Incredible Escape

OUTSTANDING STAY. COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT. THE CABIN WAS CLEAN, WELL STOCKED, PLENTY OF ROOM FOR 12 OF US! EVERYONE IN THE GROUP COMMENTED HOW NICE THE CABIN WAS. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY WITH TIMBER TOPS AND WILL STAY AGAUN.BO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER!

Check in and out was awesome. I love not having to come to one central location with 50 other people. The cabin was amazing. Will definitely stay there again

Everything was great! Would have been great if the Keurig was newer.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Even brought us batteries for the remote and a new remote.

We had a wonderful time. The only problem, it was too short.

We thought the cabin was very comfortable with lots of family entertainment options. The location was perfect also.

Fantastic cabin. It was easy check- in, cabin was well supplied, and great location. My only issue was the slanted parking made it a little tough to get in and out. My son said there was no separate boxes for tv in other rooms. Overall great experience.

A very great experience

Very easy booking, payment, check-in. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when I called for some clarifications. The internet went out after a thunderstorm. We called the number on the refrigerator in the cabin and the technician was there within an hour to fix it. The cabin was very comfortable. All of the beds were comfortable. It is also well stocked.

Loved the cabin!!! Had an amazing weekend!!!

We loved what the cabin had to offer! The space was wonderful and the ten person table was great for family dinners each night!

The cabin was fantastic, clean, large, and nicely decorated. The alarm on the refrigerator went off continually the first night, but maintenance responded to our call in the morning and took care of it. We enjoyed our stay!

The resort was fantastic! Great cabin with gorgeous views. While the cabins are close together, it was a quiet and tranquil stay. We had a wonderful vacation.

The cabin was great! But only 2 of the televisions worked properly, the appliances were older, couldn't read the numbers on the toaster

Our stay was wonderful. Had an issue with air conditioner and a repair man was there in 5 minutes to repair. Could use a new frying pan! Overall a good experience with Timber Tops.

Cabin was clean, well decorated, very comfortable, and easy to get to.

Great immediate service when hot tub needed chemicals. Trash pickup also quick when we called. Cabin decor nice & fully equipped kitchen was great, but could use new couches due to wear. There seemed to be lack of communication between your rental offices when one emailed me about checkin when I'd already checked into other one. Over all though great stay & everything was as anticipated. We would definitely stay with you again. I have already recommended you to our neighbor who has booked with you in fall.

WONDERFUL!

We were very happy with our stay at Timber Tops. We had a couple of issues , Ice maker, coffee pot and hot tub so we called the office. They sent someone out right away and he fixed everything and was very nice. So we are going to return and will recommend Timber Tops to our friends. Thanks for a Great stay.

I was very pleased with everything. The cabin was clean and the beds slept good, but there were items still in the washer and dryer. Also behind the dryer vent, there is an accumulation of lint. We cleaned it out best we could, but that could be a fire hazard. Also the front steps needs to be updated. One step has a piece broken off.

We have brought groups of college kids from our church and have stayed with Timber Tops most of the time. The cabins meet our needs much better than a motor lodge or hotel because the cabins are roomy enough for all of us to meet in a central location for our group studies. Our students can stay up as late as they want without disturbing someone in the room next to them. Every time we have stayed with yall, the cabins have been clean and well stocked with start up items such as soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Thanks for you hospitality!

Great cabin for kids, with bunk bed room, video games, foosball and pool table!

hot tub needs water change--was slimy and smelled rancid otherwise stay was excellent

Cabin nice but no WiFi and no one ever came to fix it!! Needs an exterminator as ants in the kitchen and silver fish in the bathrooms..need to fix these two things!
