Pool and a View Mansion is an elegant, six bedroom cabin that sleeps 16. There is a paved driveway with parking for 5 vehicles.

Walk up on the main deck that wraps around on three sides of the cabin with rocking chairs to enjoy the views. Entering the cabin you will walk into the fully equipped kitchen with two tables that seats 14. The guest half bathroom is situated between the kitchen and living room. The living room features a plush L-shaped leather sofa, gas fireplace and a 47” HD TV and Blu Ray DVD player. From here is a door that leads to the main deck. Floor to ceiling windows allow for spectacular views. Around the corner on the deck, the hot tub invites guests to soak in after a day out.

Enjoy the indoor pool, just off the kitchen with floor to ceiling windows and doors that lead to the main deck. On the other side of the kitchen is the home theater room featuring a 9 foot screen, Blu Ray DVD player, surround sound and 12 theater seats plus a sofa providing enough seating for all your guests to enjoy movie night.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor. One with a queen bed, dresser, night stands and a 32” HD TV, the other has a king bed, dresser, closet, 32” HD TV, and a full size bathroom with tub/shower.

The upper level features an open loft games room area with a pool table, a sofa sleeper and stools. Doors lead to the top deck that wraps around three sides of the cabin with rocking chairs where you can enjoy the views.

On this level, there are four more bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king bed, jetted tub, dresser, closet, 32” HD TV doors to the deck and full bathroom with shower/tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, dresser, sofa sleeper, closet and full bathroom with tub/shower. The third bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, night stands, and a full bathroom with tub/shower and the fourth bedroom comes with a king bed, dresser, night stand, 32” HD TV closet and full bathroom with tub/shower.

The cabin was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The only suggestion that we have is it would have been nice to have some bunk beds. All the rooms were very spacious and would have easily fit bunk beds. Families with kids would have had enough space for kids. Other than that we really enjoyed the stay.

The cabin was great for our family but the issue with the internet was a problem. My son is in Iraq and the only way I can communicate with him is via the internet. Not being able to talk to him for 5 days was very hard on us.

The cabin was very clean, and beautiful. Check in and out was super easy. The only recommendation I have is to have bigger skillets. The cabin sleeps 16, but the skillet can only cook a meal for about 4 people.

Great cabin and excellent service. I had problems trying to work the theater room, you dispatched someone who quickly figured out my mistake and left me hand written instructions on how to operate the system. We were out for dinner when this took place so I don't know which employee this was but they should receive employee of the month!!

Our first cabin was a disaster. Roofed leaked and flooded kitchen on first night. Trouble with internet, TVs, remotes, bugs, cold pool, etc. Very disappointed. Called and was switched to a new cabin the next morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The next cabin was much better. I appreciate being switched even though it was a lot of effort to move 13 people.

We love staying in Timber Tops Cabins. We enjoyed the overall experience, I just feel that they could've did a better job cleaning the place before we arrived. We had to call and request for housekeeping to come back and clean, there were cobwebs behind the towels in the bathroom, the beautiful picture windows and doorwall windows were not cleaned and the floors had not been swept nor mopped on the entire first floor. The housekeeping staff that came back along with myself took photos because she was concerned with the amount of trash that was swept up.

Overall pleasant. Need more cookware and serving dishes for large crowd. Kitchen floor was dirty when we arrived so barefeet were not good option. Bigger grill for large crowd! ! Pool was great. View was great.

Our group of 13 had a great time! There was plenty of space in the cabin, and it had some great amenities! Two things that were disappointing, given the money that we paid: 1) the cabin was not very clean when we arrived, even though we had to wait hours to get into it, in order for it to be "cleaned"; 2) the grill is old, gross, and very small. Our feet were black due to dirty floors, so we had to wear our shoes when inside at all times. We could fit only 6 hamburgers on the grill at one time. Way too small for a place that sleeps 16 or more. For the money being made on rental of the cabin, we would recommend investing in a grill. Other than that, everything was great!

The layout of the home was perfect for our needs and we had a memorable family visit. Here are a few tips to help improve visits for future guests: 1. Floors were filthy with dirt and hair. We called maintenance to have them return to mop the main level floors. They were very responsive which we greatly appreciated. 2. Hot tub was dirty -- the sides had not been cleaned. We were willing to use a cloth/brush to scrub ourselves but then the water would have been too dirty to sit in. We called maintenance and again they were very responsive. 3. The bedrooms need to be vacuumed/cleaned beneath the beds. Every bedroom has multiple bugs - living and dead - under each bed, One of which bit our very pregnant daughter when she dropped her cell phone and it landed under the bed. Something bit her and left a large welt. 4. Each bathrooms needs to be cleaned of cobwebs hanging from lights and ceiling. 5. Check each bathroom for toilet seats that need tightening. We were careful when sitting on the seat or else we'd easily land on the floor. 6. Remove the cushions from the leather sofa and clean periodically. There are used tissues, food and various other junk in the crevices which we discovered when searching for a cell phone that landed in the crack. 7. The ceiling fan in the bedroom on the second floor at the front of the house above the media room has a rattle making sleep difficult and caused family to sleep on the couch. 8. The bedroom by the kitchen needs a ceiling fan. The room gets very hot and it's the only bedroom in the house without a ceiling fan for circulation. 9. The wifi connection is poor. Not sure there's a solution but letting you know. I understand time is limited for the amount of work it takes to clean homes of this size in between guest departures/arrivals so it's not always possible to thoroughly clean after each departure but some of the items above need only to be done periodically and not after each use. We sincerely appreciated the responsiveness in assisting with the issues that were more important to us and made our stay more enjoyable. If maintenance found a pair of sapphire stud earrings while cleaning after our departure, they belong to our daughter. We believe they were in the bedroom next to the kitchen. If you should find them please let me know.

The cabin was very nice. There needs to be more trash bins outside and a larger grill. The alarm system needs to be fixed so that you can set it to stay at night and the motion detectors will not go off.

The Front Desk was very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. When we arrived at the cabin, we took inventory on things that were broken or not working, just to have a record. Unexpectedly, Timbertops staff not just acknowledged, but sent someone out to work on or replace any issues. There was a minor temperature issue with a couple of the rooms and the pool, but in all it was a really good trip.

Place was wonerful. Had plenty of space for all 12 adults and loved the pool and hot tub. Few things that could be improved. 1. There were not enough pots and pans to make a meal for 12 people. 2. We made good with the charcoal grill that was there, but for a cabin that sleeps so many, a larger charcoal or propane grill would be beneficial. 3. The DVD in the media room didn't work very well. We couldn't get the movie to play. It could have been that the remotes needed new batteries, but should be looked at.
