Under a mile off the Parkway, yet the back deck looks straight into the canopy. Evergreen Retreat is a newly remodeled two-level cabin for families and groups who want the Smokies without the switchbacks. The main level holds the living room, a kitchen with a vaulted wood ceiling and peninsula seating for three, a long farmhouse dining table, and two king bedrooms. Downstairs is where the trip happens: a game room lined with vintage national park maps, a bunk room with its own arcade, and a covered deck where the hot tub glows under string lights. This is the cabin where grandparents roll in up the ramp, and the kids never leave the pool table. A pack 'n play and high chair are on hand for little ones; high-speed WiFi runs throughout the home. Please note the home offers accessibility-friendly features but is not ADA compliant.

Evenings split between the gas fire table on the upper deck, the grill and bistro corner, and cornhole beside the hot tub on the covered lower deck.
