The cabin was perfect for our weekend get away... close to everything but just out far enough that you didn't have all the noise from the boulevard.

The entire experience was wonderful! Amazing Views made it easy for us to check in late, and the cabin itself was just perfect. We had a lovely time exploring the mountains and experiencing the local attractions. Thank you for the great experience!

Overall, it was a great experience. I'll start with the negatives, although that word seems too harsh. My biggest regret was that we didn't have a great view of the mountains from the decks; however, the fall colors in the area, along with what is hopefully a nearby resident pileated woodpecker were nice to see after a hard hiking day. As you'd expect, there were two ants and a mystery bug that quickly ran out of sight, but if bugs creep you out, the forest really isn't for you. As a suggestion, and I realize the logistics of how it would work, the top bedroom door to the deck would be awesome if it also had a screen door to allow the door to be open. (Two layers of screen would be better than one.) The upstairs fireplace's stopped working after two days, without restarting luck (button under), but having two was perfect. It was nice to keep the temperature low to sleep, using the heat from the fireplace to quickly warm us. Lastly, the driveway was a bit tricky when pulling on to the street, but it's manageable after trying a few paths. (I rented a car, but my guess is that an SUV would have plenty of clearance.) The positives outweigh the negatives in magnitudes. The location itself is great, with virtually no traffic at all. It was really quiet, making those deck/tub trips nice after a long day. The main roads are close, and it's easy to get anywhere. There were two of us staying, and there was plenty of room. Doing laundry certainly helps, and with grocery stores nearby, it's easy to stock the kitchen with items that are needed for the stay. When I heard about the well water, my thoughts went back to my childhood and the odd tastes and weird color, and it panicked me slightly, but I was elated that it was all in my head. I strongly doubt that an ordinary person could ever tell. (I was drinking a lot of water--more of that long, hard hike stuff.) We've already shared the experience and Bit O' Honey details, and we've already heard of a coworker who plans to call to stay in the exact cabin. If you're in the market for Dollywood more than discovering Ramsey Cascades, Cades Cove, or Clingman's Dome (AWESOME night sky viewing there, btw), you're a stone's throw away. You'll appreciate the seclusion after navigating the masses. Solid 4.5 out of 5 stars (sorry--won't let me give the extra half) -- subtracting the half star due to wishing for a larger view of the mountains.

Everything was perfect, only issue was gas was turned off on fireplaces. One phone call and it was taken care of, and that was on Sunday evening. I really didn’t expect maintenance person until Monday morning. Much appreciated

Beautiful cabin, very clean, well supplied, very close to parkway in Pigeon Forge. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. We have stayed at a cabin every year for the past 20 years at different places but we will definitely make a point to stay with Amazing Views from now on. The only down size is the driveway is VERY steep!

Did not see any bugs! very peaceful on porches. We did not get instructiins on check in and out until day of check in. I think printed instructions in the cabin on emergencies and check out would 've been good. Great experience
