Everything was wonderful during our stay. The cabin was beautiful and in excellent shape. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and clean. The pictures online show that a pool table exists in the upstairs game room, but no pool table was present. The arcade games were nice, but my group was excited to play pool. I would update the photos and information online to take out the pool table from list of amenities. The trees behind the cabin were just tall enough to where it blocked the fireworks from Dollywood, which was a bummer. Overall a highly recommended cabin to stay at!!

My stay was everything I wanted , I was looking for a peace of mind with a lovely view and cabin and I got that . Out of all the places I've been and it's been plenty you guys are the best by far 💓

The mountain view was amazing and could be seen throughout the entire cabin. It was spacious and more than enough room for our family.

A beautiful and immaculately clean cabin. The view was breathtaking, especially at night and at sunset ! We hope to return again ! All the appliances and amenities were upgraded. Comfort was the theme ! Loved the video games upstairs. Couldn’t have been more perfect. One tiny thing happened and that was on the last night , 11pm , when the smoke detector in the master bedroom began LOUDLY chirping. To the point we tried everything to stop it. Including calling maintenance. But nothing helped. Very annoying and especially with my 4 yo granddaughter sleeping with me. At least it was the last night. Otherwise - GREAT!!

The cabin has an AMAZING city view. It's beautiful at night to see all the lights and to see the sunset right on the patio. The cabin is very clean and has everything we need and every room has a TV with cables. Our family loved the pac man game table in the upper level. The location is also convenient, less than 20 minutes to Publix (the grocery store) and restaruants. The customer service was also great and responded quickly. The reasons why I gave this place a 4 star instead of 5 are: 1) the jacuzzi is right outside of the guest bedroom and makes a really loud humming noise once in a while. We are told not to turn off the jacuzzi otherwise the motor will burn out. (or something like that). It's hard to sleep since the noise just comes up once in a while 24/7. 2) the cabin can sleep up to 6 people but it will be quite tight for 6 people. The sofa and couch can only sit 4 people. 3) the upper level is quite small so even though a pool table is there but we can't play easily with the wall around us. 4) it's a small compound and the cabins are very close to each other. We can hear next door neighbor making noise early in the morning. We've travelled to the great smokies 4 times and previously stayed in cabins which were more spread out and had more privacy. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the grand getaway cabin.

Everything was very nice! The upstairs space was just a little too small for the pool table.

Every step of the process was simple and easily understood. The only thing I could complain about was the pool table was slightly unlevel but still didn’t bother us. I do wish in your description on the cabins if it told the direction you were facing like north,south,east, or west and if the back decks were private or semi private. Other then that our stay was fantastic!

The cabin was nicely decorated and very clean. The only suggestion is there needs to be directions for the tv remotes..

The service from making the reservation to checkout was awesome! We had issues with the AC and they fixed it right away. Everyone was always som nice and great to work with. We will be back!

A Grandview Getaway was such a beautiful cabin! The view was spectacular from inside the cabin as well as from the deck. The furniture in the cabin was well maintained and in perfect condition. The cabin was extremely clean and well maintained. Easy to access and find. The mountain road on the way down is a little scary. I would not recommend it in the snow! I could live in this cabin though. It was amazing!

Love love love these cabins. Try to go every year and stay in different once. Cabins are always beautiful. They cost a little more then a hotel but the view alone is worth it.

excellent as always, from the check in process to the check out, we stayed in a fairly new cabin that the gas logs had not been set up yet, talk to the office on the evening we showed up (Sunday) and the logs were set up by the next day (Monday) could not ask for more.

Amazing!

Cabin we booked became unavailable 1 day prior to our check in due to no fault of Timber Tops. Staff called to tell us and they were very willing to accommodate and further assist us to get us into another cabin. Timber Tops went above and beyond to make things right. We were very impressed by their effort.

Stunning cabin! Would recommend some type of pull down shade for the porch where the table is so that you didn't have the evening sun glaring on the table. Also noticed that with the new cabin beside this one you do not get a full view of the fireworks as advertised

Honestly loved the experience and the cabin. The view was absolutely amazing, the cabin was clean and comfortable. The whole process was great they we're even extremely accommodating to a last minute need. I will absolutely be back.

Excellent! Quick and easy check-in with friendly service. Had a small issue with the microwave and toaster, and both were corrected in a timely manner while we were out. We appreciated the written note that was left to describe the actions taken. Checkout was also quick and easy. A+++! We will stay with Timber Tops again.

The cabin was perfect. My husband and I enjoyed the view from the deck. We loved all the granite and decor. The appliances were all very nice, but I would recommend getting a new toaster. Our only complaint was all the construction going on beside the cabin. We were not able to enjoy the hot tub in the morning or a peaceful cup of coffee on the deck because of all the construction workers right beside us. If I would of known how much construction was going on next door, I would of rented another cabin. Other then the construction we loved the cabin. We had to becareful going out in the evenings and mornings because of a raccoon coming on the front and back deck. We were not upset about the raccoon, we are staying in the woods!lol

Everything worked out as planned. Direct check in was great! The cabin was much smaller than what we are use to but it was still very nice and the view was amazing.

Thank you all so much. This was a surprise trip for my sisters birthday and we couldn’t have been more pleased with everything. The cabin was beautiful and the service was excellent from beginning to end. Your staff was more then helpful with everything. I will highly recommend Timber Tops to anyone looking for a rental company.
