The main floor of this incredible cabin has your living room, dine in kitchen with a half bath off to the side, King size bedroom with ensuite bath. In the living room you will find two leather sofas, with one being a sleeper, giving your party of four plenty of elbow room. Just over the gas fireplace you will find a large flat screen Smart HDTV with Blu-Ray Player so kick back and watch your favorite TV show! Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and whip up all your favorite meals or step outside and test your skills on the charcoal grill! Get some well deserved rest in the king size bed, or soak in the large two person jetted tub while enjoying a nice cozy fire or enjoying your favorite movie! Not ready to settle down yet? Located just four steps down you will find the heated indoor pool waiting for you to hop in. If sitting back is more for you then step inside the four person hot tub and bubble away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in A Bear's Poolin Paradise. Our elementary aged boys loved the pool and arcade games! I called guest services a total of 3 times. The first time was 2 weeks before our visit when I heard about forest fires in the area and they assured me that they'd let us know if there was anything that would effect our stay. I then called the evening we were leaving to ensure we had the door code as we wouldn't be arriving until around midnight. I called the third time while leaving to let them know we were out of the cabin. Every time I talked to anyone they were courteous and helpful. The cabin itself was great! We took advantage of the stove, fridge, washer/dryer, pool, hot tub, and arcade games. It was great to get away for a few days!

Timber Tops, offered a great vacation package with one free adult admission to local attractions, which was great. They were on call after hours if needed. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent customer service. The cabin was great and in a very convenient location. The bed mattress needs replaced and the smart tv in the living room doesn’t have a HMDI port. Everything else was fantastic! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

We love the cabin who is great hot tub is great overall cabin was fairly clean only issue that we had is the TVs with the DVD players cable box has way too many remotes.

The staff was very friendly. We did have maintenance guy show up at our house instead of another but he was very respectful about it. We also got a call asking if we had a trailer (which we did not) because the hoa had complained.

We had a wonderful time; however, the kitchen supplies need some attention, such as silverware, dish rag and drying towel (1 each) and pot holders. Also, we would suggest a booklet of pertinent info such as telephone numbers, tv channels you actually get and after hour emergency numbers.

Directions to the cabin were clear and precise, the agent at the counter greeting and interacting with guests was very professional and pleasant. I was delighted with the accommodations provided with my cabin rental! There was even a notebook for guests to comment in for the owners. My only disappointment was that I don't usually carry a pen with me in this digital age. May I suggest that on the page with the alarm codes could you maybe provide a digital option for the guests to "sign" the guestbook? Im sure any pens provided in the cabin would not stay in place. :) Although I was alone on my visit, I still felt totally safe in the cabin by myself. I was actually recommending your business to my Uber driver on the trip back home!

Beautiful cabin with lovely modern decor. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and roads were not difficult to get to the cabin. The indoor pool was great and the hot tub & jacuzzi were nice too.

We had a great time staying in A Bear’s Pool in Paradise. It was very clean and our kids loved being able to swim. I would recommend leaving some more washcloths in the bathroom. I think there was only 3 besides the kitchen washcloths. They probably would have let us have some more if I would have called but I just washed the 3 that was there. Overall it was a great place to stay. Thank you!

Two problems. The back of the shower curtain has mold and the pool rim above the water line is really dirty. Also we almost ran out of toilet paper. The pool had a huge spider, centipede, wasp and a number of large beetles and nothing to clean them out. .

As always, our experience exceeded our expectations! Timber Tops has become the name we trust when planning a getaway to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We were so pleased with our cabin! A little difficult figuring out how to get to it at night. The map wasn't as accurate as it could be. Other than that, not a single complaint!! The amenities were above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Only a few things...No one cut the grass until day before we left grass was tall when we got there stayed for 6 nights....and alot of service calls on thursday window was fixed and pool guy came unannounced weird why a day before we left seems weird to spend last day of vacation having service calls done
We come down for all rod runs never stayed with you before would like to say one of the best stays we've had cabin was really clean first time I have ever left cleaning crew a tip ..we will have you at the top of our list for next stay ..Great job keep it up..

We loved our stay. Everything was even better than we expected. The cabin was beautiful and so clean. We loved the amenities! The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. The game room was fun and even had an arcade game station for 2 players that wasn't listed on their web page! The window placement was perfect for maintaining privacy while still letting in light. We woke up one morning and found we had no hot water and the gas fireplaces weren't working. We called the Timber Tops number and Rick showed up within the hour to deal with the problem. He told us to go and enjoy our vacation while the natural gas tank was refilled. When we returned, all was well. We appreciated how quickly the situation was resolved. We definitely plan on returning!

We loved everything about the cabin. However we called for Maintenance to come fix the pool heater the LP was flashing, apparently it was never fixed it was still flashing when we returned that evening. I rented the cabin due to the indoor pool that we never got to use because the water was cold! I would never of rented that cabin if we didn't want to use the pool. so money wasted on our end.
