The cabin was great! It was well equipped with everything we needed for a week long trip. We cooked several nights and it more than met our needs, even had a blender! The view was good but overlooked a very developed area. The cabins are pretty close together but privacy measures were in place so that helped. The hottub got nice and hot and had plenty of jets and seating. The free attraction tickets were such a blessing. We used several of them Overall! Overall, a very nice place with very good quality for price.

We had a wonderful time in the Gatlinburg area on vacation. The scenery was beautiful , our cabin was amazing and so relaxing. We saw a momma bear with her two cubs on the Cades Cove drive, took some amazing pictures and ate some great food. Enjoying the cabin and all the amenities was icing on the cake. Thank you and hope to be back soon.

The view was beautiful, the staff was very nice and helpful from the time I booked until checkin. Last year we stayed with another company and it was the worst experience ever. Wasn’t so sure I was going to ever come back to TN … but I figured I would give it another chance and glad I pick you guys. Just a few things for the owner of the cabin… up stairs mattress could be replaced and the TV in the downstairs bedroom needs replaced, but other then that we enjoyed every moment! Thanks

It was a bit weird checking in due to covid but other than waiting to get to the cabin it was ok. I would prefer a detailed map of location to cabin instead of the written directions. Would have loved a better price for 3 nights since it was not on the weekend, all the fees add up a bit much it seems. Would like to have more wash cloths, etc. have to really count and ration to get by. I washed some anyway to get by. Those washers are so little and takes a long time to dry but at least I didn't have to go to the creek to wash them. HA. HA.

Booking was fairly easy, the cabin was beautiful and clean, and we appreciated the late checkout. This was our first trip away from our new baby, and we had a very fun and relaxing time!

Jennifer stayed to take care of our paperwork when we arrived over an hour late. When we had trouble with our hot tub the next evening, she quickly got us some help. We give Jennifer an A, OK, an A+

Excellent cabin. Very clean. Direct check-in perfect! Easiest parking we've ever had at a cabin. Easiest to get to (Starr Crest Resort)

Very customer friendly and worked with us on early arrival and late checkout. Also very speedy on providing a missing remote to one tv. Our cabin was very very well maintained.

We had problems with the cabin we rented but Jennifer changed it into a excellent experiences. Jennifer help made this a 42 second anniversary weekend to remember.

Cabin was great with good views. In a very nice neighborhood. Only minor issue would be lack of hand towels and only one kitchen towel.
