Queen Bee

Queen Bee was absolutely breathtaking. The cabin was so beautifully decorated and very spacious. The owners put extraordinary effort into every detail of the cabin. Our stay was 7 days. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We spent countless hours playing the game console attempting to break each others high score, playing pool and enjoying our family of 10. My granddaughter along with some of the adults enjoyed the movie theater where they watched Shrek, and the guys watched sports on the big screen a few nights. The kitchen was well equipped. I loved that the cabin was equipped with a washer and dryer. We did make use of the hot tub which was fantastic. We also had a visitor, a bear which visited on one of our last mornings. We watched it from the back deck for about an hour as it trekked through the woods. The hot tub water level was getting low one morning. I called and within an hour a gentleman arrived to fill the hot tub. It did take us approximately 8 minutes to get to the cabin from a main roadway with many steep drop-offs but the view was worth the climb. The guys say that a new pool table is needed and a new dishwasher is definitely needed. The inside dishwasher racks need replaced. Besides those for minor details, the cabin is amazing and we definitely will return.

Easy rental process and I always know the cabin we rent will be as described and amazing!

Our first time to TN was great. The directions were spot on to guide us to our cabin. Upon arrival our door code would not work so maintenance had to be dispatched to let us in and reprogram the keypad. They arrived timely and the tech was very friendly. While we were waiting we got to watch a mother Bear and her 3 cubs which was really cool! Once inside the presentation of the cabin was great. Our only complaint was the dishwasher was left full of dishes (which we didnt use/touch so no harm there), and there was a very strong "fishy" smell in the refrigerator/freezer that never really went away our entire trip which was not ideal. Otherwise the cabin, bedding, towels, etc was clean and enjoyable. The check-in/out process via text was SUPER convenient. The parking capacity was slightly misleading. We had 4 pick-ups and were packed in tight, luckily we did not have a 5th vehicle or it would not have fit. We will definitely use Timber Top again and cant wait to come back to east TN!

The cabin was great. One person commented that it was the best decorated cabin we have stayed in. Good location, great view. Definitely worth the money. The only complaint was the road going up had a lot of construction happening, making the road a bit more challenging.

Great. Hassle free check in and out. All good with the cabin and loved the theater room.

We had a wonderful weekend! Every single thing about our cabin was wonderful! We loved the view, the decor, and having family time to just relax and enjoy ourselves. It was beautiful and spacious, yet cozy. We could not have imagined a better place!!!

Words cannot express how professional the timber top staff treated me. Carrie set the bar high, she had rolled out the red carpet of customer service and established trust from the very first day. I had so many questions and Carrie is a wealth of knowledge and kind. During my entire stay the staff was right there to walk me through all my questions.
