We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean and everything was just as described upon booking! We would definitely recommend for others to stay!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. She enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub most. For me , the wildlife sightseeing was the highlight including a bear family visiting the Cabin next door on 3 days.

Everything was wonderful. I will say I read the reviews about the directions being wonky and still ended u getting turned around a bit. I think what would be helpful are larger, visible signs of the cabin numbers and names. We did have a slight inconvenience of uninvited house guest (te he) but that was worked out with Customer Service in the most professional way possible. Everything else met or exceeded expectations. We would definitely recommend Timber Top Cabins and as a matter of fact, I've gotten non stop calls and texts about the cabins from my social media postings.

Overall our stay was amazing. There was a fire place we couldn't get to work and some lights wouldn't turn on. But there were many good things, I liked that we had night lights and we had a lot of fun.

We were very happy with our cabin and our experience with Timber Tops. The directions were very clear and the cabin was easy to find and access. The bathrooms were very clean and the cabin was tidy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. The towels in the shape of swans were a nice touch as well. My only critique is that the drapery in the bedrooms was definitely showing it's age and it would be better to have them replaced with blinds. Also, the bedroom on the third floor could use window coverings over the door to the deck to help darken the room for sleeping; it makes it hard to sleep in when the room is flooded with light in the morning.

Loved it! Cabin was beautiful, everyone enjoyed it. The kids loved the indoor pool. Everyone had their own space, was able to stay in and relax during the time we had there. Especially during this covid19 time. Already looking into booking the cabin again.

Every time I called the staff was super friendly, helpful, & responded quickly to any need at the cabin.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a few minor maintenance issues that had to be addressed but nothing major. The cabin was in an excellent location. We had a great time and would definitely come back again.
