This new Festival, which plans to become an annual three to ten day event, will be held in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, from August 23-25, 2012. With its motto “Celebrating Our Appalachian Roots”, the festival features performances from many new and established bluegrass, country and old time music songwriters. Other features include workshops and a songwriting contest.
Gatlinburg offers a wide variety of options when it comes to accommodation for the Festival.
