Last minute change in cabins was a little stressful. But overall it was nice. The cabin wasn't as nice as we have stayed in all the previous years. Older and less cared for.. Some of the blinds were broken. Couch in bad need of being replaced. Stink bugs everyway. Swept up several times from coming in thru the doors. Tub in Master Suite on the main floor - poured water down thru the bottom level. Had to use trash can. We called maint. department and made a report - so it could be fixed - not sure if it was a pipe or fittin. But overall we had a nice time. Cabin was just a down grade from what we were used to in the past.

We had a great time at The Sky’s the Limit!! It was nice to be able to call and get maintenance issues corrected within a few hours. Although when we got there on Sunday, the trash container had trash in it and it didn’t take us long to fill it full, so we called later in the day one day to have someone come out and they said they would be out that evening or the next morning. They didn’t come that evening and we went out for the day the next day, and when we came back the trash container was knocked over and the trash was all down the hill. I called again and told them what happened and the maintenance guy came and said he had been there earlier but couldn’t get the trash cause a bear was there getting it!! How exciting, and we missed it, probably a good thing though, we would have been so scared!! Things that we saw that need attention to: (I guess you can tell by the following that we work in property management  ) The 4 slice toaster only worked on one side and it didn’t toast too well on the working side, we didn’t notice it until our last morning there, or would have said something earlier. There weren’t enough spoons and forks for the amount of people that this cabin holds for even one meal sitting. The fridge didn’t seem big enough for all our food we bought to cook for all our meals. That is a big cabin, should have a big fridge. We made do though. The bathrooms only had one roll of toilet paper each, and one small soap in each bathroom, not even one in the shower. There was plenty of paper towels (3 rolls) in the kitchen and plenty of dishwasher packets. It would have been nice to be able to close some shades on the big tall windows in the living room cause when the sun went down it got really hot in there. On the bottom floor where there is carpet into the bedrooms, you might check the doorways, because a few of the grandkids said it hurt their feet. It is the tack strips nails for the carpet is kind of poking up in places. Not sure if anyone else has had that happen before or not, probably just one area where a person steps it sticks you, I think it was in the bunk bed doorway. The free shows you could through xplore, I didn’t consider it free since you had to buy one to get one free, so we didn’t use any of them. The day we went down to the pool, it was closed, and when I called they said it was due to a child having a mishap, so since my family is such a germafob, we didn’t go at all.  Things we LOVED about the cabin. It suited our family so well. We brought 3 of our daughters and their kids. We had enough bedrooms for all the adults and for the kids to have their own rooms. Loved the layout! The water heater was big enough for everyone to have a warm shower. The air-condition units for each floor was great!! We loved the rockers on the porch. Maintenance calls were quickly addressed. We were charged $150 for cleaning, and I am sure they wont have to do much. We already washed all the dishes and put them away, put all the towels in the shower downstairs by the laundry. I know all the beds will have to be stripped and washed. Mainly washing clothes is all they will have to do, and putting them all away.  Next time we will have to get a bigger cabin if our other 2 daughters and their families come!! It was such a fun time for all of us!! Thank You for a great vacation!!

Cabin was nice, check in was easy but it would have been nice to know during the booking process that the cabins were on a very rough, hilly dirt road. I recommend disclosing this to customers at the time of booking.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the entrance floor never got cool. Not sure if air was not blowing out good or the sun coming thru all the uncovered glass

Good customer service. Washing machine didn't work and we called to get it fixed and no one came and we had to call again and it still wasn't fixed. My husband ended up fixing it himself.
