Thankful for the availability of the property at the last minute.

House was older but had amenities that are important to us. Convenient location

Ease of check in and check out was very nice. Very nice cabin. Everything seemed clean and kept up nicely! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals and make our morning coffee. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck and the hot tub. We had a great time!

Great location. Very clean and roomy. We will return in the near future.

Was very good, nice big cabin, hot tub, and close to main drag, Driveway was a bit steep, Don't check it after dark!!!!

The staff was so helpful. We were basically stranded bc out hotel reservations had been canceled but Timber came through so we could enjoy our vacation. I would highly recommend it.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. It would have been helpful to have had a booklet of useful instructions printed and available in the house. (How to operate the tv, trash pickup, etc.). Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Our stay was wonderful. The check-in/check-out process was smooth. The cabin was perfect and very well stocked with cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable and our family had a wonderful time.

Amazing!! My cabin was clean , ready upon arrival , i actually packed to much because they had everything I needed! My mind,body, and soul was relaxed! Next time I visit I will bring my children it was me & my husband to celebrate our wedding ! Comfortable, cozy, private, LOVED IT

House was great, close to Pigeon forge . The road below wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be . The Internet and the TV not so great and the hot tub I had to go online to figure out how to get it out of sleep mode because there’s no instructions there. Overall nice place I would stay there again but bring an antenna for the TV.

The only thing I would if like to have was curtains in the rooms that were not sheer. Other than that it was great!

Our cabin that we had originally rented was not available the day of and some of our group was already in town. They didn’t even bother to find us another cabin. I called you all, you all just had a cancellation and you let me look at it online and stayed on the phone with me until I knew that we would take it. Lady I was on the phone with was exceptional and very helpful.

Key code didn't work when we first arrived, but team was able to quickly help solve that. The cabin didn't have any measuring cups.

It was a lovely stay! The view was awesome. And it was located very close to shopping areas.

We loved the cabin! Check in and out was so easy, which is appreciated.
