes to pry it open. The night staff did not find it easy to pry, but she finally did. Upon receiving the directions on paper, she proceeded to condemn the written directions and advise I use what she is saying verbally. Of course, we trusted her since she was an employee. After driving for 0ver 20 minutes and couldn't make since of her directions, we pulled out the directions and it made more since then she had condemned. Sorry I don't remember her name.

Outstanding customer service. If there was anything wrong with our stay, customer service reps. took care of the situation ASAP and in a very professional manner. They were very caring and made sure we were with satisfied with our stay.

Great to work with, when had issue with the door lock, the gentlemen we spoke with was able to help us via the phone right away. Have been a customer for years and will continue.

Always a perfect trip when we stay in your cabins! Have confidence that whichever one of your cabins we choose that it will be clean and very well kept.

Everything was clean and wonderful.

Check-in and check-out were very simple. The cabin was more beautiful than we could have imagined and had everything we could need.

Cabin was not as clean as prior visits. The "bare necessities" (sinks, tub/shower, toilets, etc.) were very clean. Rugs did not appear to have been vacuumed, windows had lots of dead ladybugs, & there was dust on most cabin fixtures - doors, knick-knacks, etc. I do love staying in your cabins. Because all guests (I assume...) are required to pay your cleaning fees, I do expect a higher level of cleanliness during my stay. I sincerely hope that I find future visits to your cabins to be of the higher quality I have previously experienced. The kitchen sink did not have a drain stopper. The hot tub jets seemed to be erratic & unpredictable. The controls did not seem to work the way we expected them to. It is possible that we did not use them correctly. After the first night, we didn't use the controls at all & just went with the randomness.

My husband and I stayed in the Enchanted Hideaway cabin for our honeymoon ....the cabin was clean and had everything we needed for the week.....Timber Top has very friendly staff...our last morning there we lost power for a few hours I contacted the office to see about checking out later than 10 am in order to get showers etc....and they were understanding and allowed us to do so. Overall EXCELLENT experience. Will highly recommend......very close to town as well.

The cabin was exactly as the pictures showed. The timber top team was very pleasant and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely use them again.

From the beginning of us trying to find the best place to stay until the end you all were amazing to help us in every way!

We decide to evacuate from the hurricane and I couldn't book a hotel fast enough. I was very pleased with our cabin we definitely will be staying here again.This was the first time we were able to bring our dog so my husband love that.I'm going brag to all my friends about our cabin.

the enchanted hideaway was really great we did not like the road at first but it was ok after a few times. the cabin needs a stove everything was great

Jacuzzi was empty, not because it was broken but because the owners did not have the top cover for it. multiple days went by with multiple calls to the office without a solution. A Jacuzzi was one of the top filter options we were looking for in a cabin. Would have liked to know it wouldnt be available ahead of time and not given the run around as to why they couldn't fill it for us. Cabin was very nice but not luxury per name of company, did not meet our standards. Doors' locks didnt work, light bulbs were out, rocking chair was broken, hanging hooks for jackets were broken. Could use an update. Expensive price , shouldnt have had these issues. Office stated "can't accommodate the guests" when we asked to fill Jacuzzi.

This was the second time I used Timber Tops for our Tennessee vacation. We enjoyed out stay. Had small problem with the dryer knob, called and it was fixed that day. This is no fault of Timber Tops, but when choosing a cabin to stay in, we didn't realized that getting there was in an area that the roads were very narrow and it took a little toll on my husband's truck. This was the first time we traveled with our pet and like that they have pet friendly cabins. Thank you Timber Tops and we will be back. Prayers for the Community of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, we will be back. Thank you to Timber Tops for our stay!

Overall, good. A few things were bothersome, but overall, we were happy.

Check in was easy and every one in the office was very nice and helpful! The Cabin was beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful time!

Your cleaning crew did not clean the cabin between customers. It was not vacuumed or swept, upstairs a dog had gone to the bathroom on the rug and it was still there. It looked like it had also peed down stairs. Other than that we enjoyed it very much.

Everything was very nice except the door lock did not work from the outside so we had an unlocked cabin the 2 times we went into town. I reported it and no one came to fix it. Luckily all of our things were OK when we got back. Our Serenity Song cabin was cancelled 2 weeks before we were to arrive and that was unsettling, but we were happy except for the height of where this cabin was.

I had no issues. Everything ran smoothly. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of four.

I appreciated the attention in getting the washer repaired as it made things a lot easier and comfortable for me and my family. It was a great experience for my family. Will definitely visit again but will probably book an indoor pool. Place was very clean but some attention is needed.

Everything was great except not having an available restroom for customers at yhe checkin office on Parkway. When customers travel or get caught in 2 hours of traffic on the Parkway and are told that you have no restrooms for use there but can try a resteraunt...

Cabin was clean. The hot top was working but the board games were missing parts, so we couldn't use them.

Timbertop employees are always great! Easy check-in/check-out. Always get the most beautiful cabin whenever we use them. However, this time, our particular cabin was a little run down & dirty feeling . Slightly disappointed with Enchanyed Hideaway.

We were pleased with the accommodations. Things were clean and almost everything worked. The sliding door on the downstairs shower was off the track and I could not get it on. The downstairs TV would get loud, then the sound would go off and then come back on and get loud and then go off again. It was difficult to watch.

You switched us from knotty and nice to enchanted hideaway..Knotty and nice was for us a terrible choice. I completed the survey incorrectly on knotty and nice. I would of only gave knotty a one star at best and would never recommend it to anyone. Thankfully you could move us ,but not before we talked to 2 agents kim said nothing was available but the next agent found enchanted hideaway for us and Mandy was also very helpful..
