Cajun Castle is a beautiful three story, secluded cabin with a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and perfect for a group or family get-a-way. This luxury cabin offers an Indoor Swimming Pool, Home Theater, 2 fire pits and all the other top amenities guests could ask for.
The living room offers floor to ceiling windows, a sleeper sofa, love seat that sit in front of the beautiful gas fireplace and a 50 inch LCD HDTV with Blu-Ray DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of work-space granite counter tops and seating for four, while the dining area provides two tables with seating for twelve. The gas grill is located just steps away from the kitchen on the large deck with rocking chairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, closet, 32 inch HDTV, an electric fireplace, full bathroom with a jetted tub and a separate shower. A newly installed gas fire pit on the main level back deck invites guests to gather around for some evening fun.

The top level offers two more bedrooms with king beds, closet, 32 inch HDTVs, electric fireplaces, private decks with rocking chairs and full bathrooms. The two bedrooms are separate by a cat walk with a glass wall allowing guests to enjoy the spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains.

The game room is on the lowest level and features a pool table, a Multicade arcade game with over 60 games, a wet bar, sofa sleeper and a 47 inch LCD TV. The bedroom on this level offers two queen beds, a 32 inch LCD TV, electric fireplace and a full bathroom with shower.
The home theater is located off the game room and features a 7 ½ foot projection screen, nine top class theater seats and a comfortable leather sleeper sofa where the whole group can relax and enjoy a movie.

The lower deck near the game room offers the hot tub, rocking chairs and steps that lead to the yard with two picnic tables.
From the lower deck, guests can access the indoor swimming pool!

A second fire pit (wood-burning) is located in the yard for the more adventurous guests.

Cajun Castle is located just off the beaten path from Wears Valley near Pigeon Forge.

Absolutely fabulous.. The cabin was stunning and there was so much to do. We had a group of 16 for a family trip and there was plenty of space. As an added bonus we were able to watch the nightly fireworks show from Dollywood from the back deck. Thank you for helping to make wonderful memories.

Overall we enjoyed our stay as we were all looking to relax and just unwind. I would strongly suggest that you throughly do a deep cleaning as so far as dusting as one of our children had aggravated allergies while we were there and upon looking around there were areas behind the beds and around the cabin that had thick layers of dust. There were also several centipedes, and spiders coming out of hiding and several dead bees, and other insects visible around the cabin. The grills outside were very dirty and if we had decided to grill we would have quickly changed our minds. I also suggest some new drawer bins in the fridge as they were pretty hard to pull out. Also the ice maker was shut off which caused us to not have a good amount of ice for a at least a day and a half. Having stayed in a few of your cabins now, I must say this was a very nice cabin, but not my favorite. Maybe I’m being picky I know it is a cabin and subject to the elements, but I did not feel like I was staying in a clean cabin. I did like how it wasn’t too far from town, and that there were several ways out of the area and not just one way in or out.

We didn't have water for 24 hours with 17 people in the house. It was a damper on the trip due to showers and preparing the food. The cabin was nice and staff followed up often.

Our cabin was lovely/ movie room and pool is awesome, the kids loved it! Total experience with booking / check in & out was easy and convenient! The only problem that needs attention is the grill on kitchen deck (needs new insides )was grilling steaks and had to keep rotating because the burners were very worn and the flame wasn't cooking toward the back... but I realize in a rental cabin it gets used a lot!! Other than that we enjoyed it very much!

Cabin was beautiful and the view was amazing. We were a bit disappointed that we had to purchase Windex and wash the Windows on the main level in order to enjoy it. When we were cleaning up to leave and wiped off the bar downstairs the dust was pretty thick as it was in the window and door frames. We really appreciated how well stocked the cabin was with the basic essentials (toilet paper, paper towel, soap etc). The beds were comfortable. There was an opossum sleeping in the outside garbage recepticle. Every time we put something in - it would tear our bags apart and spread garage around the yard. We tried to clean it up as best we could sorry if we didn't get it all.

Please tell Joshua and Stacy that they did a wonderful job cleaning the cabin and that I am so incredibly sorry that I forgot to leave a tip. The only disappointing thing was that the fire pit table and the fireplaces weren't working. There is a cardinal that was very persistent about getting in the cabin every day by pecking on the windows. It was hysterical. Thanks to you for helping me and my family make awesome memories.

Well. Overall the experience was great. Cabin looked like the pics. Gave us plenty to do while we stayed there. Very clean. Plenty of dishes, towels, and amenities. The only complaints that i have that i did not report to the office (because they were small) are the fireplaces inserts in the top left bedroom and the main floor bedroom did not work. The hot tub on the deck was hard to use because the panel is worn down to the buttons and cant use them well. And the driveway is killer on a vehicle loaded with people and supplies especially when it rained and having brand new tires. But small things that doesnt deserve to bash the overall cabin. Would still use timber tops even though, i would probably try to find another cabin with a pool that my daughter can walk further then just the steps and enjoy herself . Still a 4 star stay for me. Thank you for the opportunity to be able to stay in such a nice place

Too much furniture for the amount of space, the mattresses needed to be replaced, carpet needed replacing, and bedding need replacing, Windows needed washing, bugs were numerous. Cleaning people came and vacuumed.

We stayed in the Cajun Castle on a positive note overall the Cabin was GREAT!!!!! But there were issues with the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms. We notice when we arrived there were box fans sitting on the floor but didn't think anything until later that night. I called maintenance to fix the issue and were told that Ashley would contact me the next morning. I never received the phone call so, I called customer service the next day. I spoke with Sunny she was very polite, I explained the situation regarding the air conditioner unit, she initially said due to the hot temperature outside the air conditioner was cooling slowly. But when I told that was not the cause because my husband worked in maintenance as well, I received a different response, I was then told that the part had ALREADY been ordered to fix the air conditioner unit and it would be in later that week. Sunny was nice enough to offer us another cabin but by that time, we had already unloaded everything from the suitcases to the groceries to the children and did not want to Load everything again and then, unload it once we got to the other cabin which would have been MORE of an inconvenience so we suffered it out for the week. My only suggestion is to, be honest with the customer from the beginning and don't fabricate a story, If there are issues or problems with something. Let the customer know up front that there is an issue or problem and let the Customer make the decision whether or not they would like to continue stay in the cabin. It was obvious, that Timber Tops were VERY much aware of the problem with the air conditioner unit. First and foremost, because the part that was needed to fix the unit had already been ordered and secondly, that was the reason for so many Box Fans sitting on the floor near that particular bedroom.

One of the upper level bedrooms was warmer than the rest of the other rooms causing you to have to sleep on top of the covers to keep cool. Also wifi was not service was not very good. Overall experience was good and my family enjoyed their stay. The cabin was spacious and we appreciated all the household utensils included.

I am the owner, and feel there are not enough towels left in the cabin for the guest. The cabin sleeps 16, and there should be 32 of each towel, plus several in the pool room. There was only one in the pool room.

-Upon check in, leave information about cabin somewhere, alarm code, wifi password, etc... I had to email to get it. -the cabin could have been cleaner, lots of dead bugs and dust, toilet was broken, table was broke, and a chair was broke, I bought parts for all and fixed them so we could use them. Theatre room did not work, kept overheating and shutting off, most of the deck chairs had loose parts, I fixed the best I could. Overall had a great time, just little things

Great time in the Smokies. We stayed at Cajun castle. It was perfect. Clean and fully stocked. We had 1 issue with no hot water after a storm. I called and someone came and got it fixed within 30 minutes. We look forward to staying with Timber tops again in the future.

we had a great time the cabin was so beautiful the kids loved the media room and of course we took it over for football. We did have one incident the top of the garbage was broken when we got there and the bears tipped it over and scattered garbage we went out and cleaned it up but they will probably get back into it Great fun to short of a stay next time we will spend more time.

We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't check into our cabin until well after the 4pm check in time. We travelled from Michigan and Ohio with 8 of us, including an 18 month old. Waiting outside in the parking area on a very warm day kinda sucked. When we were given the door code, there was no apology nor consideration for the late check in time. Given the cost of this cabin, we expected better. There are also many light bulbs that need replaced since they were burnt out. The pool bathroom hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Pretty disgusting. It could also use a mirror in case someone needs an extra place to get ready (shave or make up).
