Everything went well from check in to check out. The only issue was trash with only two trash cans . There should be a regular trash pick up for large cabin guest.

We were only there mainly to sleep! The place was clean and a perfect location. It had a lot of seating in the living room area so we could all be together when we were there. It also had enough bathrooms so we could all get ready easily in the mornings.

We were well pleased with the accommodations as they were as advertised; no surprises! We did find that acoustics were somewhat lacking but with all the wood was understandable. Wish we had known there would be no covered plastic containers for storing leftovers and or serving a few items. We did manage to improvise. With 18 people at one time we still found the cabin to meet our needs. Check in was easy and even though we were early we were able to get into the cabin so prep for the remainder to arrive. The entire family was most pleased with the experience! One perk was ability to see fireworks from the back porch (assuming it was from Dollywood!)

We had a large extended family summertime celebration, and we enjoyed the cabin. The proximity to attractions, restaurants and townsend, the checkin process, the room layout, wheelchair accesibility, the two dining tables, the hottub worked well, the backporch view of the dollywood fireworks, and the 5 parking spaces were all great. The few shortfalls were the lack of wifi info, places to set luggage in bedrooms, the bottom-floor ceiling fan didn't work, some door jams need fixing to lock bathroom doors, and the backdoor wanted to swing itself open if not fully latched.
